Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. I travelled in July, so the AC was very much appreciated! The location is fine for tourists, about half an hour on foot from the city centre, with a tram stop and a supermarket nearby. In terms of value for money, I would happily stay here again.

My one small complaint: the room had very few plug sockets for my needs. Also, less mobile tourists may find the stairs to the upper rooms are very steep - if you have good legs this is not an issue!

The hosts were very kind, we had a nice chat about the sights, and how to get there. They are flexible with the keys. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff closed the window after cleaning in the morning, thank you! The shower in the room was really helpful, we had to go into the shared bathroom only to use the toilet. And the bathroom was always clean, too. We had a really comfortable stay.

A fridge for a bottle of milk or cold beverages would have been appreciated. One chair for two was funny. The stairs are a bit steep, but we didn't have much luggage.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations and a map with stuff to do and places to eat. They were very accommodating as we added an extra night, needed ice and forks, etc. just very friendly staff.

The shower was a bit leaky and the room was quite small, but we did see that before we booked, so the room size was on us, since they had bigger rooms available.

The lady working the desk was so friendly and helpful! Be prepared to walk a bit to the main sites, but it is absolutely doable!! We did not taxi anywhere and saw so much! The street below is noisy, but we were so tired from our adventures, it didn't matter. It does not have air conditioning, but they did have a fan which really helped. Overall, all needs were looked after for a place where you just want to lay your head down at night and dream about the day you just experienced!!

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the center. The staff were really nice and once we arrived the receptionist gave us map of the city and told us all the highlights of Florence. We were following his recommendations and didn't regret it. The room itself is clean and the mattresses were comfortable. Our room has a garden view so there isn't any noise comming from the street. The balcony is super cute.

We had only a huge problem with the mosquitoes. They were everywhere and were struggling with sleeping. So if you are planing to visit this period I suggest to buy something anti- mosquito because you will need it. Secondly we were at room no.1 which is close to the reception so sometimes can be noisy. We have that lack that the guests were really quiet and we hear only when the door was opening.

It is really easy to get to downtown, private room option with too much space, cleaning was good thanks to the staff who dealt with it.

There could be a wifi pass in the room instead of putting it in the lobby it doesn’t make sense, if you’re contacting with the custom in private about check in information then it is normal to be expected to get some minor information on whatsapp as well instead of giving directions to the lobby to the customer. There were a lot of mosquitos in the first day.

Firstly, I would like to say "Thanks!" to the guy at the reception because right from the beginning, he provided us with full information about Florence, gave us a city map, and helped us find parking. So, we saved a few hours on our short trip. Additionally, we got a better room than expected. The location is close to the main city attractions, within a maximum 20-minute walk to the museums and the main Florence cathedral. The room was clean and comfortable. Perhaps it hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it was in good condition. We liked everything there.

Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low. However, I wouldn't say that it was a con. It was sufficient for taking a shower.

We stayed in 2 different bedrooms (we decided we wanted to stay one night longer). Both had their own shower, one its own toilet. The rooms were really nice and clean. Nice staff, at checkin we got a map and information about the city and at checkout we were offered the option of leaving our luggage. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again. Neighbourhood felt safe to walk, even at night.

The water from te shower leaked under the showerdoor onto the floor, which is made of tiles that get really slippery if wet. I fell because of this, so some anti-slippery thing right outside of the shower would be nice. We used a towel. Also you can hear everything on the street if you sleep on the street-side of the hotel. Didn't bother us to be honest but some people might want to wear earplugs. Also it's a 25 min walk to the city, so if you decide to go to the center, just hopping back to the hotel to get something will take you some time.

The clerk is awesome, very very friendly. I told her that I could understand Italian if spoken slowly and she actually spoke slowly lol. The room was very comfortable. It has almost everything you need. The shared bathroom was very clean, pulito! Again, kudos to the clerk!

It's a bit far from the main attractions but nothing that a bus ticket wouldn't fix. Also, I got a traffic jam due to some repairs on the road almost in front of the hotel and this was a bit loud for me. Buut, I closed the window and that alleviated the issue :)

Absolutely love the staff in the Hotel (Receptionist) - very friendly, kind and extremely helpful!! - Well done :) Love the room - tacked atop with attic like features, spacious room with small terrace. There was extra bed and bed was super comfortable. Bathroom with shower simply perfect. I love the stay and the room
