The host Alberto and wife were wonderful. They provided a complete introduction to the room with documented restaurant recommendation's and guidelines on how to the city center and return. Taxi service was also available and punctual. The breakfast was complete and extensive. We loved our patio room. Everything was exceptionally quiet with beautiful landscaping …. Just heaven. We were away from the loud and busy city. Wonderful restaurants were close by within 5 min walk, as was the bus stop to city center.

A beautiful and clean room with a nice garden view. We had problems with the hot water, but the staff did their best and also provided compensation for the trouble. The breakfast was delicious and catered to various tastes. The location is within 15-20 minutes by bus from the city centre. The wifi was good enough for the video calls.

The only drawback - keep in mind that the main passage is adjacent to the terrace, so people will pass by and disturb the privacy, but other than that everything was fine

Friendly staff, good breakfast, the rooms had everything you need. The courtyard is very beatiful and perfect for winding down or relaxing after a long day.

A bit further away from the city center than I would have liked. The hair dryer in the bathroom was a bit weird to use and would overheat quickly. I think those could be renewed for a more pleasant experience.

Beautiful old building . Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Lovely outdoor terrace and gardens.Friendly sole business . Would definitely go back.

Nothing to dislike. It is a little outside of the centre but very accessible by a regular bus service or a half hour walk.

The property was easy to find and conveniently placed between multiple bus stops. The entire property is stunning, the breakfast was incredible, the staff were really friendly and helpful and there were complimentary glasses of Prosecco on arrival!

It was all fantastic.

This hotel is excellent. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. We stayed in the out building, which is a short walk from the main hotel and was absolutely beautiful. Our room was lovely and had a nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the evening sun. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. If you're a sports fan as we are, the Artemio Franchi stadium is close by. It is a little out from the main city, but it's within a comfortable walking distance and this is also a nice way to see this beautiful city. If you would rather not walk, there are a number of bus routes that can be used.

Location was perfect to visit the center, yet peaceful. The bar was nice addition with a very relaxed atmosphere and excellent service!

Alberto was super helpful, even i could not provide him the exact hour of my arrival coz of my work, he still managed to get a solution and I managed to do self check-in with the instructions he gave me. The facilities are great for the cost of booking. I was also surprised with my room location it was awesome with direct access to the sitting area in the garden ♥️ Thank you Alberto! I would definitely come back here on my next trip in Florence.

I was unlucky that there's only 1 night available in this hotel during my stay in florence (it's not their fault) I could stay a little bit away from the center in exchange for the relaxing ambience, professional and kind people in the hotel. Now I'm squeezing my self in 9 sqm size of room in the center area in a tiny bed which I book way expensive and with a bad attitude receptionist/management that didn't even let me drop my luggage in the reception only 30 minutes before check-in period.

Beautiful garden terrace room. In the evening perfect spot to enjoy the garden and bar.
