If you get one of the ground floor rooms they come with an outoor terrace which me and my partner used to have a drink in the evening and our morning coffee..The place was quiet so if yoir looking for a really peaceful place to sleep this would be your choice. They have a beautiful bar area however it only is open until 8, as that's when the staff leave, so if you do get an upstairs room there is plenty of space for you go dit outside...Our flight was delayed and qjere great for accommodation this by calling and make sure we knew what to do on arrival...when entering the room there was sheets with recommendations of bars and restaurants and how to navigate the city which I really loved..although a bit of out of the city there is abus stop 2 mins around the corner from hotel which takes u straight in..u can just tap your card when entering the bus to pay for it...The continental breakfast had everything we needed also ;) AC in room was fabulous as well

as the hotel is not in the centre it can be a little hard to get to if you don't understand the bus system. I would suggest you share the information on how to get to the hotel ahead of time as it would really help guests navigate to the hotel easier...It would be great if there was a smart tv in the room for when chilling in the evening getting ready for dinner but that just a personal preference.

There was no milk at the breakfast buffet for our cereal we had to keep asking for a jug. The morning breakfast staff got very confused about the coffees we were asking for and one in particular seemed quite abrupt with us. We couldn’t find the hotel at first as there is no obvious sign of the name on the front. We walked past it twice and that was during the day. I expected it would be worse at nighttime.

Clean and very organized. Located away from all the crowed and noise allowing peaceful sleep. It takes approximately 40 minutes of walk to the all tourist spots. Extremely easy to find. After only one walk, I was able to get to the old town without help. Rooms are really clean and in perfect shape.

Parking, Parking, Parking. Like anywhere in Italy. Even though the hotel has its own parking, it was full and you have to manage yourself

The room was well equipped for its size, very clean and came with a lovely private terrace. This led out to the hotel's terraced garden which had an outdoor licenced bar that opened in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay here and it felt that we were looked after by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a map of Florence, and useful advice on where to get buses etc. They also provided a list of nearby recommended restaurants. Two of which we tried and they were very good (espcially Pizza & Panuozzi, excellent pizza and very reasonably priced).

We can' think of anything bad to say about this hotel, it was just lovely

Quaint luxury hotel situated out of Florence centre, easy to navigate from and too using the bus links. Rooms were of a high standard, which we appreciated even on a budget. The only negative was the noisey neighbours in the evening, no fault of the hotel but needs to be highlighted.

Great location, really helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations for restaurants public transport etc . Breakfast was excellent, freshly baked pastries and great freshly brewed coffee to order ,highly recommended place to stay in florence, will be a returning guest

A very stylish hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety. 10 minutes bus ride to centre of Florence. 20 minute walk . The hotel does not have name outside which is a little confusing. Evening receptionist amazing ( see photo)

The rooms are elegant and quite large. At the hotel there's a very lovely garden where you can unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing. Delicious breakfast with ample options to choose from. Lovely restaurants nearby.

This was a great place, very comfortable rooms, immaculately presented, gorgeous gardens, very good food, friendly staff.
