Fantastic property, especially for the price. EASY to get the bus into town, unsure why some people say otherwise, it’s 10-15 mins and costs €1.70 pp for 90 mins of travel. Hotel room was very well equipped and the balcony we had was an unexpected bonus! Breakfast and Staff were great :)

The only thing is the spa - it’s €20pp which in my opinion isn’t great. This either needs to change, or the branding on booking.com needs to be change, because it is not clear it is not included and it is in the name and first picture, which let’s be honest is a bit cheeky!

Direct bus to city center. Nice residential area.

The swimming pool is not free. I used the booking.com filter for swimming pools. But i was upset to know its not included in the price. Its an extra cost.

The hotel was overall a good choice – clean, nice and comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor with a beautiful view. The staff were super friendly, spoke English with us and gave us such good vibes throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and quite varied, with plenty of options. Another big plus was the free and unlimited water available in the hotel – very convenient. Location is also good, about 20–30 minutes’ walk to the city center, which for us was totally fine. The restaurant right next to the hotel was another highlight – fair prices, tasty food and very friendly waiters.

On the downside... The pet fee felt very high (30€/night). I would really appreciate if this money went directly to the cleaning staff (who do the hard work), not just as hotel profit. Parking was also quite expensive (25€/night), but at least it felt safe. We were not informed in advance about the sauna/spa fee. I understand why it’s not free (otherwise it would probably be too crowded), but still, some clear communication would have helped.

A proper hotel with proper breakfast. It has a spa and a parking lot. You can walk to downtown easily in 30 minutes. The price is also good.

Hidden expenses. Using the spa and parking is and additional cost which was not mentioned when booking. Booking.com also wrote that the city tax is included in the original price but they charged us when checking out anyways. It was around 200 euros extra that we had to pay for the above in the end. Overall the price is still good, but i'd rather have these included in the first place to avois having bad taste in the mouth at the end...

Ease of check in.

AC in room barely worked. And if your primarily ad photo is a pool, adding an additio al €20 fee per person to use it is bad form. My kiddo was very disappointed.

Amazing staff, everybody was very cheerful, smiling and helpful, we felt very welcomed here. If you need any advice about transport, sightseeing or any other questions, lovely people at the reception desk are happy to explain and show on the map. Rooms were clean and well accommodated. Nice location - away from the busy noisy centre but easy to reach either by foot or by bus, the bus stop is just round the corner

Not so good sound isolation between the rooms. Lifts are small, can hardly fit one person with the luggage. Pillows are not very comfortable.

I booked a double room and we got a full two room app in the houses next to the hotel with the most wonderfull furniture and a georgeous bathroom, featuring a terace. It was well equipped, cleaned every day, towels changed. Our dog got a bed set up and bowls for food and water. Our daughter got a cot, some candy. There was also coffee and powdered sugar in the room and a kettle. We used the pool twice, paid 10€ per adult for 90 minutes. The pool (and spa) is open till 22:30 every day, has a bathroom equipped with toiletries, a lounge with water, tea and coffee, a salt room, a turkish bath and a sauna. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There is a parking Alberti two streets (350 m) from the hotel where we parked for 24€ for two days. The hotel has a bar next to it which is open till 22:30 and serves AMAZING pizza (even if you order at 22:15 for take away). Our daughter loved it and cried when we left, we almost cried, perfection. In my opinion, it is not too far from center, a 20 minute walk if you go straight forward which gives you the opportunity to see the city a little bit or a long walk if you decide to go down to the river and follow it, which offers wonderful scenery.

The fact that they charge for the pool and spa. Also, breakfast is 13€ per person extra which is quite expensive.

Excellent breakfast, food fresh & what a variety, coffee, wow!. We meet a lovely lady from housekeeping who always greeted us a smile each morning, along with the rest of the staff who were lovely & helpful. Hotel was 4miles from centre of Florence, so a good way to keep fit & walk that breakfast off, there was a bus stop at the end of road, (which we only used a couple of times) if you wanted a quicker way into town, but you would miss out on lovely shops & a food market.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We just returned from vacation in Italy and we stayed here during our trip in Florence. I liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel, overall. A great location, as the hotel is situated in a nice local and quiet neighbourhood. Some of the reviews were not great which unsettled me. Please be reassured that this hotel is nice, very clean and has friendly staff. Though it isn’t in the centre of Florence. The distance to the city centre is walkable but there is also a regular number 14 bus, that you can take and is a short 1 minute walk from the hotel and drops you off at all the major sites. Highly recommend this hotel!
