The interior was nicely designed, and the apartment was pretty large. Modern heating system and two bathrooms were welcome as well, and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. Next to the apartment building there is a large public underground garage, which made it very convenient with the car (considering a downtown location). Loved the breakfast at the coffee super close to the apartment building. We really appreciated the cot provided for our baby. The staff was super helpful as well, and the checkin/checkout experience is super smooth.

Our apartment was facing the street, and despite the good quality windows, it was noisy inside. In the bathroom, there wasn’t enough light to do makeup or to shave.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. A two-level apartment with two full bedrooms, bathrooms, modern renovation, and more. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and the windows faced a quiet courtyard. The building is an aparthotel with automated check-in and check-out. Good Wi-Fi. A convenient public paid parking garage is just a 3-minute walk away, priced at €15 per day (located outside the ZTL, which is very convenient for travelers by car). Getting to the city center is easy – 20–25 minutes on foot, with trams and buses available. The property offers luggage lockers and a shared laundry room. Now I know exactly where I’ll stay next time I’m in Florence. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay with Family and centrally located next to Tram Station. No requirement of Taxi at this location. Professionally maintained and free locker service for a day is available. Safe and secure place

I complained of non working of electrical gas stove and requested for staff help however staff could not b provided. My recommendation is that during check-in assistance should b provided for functionality of facilities. Secondly the digital codes are convenient for entrance however the process of changing it should exist for further safety during stay of visitors

Quite large with decent style of the room. Location is also nice, not in the crowded center but just a few minutes bus ride to main attractions. In general clean. Kitchen, fridge and microwave also makes us more convenient. Luggage storage and laundry is also very convenient.

It would be nice if there is a shower curtain or door around the showering area to prevent water from going out. The bathroom is also a bit smelly. I think the smell comes from the bathroom showering sink. It would be nice if this can get resolved or having some fragrances in the bathroom as an alternative solution.

Comfortable beds, great location. The fixtures and fittings are contemporary and modern. The coffee pods and milk was very welcome. The outlook was lovely over the gardens. Really good communication from the owners.

The smell of the drains in the main ensuite was overwhelming. The shower tray was lifting a bit and general wear and tear in there was showing. The cleaners let themselves in on the morning we were due to check out at 9.50am. They didn't knock. We reported it and we had an apology.

It is quite close to station. But it is hard if you walked there with two luggages. The room is super huge for myself with two bathrooms, living room and kitchen area. The water is quite warm. (I like it)

The washing machine is free to use, however, it is not clean at all. There are some mosquitoes and other insects in kitchen area, especially when I am having food. I didn't find dishwasher powder so I cannot wash dishes. (maybe I didn't find it from correct way)

Location, size of the room, amenities, laundry room in the basement, with dryers, possibility to replace towels if needed, spare coffee and tea. Short distance to large public parking and proximity to public transport (tram).

I had two bathrooms with a bit odd layout, as in one of them cabinet under the sink was blocking the shower door, while the other bathroom had a shower cabin with a fully transparent glass wall, open to the bedroom.

It’s a very big apartment with modern decoration. About 20min walk to the Academia Gallery. Street parking is tricky but there’s a public garage which takes 3-min walk only and 15 euro per day. Check-in/out and communication with staff is fully online and they are very friendly

The only minor issues were that the power outlet was in an inconvenient location, and the bathroom floor had some minor damage with a little bad smells.

The facilities are excellent and well maintained.

The fact that there is no reception and the communication is done electronically can sometimes be a hassle, as NUMA is using a virtual assistant that does not understand and handle requests well. When you manage to reach a real human to assist via their electronic channel, everything becomes much better with communication, but still you won't have someone present to assist you.
