The room was clean and charming, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially with our late check-in. They promptly provided clear instructions, making it easy for us to access the B&B late at night. We also appreciated the convenient entrance setup and the great location ( like 25-min walk or a 15-min bus ride to the historic center). The neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

The property was gorgeous and smelt beautiful from the moment we stepped into the foyer. Our room was lovely - large and well furnished. We had a gorgeous bathroom with freestanding bath, shower, toilet and bidet. French doors opened onto a delightful balcony with a table and seating overlooking a lovely garden. We enjoyed the reasonably priced mini bar and hot drinks facilities. Very comfy beds and remote controlled curtains and nets. Breakfast was lovely and the inside dining area and garden were great. Def recommend Messori Suites if you’re visiting Florence.

The room was amazing and even had a rooftop terrase accessible directly from a stair located in the room. It had a small fridge and all the equipment required. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was located at a decent 15 minutes walk from the old part of the city.

There is no parking onsite, the closest available option was at about 800meters which is not that bad if you plan to stay for a couple of nights. The fridge was not that cold and so was the AC. Besides that it was awesome.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and lovely breakfast. About a 20 min walk from the centre and overnight parking not too far away. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Woke up to a lot of ants in the room, who had gathered around a dropped crisp. The rooftop terrace was beautiful but needed cleaning as there were cigarette ends, apple cores and cups on floor. It would have been lovely if this area had a rug, cushions and maybe some plants to make it a real feature.

Very convenient and easy to get to. Just a few stops on the tram from the central train station. The beds were nice and comfortable, there was a lift to carry our big luggage to the floor, the hot steam in the shower was great, the apartment was large and spacious. There is also a big supermarket a couple of streets away which was very handy. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Excellent service!

The staff were service-oriented and did an excellent job. They were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of yogurts, cereals, and sweets. Additionally, there was a British breakfast option with bacon and eggs, which is not commonly found in other hotels in Italy. This made us very pleased. The hotel is within walking distance from the city, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Another positive is that they have parking which is very convenient when traveling by car

Cordial staff, good bed, good air-conditioning, quiet at night, close to tram and bus stations. Location right outside ZTL and next to a good parking garage (if you're coming with your car).

Shower large and functional but needs some attention. Breakfast, surprisingly plain and monotonous, probably the only thing worse than expected (whoever is doing the eggs, please ask someone to show you how not to cauterise them).

Very clean and well taken care of. The staff worked very hard to accommodate our needs and preferences. Amazing breakfast with lots of variety.

Location was a little far away from majority of Florence’s attractions. The open room concept was a little too open seeing as the bathroom doors and walls were all glass. Parking was 20 euros a day and only has 1 spot so we had to park in a parking garage 8 minute walk from the property for $15 a day.

Early breakfast ! Everything hot. Later everything cold - microwave would help if coming down to breakfast later. Our room was gorgeous as was the building and yard. Like staying in someone’s private villa!

Asking for help with transportation- one person at desk was super knowledgeable and another not so much; told us how to use the tram to get to bus that would take us to Sienna. Much less expensive than taxi!
