It was a nice facility overall, in an old Tuscan style building. The lady at the reception was very kind and responsive, I think she gave us an upgrade. The location was convenient not far from the highway exit. Good amenities for a 3*, I would have appreciated a pair of slippers in the room. Breakfast was good.

It was a bit cold everywhere, in the room, the restaurant. The room warmed up after turning the A/c on, but not the restaurant. The Bugia restaurant is in the same building as the hotel, not sure if it is the same management (likely not), it is convenient if you don't want to go out, but unless you're really really tired, there are several other better places very close in the area.

Beautiful building, excellent welcoming staff. It has a lovely pool that our children thoroughly enjoyed using in the hot and sunny weather. Our rooms were rearranged to accommodate an extra bed with no fuss. The staff are so helpful and kind. Breakfast was fantastic with such a choice of items to choose from with fresh coffee. Seating on a terrace with beautiful views. We didn’t have a car, but there was a lovely taxi driver initially organised by the hotel, and we then used for the remainder of our stay. So kind and reasonably priced, he took us back to Florence and took us to the the hill top view point and helped us find our accommodation. His name was Mario.

We enjoyed everything. The restaurant is lovely, food fantastic, but the menu is probably not child friendly if you have small children. The adults in our group thoroughly enjoyed it though!

A nice small hotel located a 5 minute drive from the Outlet Shopping Mall and close to the motorway. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean .Bathroom is small but adequate . The restaurant at the hotel is super and we had a fabulous dinner there ...really very good. Breakfast was ok , it is not in the same restaurant, with a buffet style with an acceptable choice and quality if you do not want hot food.

Our sleep was disturbed by mosquitos in the room ,even in late October , and this was not helpful. They need to put something in the room to fix this.

A very authentic and comfortable place in a beautiful quiet location. Excellent restaurant offering exceptional wines. Very comfy bed and plenty of space. Pretty surroundings with gorgeous views. Excellent breakfast.

The air conditioning machine was a little underpowered for the heat but as we arrived late it was fine overnight.

It was exeptional staying. Staff were wellcome and nice. Rooms were neat and comfortable, despite of the moderate size. Good restaurant. Quite and peaceful atmospheere, birds singing, marvelouse vies all around. The best way to have a rest, enjoy the nature and at the same time discover Toscana.

It’s a beautiful 250 year old house lovingly restored and run by family. I loved the old construction and the views from it. Even my bathroom had a stunning view of the courtyard. It was a small property that packed everything into it. A pool, the best breakfast we had through our roadtrip, the friendly management and car parking.

The area and scenery were absolutely beautiful, the area was quiet and there were easy access to many amenities close by within walking distance or a very short driving distance.

The rooms had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom appeared clean, but the unpleasant smell was strong and lingered for our entire stay.

Lovely hotel! The rooms are big with vintage furnishing. Great place as base for star travel.

We didn't unpack (short stay) so lighting in the room was an issue.

The mattress was truly awful. Though for one night it is okay, but I am pregnant at the 9th month and sleeping has been an issue. I would suggest the owners to replace all mattress and cushions.

Whilst we asked for, and were allocated a ground floor room, it was right next to the restaurant. There was some noise up till 11pm. But it was 'happy noise'.
