The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the big screen TV provided entertainment and relaxation after a long day of being a tourist. Serena provided assistance when needed and was a gracious host. The location wasn't too distant from the Florence attractions that were a must for us. Good restaurants were close by and the breakfast cafe at just the bottom of the stairs was perfect. The service at that cafe was top notch.....great folks, morning and night.

Even though I travelled alone, the room size was easily sufficient for two persons. Very clean, practical, safe (security passwords needed for the building entrance, the b&B entrance and the room entrance). Serena was available both in person at the reception and even through what's up at any time, for information, assistance and guidance on matters in relation to the room but also the city. I had some problems with my luggage and she helped me free of charge, she arranged for taxis etc. Always friendly and positive.

The hotel was located in an area that was very walkable for the city. It is a small “boutique” style hotel, with just a few rooms, but the rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. It was very easy to access the building and our room with a code. We didn’t have much in terms of outside sounds, other than the swallows that love to sing in the morning. We were not disturbed by other guests. There is a small outdoor area near the lobby with patio tables and chairs for smoking.

We only saw the receptionist on the morning of our last day. The listing said breakfast included but breakfast was not at the hotel, but rather we received vouchers for a caffe a few blocks away. We stayed three nights and only got breakfast on the last day when we were finally given our vouchers.

Huge thanks to Serena for getting our rooms ready early - it was such a relief after a long journey. We especially appreciated having a kettle and tea selection in the room for a relaxing wind-down. The breakfast bar next door was a delightful find, offering a convenient and tasty way to start the day.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Big room with tall ceilings and a large bed. Elegant decoration. The room was exactly like the photos and Serena was very kind. We loved the breakfast in the bar "Il Principe", very kind staff and one of the best cappuccini and pastries we ever tasted.

Good location, very close to the parking lot and in walking distance to the center of Florence. Non-working wifi was fixed quickly. Smart TV - we could connect to our Netflix / Disney+ / Spotify easily (from a phone on the same wifi) and listen our music in the mornings or watching tv shows in the evenings.

The breakfast is vouchers to Gran Caffe San Marco, it's about 500m walking distance. Next time, we would prefer breakfast directly in the hotel/B&B and not to move somewhere else.

Serena, the lady of the house was famous, excellent. Everything was prepared and clean. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was like 5 minutes away from the accommodation and a bit poor for us but No problem. The parking is expensive but in a safe place underground parking place.

A bit poor breakfast for us 1caffee 1croasant and 1 glass of orange juice. We could survive anyway.

The service was very good, the whatsapp account is very responsive and the receptionist helped us book taxis and find places when needed. The cleaners were also great and cleaned when requested. The rooms were very spacious and the area was great. Only a 20 minute walk from the Duomo, less on a scooter.

good location of the hotel (near the city center, around 1,5km). hotel facilities is also good: air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes, include free tea, electric kettle, mini fridge, change towels and clean rooms every day, the room is clean. good value for money. Hotel photos are true. the hotel smells delicious. at the reception will answer all questions and help.

Conveniently located. Quiet and clean. There is a coffee shop directly next door.

The breakfast location was a little ways away. I needed to walk 10 minutes.
