Excellent location just outside of Florence centre, although an Uber is around €30 each way as driving in wasn’t an appealing idea! Small but very comfortable room. Lovely pool area, comfortable loungers. Great dinner menu and service. Breakfast good on the whole but had to pay extra for an omelette or fried eggs. Coffee could have been better! Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not related to the property but there is an AMAZING gelateria a few minutes walk away, with a cow statue outside!)

Parking was limited, and one night we had to park a little precariously and let Reception know we’d move the car if needed, as there were no spaces left at all. This didn’t detract from the really enjoyable stay we had at the Villa Neroli.

There were many things to love about Villa Neroli - these are my family's top three: Firstly, the beautiful and serene location as it gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy countryside Tuscany while being reasonably close to central Florence. We take a taxi to get to the Duomo (very easy to take, around 15 minutes drive with traffic) but there's also a bus service outside the hotel and if you particularly like walking, it's 45 minutes away from the city). Secondly, the rooms are extremely cosy, spacious, and clean with all the amenities you need. Finally, the service quality is very high and I really appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I look forward to coming back.

Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Convenient location – only 4.5 km from the historical center, around €20-25 by taxi. Outstanding staff – very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. A truly emotional moment – huge congratulations to the hotel for inclusivity! One of the breakfast staff members was a wonderful young man with Down syndrome, bringing warmth and positivity to the experience. Overall: A top-notch stay with great amenities and service! I booked the hotel in a hurry a couple of weeks before our trip to Florence, basically because it had parking on site and it was not crazy expensive. What a great experience it turned out to be, beautiful hotel, very nice comfortable rooms, everything newly refurbished, and a nice garden area where you can enjoy a coffee or a Aperol Spritz. The location has his ups and downs, depending on what to expect. I personally loved the location a little bit outside of the city center, not that noisy and of course much more space. The breakfast was also very good and with lots of variety. Staff, very professional but also very nice and polite with the guests. Definitely a very nice experience, can't wait to come another time and enjoy the stay

Everything was great, sadly we could not experience the pool because we were in April, but we use this as a motivation to come back maybe this year

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Neroli in Florence. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their flexible approach, especially since we were traveling with our dog. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy—perfect after a day of exploring the city. It's also a very dog-friendly place, which made us feel welcome and at ease. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day right. Public transportation to Florence's old town was very convenient, making it easy to get around without a car. Another big plus was the free parking with plenty of available spaces, which made our stay even more hassle-free.

If there's one area that could be improved, it would be the dinner menu. While it was decent, we felt it could offer a bit more variety or creativity to match the overall quality of the hotel.

Location, staff, breakfast was more than wonderful. Staff spoke several languages and sought to accomodate every need. Area is dreamy, well connected by two buses to city center. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Plumbing is iffy, sometimes noisy. Communications with front desk is only through tablet, which I found annoying and cumbersome. I also relayed messages in person, but could not do it if already in bed and needed to communicate. I would’ve have liked to have a box of paper tissues, face terry towels, writing pad and pen, conditioner and a metal spoon and napkin for coffee

The property itself is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, catering to a range of tastes. While the breakfast room staff do their job well without overdoing it, I found the reception staff to be particularly warm and inviting, leaving a lasting positive impression. The rooms are another standout feature: spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The beds are firm, which I personally prefer for a good night's sleep. Overall, Villa Neroli offers a wonderful blend of comfort, practicality, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Florence area!

one area that could be improved is the breakfast room during autumn and winter. It’s quite small for the number of guests, and on a couple of occasions, we had to queue and wait for a table to become available. It’s a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. Overall, despite this shortcoming, Villa Neroli offers a wonderful blend of comfort, practicality, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Florence area!

Absolutely amazing, really comfortable, beautiful hotel. The parking is great. Delicious breakfast and I’m very very picky when it comes to food. Very nice and helpful staff! Would love to stay there again.

If I had to complain, the wifi suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night (I had to check something and was unable to connect). I always use VPN for safety reasons (recommend doing so to everyone), so maybe that was the issue. It takes realistically 40-50 minutes to get to the city center if you want to walk/take a bus

We loved the outside seating, very good choice at breakfast, free parking, comfy beds, tea and coffee in the room, the sauna, everything is super clean.

It’s too far to walk to the center, so you need to take the bus(no tickets sold on board)/car/taxi. The fitness/sauna opening hours are exactly during the time that you are not there (9am to 8pm). It would be nice to be able to use fitness before breakfast and sauna later in the evening.

Absolutely loved our one-week stay at Villa Neroli. Everything was so on point, from the room, bed, and pillows to the room servicing each day, to the amazing breakfast buffet. We were traveling with our 18-month-old son and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The weather was hit and miss, but we got three amazing days by the pool. Highly recommend!

Not a negative but something to be aware of: It is a $20-$25 taxi ride to most of the major attractions in the city center. For us, that made sense as we wanted more space and some peace and quiet at the end of the day. Plus the pool! But during other stages of our lives, we would have preferred something in walking distance.
