Staff! They always made us feel comfortable and helped us with our questions and requests. Its a Basic hotel located in a quiet neighbour just outside ZTL. Good restaurants and shops in the vicinity and as its not a tourist packed area prices are more friendly. All 4 Beds were comfortable, I must also point out, its a pretty quiet hotel.

A little far away from main attractions and old center (around 700m to Accademia and 1,3 Km to Duomo), just outside Firenze's ZTL (a big plus if you come by car) and with a tram station just 200m (another plus). Shower box was a little thight for my frame but manageable for a couple of days. Overral, a good experience! Hotel is a little dated and basic, but sometimes you don't need more; location wise could be a little extra walking distance from attractions, but the surronding area is quiet and with adequate infrastructure (Some nice restaurants, bars, farmacy, supermarket, kids play area, hairdresser and shops in a 300mt radius).

For the price I paid, the room they gave me was a lot bigger than the usual rooms you can find in Florence. Plus, a 24-reception was very convenient. Moreover, they had a well-functioning AC and elevators. In total, the hotel exceeded expectations.

When I made the reservation I requested parking included. I don't know if there was an error when booking, but in the end I was asked to pay 15 euros for the day of parking, a total of 30 euros. When I requested access to the parking I was not informed that it was an additional cost.

The structure is simple, and a bit vintage. It has loads of rooms and every room has the right and sufficient elements: comfy beds, clean bathroom, enough space for clothes in the wardrobes, a functional and smart TV, and efficient climate control. Breakfast is not so tasty: you’ll find supermarket food and not so fresh anyway. If you are in a hurry with appointments it’s okay, simple and fast, but if you want to taste italian-breakfast food that’s not what you’re looking for, and you better go in the city centre.

In the hotel the showers are too small for tall people, then the breakfast at the hotel is not too tasty.

The ease of check-in, the quiet room with a working beverages-only mini-fridge, the helpful staff with very good English. The location is an easy bus ride from the train station, and removed from the center city bustle. The facility is well-maintained and attractive, with a back garden area, spacious stairs, and two elevators.

The electrical system in the room was eccentric. Only one outlet was consistently working to charge two cell phones, a laptop, and hearing aids.

Good location and the stuff was incredibly friendly and nice Room was big and comfortable, only one thing kinda of disturbing - if you open the window, it can be really loud. But of course it’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything was perfect, the internet the view, beds are comfortable and it was very clean, near the city center The receptionists were very helpful and kind, they literally helped us about everything, special thanks to Filippo, you are the best man!

The staff was extremely kind, very helpful and chatty. The room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioned was working properly. It is very near the centre of Florence, you can get there on foot. Great price-quality ratio.

You can park in front of the hotel for free on the street. The hotel is pretty far but still within the walkable distance from the old-town, we walked there in a bout 20-25 minutes without any public transportation. The location felt comfy and safe, there are a few good cafes around it.
