What a great area! Not many guests, good food, huge space! That is a wonderful place to spend a week holiday with the family. Our house did not have a private swimming pool (like other houses), but we had a access to the main pool close to the bar. We really enjoyed the fact that the area is huge, while not many people.

In our house we found more than 50 black bugs on the first day. It was really disgusting! The service tried to use some chemicals, but every day we had new group of bugs. Our kids got bitten during the night by some bugs. The WiFi coverage in our house was very poor.

It’s my third year visiting Viesca Suites, I love it just as much as the first time, if not more. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful - from the reception (thank you Maria and Dominique), to the bar and restaurant (shout out to Yuri and Tao) and the spa (I got a fabulous massage from Elisa). I love this place. It’s good for those who like me want quiet, space, countryside escape in a stunning estate, and a delicately yet beautifully designed experience. Lastly I will say the food is brilliant and the tennis courts are worth bringing your rackets for.

Great location, huge estate with amazing landscape and wild nature. And what a stunning mountain view we had from our room! We had perfect breakfass with fresh fruits and berries, modern room amentities and Salvatore Ferragamo bathroom essentials. We tried beef cheecks for dinner and once joined a Pizza dinner - go for it, they know how to make a perfect pizza, we had Pian di Nova and Borrarosa wines which were absolutely best! Service was excellent and we enjoyed it all the way during our 3 days stay at the property. You can take bycicles for free to drive around the estate. Thanks, you are amazing and the real pearl in our experience collection!

The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Italy. The rooms were excellent, the restaurant and the breakfast areas were just unbelievable. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. The pool was clean and available 24 hours. Special thanks to the restaurant team at the Bistro for such wonderful service. The location is so perfect, it's about 15 minutes from the Outlet Mall and about 30 -60 minutes away from some of the best Wineyards, restaurants and places to go. Its a short drive from Florence, so easy to get to.

Fantastic place with exceptional service! We planned to arrive around 7pm and enjoy dinner on our first night in Italy. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1am. I had let them know and they assured me it was no problem and they sent easy to follow directions knowing it would be late and we would be tired. We were greeted warmly despite the late hour. The best morning we had the best breakfast of the trip in their lovely garden. The only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the beautiful grounds, rooms location, and especially the wonderful staff.

Viesca Toscana exceeded my expectations, especially after learning that it was the former summer villa of the Ferragamos. It was serenely beautiful! The service is top-notch. The room is large and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. The breakfast is generous with lots of choices. The food at the restaurant was special and did not disappoint. We also loved the pool and the spa.

For sustainability, the toiletries could have been put into large jar/bottle dispensers rather than small plastic bottles.

Breakfast was amazing. Location of the place just great. very peaceful and beautiful. Swimming pool was very pleasant. The Spa facility was very nice made. Rooms were good, not fancy but good. Toiletries given in the room were AMAZING, nice smell. of course, Ferragamo style. Robe and slippers were offered in the room. Bikes were also offered for us. We ate dinner once there and was very good. The wine type of tasting way to pour in it the glasses by Marco was from another world. Great staff. Marco and Daniela were great. No complaints.

I can't really say we did not like something... maybe they can add some pickleball or paddle courts, where the tennis courts are... also something else for distraction, like horses, like cooking classes, something else to do inside their facilities.

The estate is huge, feels like a Spanish farm with exclusive villas for private use, each with a pool. We stayed in the hotel part and it was also amazing, small number of rooms, so that we almost felt like we're alone there. The beds were super comfortable, the room and bathroom were very well equipped and nicely designed. We had a pretty view from the room and every morning felt like a dream. Great breakfasts, you can order eggs if you like, but apart from that you have a great buffet with salmon, ricotta, fresh fruits, cheese, ham and more. For those who complain about breakfasts, I think they just don't know how an Italian breakfast look like. We stayed in three hotels during this trip, and in Viesca we had the best breakfast and the most salty options. Great pool, two tennis courts, bikes, gym and a spa. We will definitely come back!

The only thing that we missed was a shower at the pool, which was a little strange. Every time we wanted to take shower before entering the pool, we went to the room.

It was an incredible stay to disconnect from routine! The restaurant is amazing and I really enjoyed all recommendations that I was given. Thing to mention is breakfast, not many places in Italy has such a great variety of food on the buffet and eggs options (which in my case is my everyday "must " in the morning). I will definitely come back with my family here! Thank you for everything and see you soon!

The only thing to improve I would say, is to have some experiences on site, I am sure that some activities on site will extend the average stay period!

This is the most relaxing place ever! The staff is super friendly and its a great getaway. Every morning it was wonderful to wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast while enjoying the wonderful views in peace and quiet. VIESCA is excellent for an afternoon by the pool and then a drink and sandwich for lunch. I would also recommend going to Il borro for a day while staying at VIESCA, its a really nice sister property.

There is not much to complain about. Everything was excellent at the hotel. It was always relaxing and always friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
