Came to Florence to celebrate my 30th birthday and could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at. It was modern and clean. The location was great, not in the middle of the busyness of the city but not too far of a walk into the center either. The pool was a lovely escape from the summer heat. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! And they went above and beyond on my actual birthday with some extra treats!! I had a great stay :)

Great hotel, just a few minutes walk from the station and also the main sights. Breakfast had an exceptional range. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The extra bed for our son was great, sofa beds are too often poor quality but this was a proper comfortable bed. Smooth check in & out. Online pictures don't do it justice, quirky but classy decor. The bar area is especially nice. Two great outdoor areas, one for breakfast and lunch, the other by the pool. Had a nice lunch on the day we left. Pool area is generous, lots of great loungers. Really quiet throughout our stay in early August. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Brilliant location, very close to Santa Maria Novella station and square. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and Sergio gave us many useful recommendations upon check-in- thank you Sergio! The room was great, comfortable and clean. Also, the pool area was nice and it was very relaxing to just press a button and get table service for the bar!

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we kept having to ask for more milk/ tea/ coffee for our room. The wifi kept throwing us off which was inconvenient at first as we no longer had the access code.

We loved this hotel. The decor was beautiful and the rooms were stylish and super comfy. The pool was a lovely addition and although it's small, it was never busy. Breakfast was delicious and again not too busy at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. We came in from Milan on the train and it was super convenient from the central station. We walked to all the main sites,none of which were more than 20 or so minutes away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Easy to arrive and depart from the train. Easy to walk every day to and from Florence old town via the underground shopping mall at the train station. Breakfast and the staff were excellent. I would enjoy multiple coffees and cakes beautiful croissants, fresh fruit and hot savoury dishes. Plus there was a juicer for vegetables. Reception staff kindly accommodated me with a city map and a late checkout. I was so pleased to return to my fluffy robe and slippers in my clean air-conditioned room with mini bar with free non alcoholic beverages was welcoming. The room attendants were sensational.

This was a wonderful hotel, with modern decor and wonderful staff who will made the stay memorable, accomodating an early check in and remembering your name when returning to the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and modern with wonderful facilities and modern bathrooms, the beds comfortable and the view incredible. The mini bar was generous.

Great location right by the train station but a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old walled city and about a 30 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. This was fine, but I did feel a little unsafe around the area at night as a solo traveller. Also the room doesn’t come with a vanity kit or similar items and while a quick call to reception and speedy delivery offered the items it was slightly annoying have to call.

Location is excellent. Short tram ride from Florence Airport and then a short walk to the hotel. Staff are very welcoming and friendly both at reception and in the restaurant. We elected to have the buffet breakfast each morning and it offered a good selection with all the usual hot and cold items. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the rear and it was very quiet with no external noise. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good with great towels.

Although we did opt for a smaller room the design/layout could have been better. There were no hooks to hang wet coats and no shelf space to put objects on in either the room or bathroom.

Cozy small room, perfect for us as a couple. Had all the required amneties Excellent staff at breakfast, very accomodating. Special note for a staff whose left hand is tattooed (forgot to ask his name) him and his colleague got us eggs of our preference till our stay. Breakfast is not to be missed, it has been so far the best we have had in Italy. The front desk staff are welcoming warm and upto date with all that you need to know. Special mention of Mr Vicenzo, Mr Tommaso and Mr Samuele Luggage storage option too is safe here Close to the station and 5 nins walking to Duomo Parking is just next to the hotel

The location of the hotel was excellent! Within walking distance to many attractions as well as the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and showers were wonderful. Our view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were super friendly! The location is just 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the center. The place is newly opened in December so everything is brand new and super clean. I loved the vibes of the place and the modern style decoration. The room I booked was spacious with a nice balcony. Great value for money. Would definitely love to stay there again!

I wish If the fitness center was bigger and equipped with heavier weights. It would be nice if there was a mirror too. This might not be such a big deal for many travelers, but if you’re a gym rat ( just like me) and need to workout while traveling, this might not be a best option.
