My stay at Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth added a personal touch that made all the difference. The room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. It was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights was the spa, which offered a serene and relaxing environment. It was the perfect escape to recharge, with excellent facilities that added a luxurious touch to my stay. Breakfast was another delight—fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy, inviting space. It felt more like a thoughtful, homemade meal than a typical hotel breakfast. Palazzo Lorenzo exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional service, elegant atmosphere, and thoughtful details made my experience unforgettable. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay.

The breakfast , the spa and the beautiful rooms. But mostly the team of staff working in the hotel who made our stay excellent.

My heart broke on our last morning when a guest had a outburst because there were no omelettes just scrambled eggs. He then danced around the buffet table criticizing the hot sauce that was served. I felt pride when Janet who was overseeing the buffet on that morning as she showed such composure and professionalism under stress.

We most definitely enjoyed our stay here. The check in was smooth and fast but didn’t feel very personal. They have parking on their own terrain which is useful. Keep in mind you have to give them your car keys in case your car needs to make way for someone leaving or arriving. In our case, the car didn’t even get touched.

The bed has to be the biggest downside. Yes, we slept alright, but it wasn’t as comfy as we expected it to. The building & rooms have a stately feel to it but the bed just doesn’t live up to that.

A very good hotel, breakfast really nice and staff very friendly and helpful. They change our room as we asked for a slightly bigger bathroom, which was so nice and made our stay so much better. Spa was very relaxing and was good to be private.

Location is a bit far from Florence City Centre, it does work if you don’t mind walking a bit. If it’s summer time it can be hard as walking under 38° is not the same as like a normal walk.

This hotel is great! My room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The spa was very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room staff, was super kind, welcoming, helpful. The location is also great: close to buses and tram, very easy to get to the city center. I would definitely go back!

Breakfast was very good, a buffet with many options. Servers were attentive, all staff friendly. We arrived by train and walked 20 minutes from the train station. 20 to 30-minute walk from this residential neighborhood to the city center, but that means it was quiet and easy to get a taxi to the airport upon departure - not snarled up in the traffic of the city center. Many good local restaurants in the area, not catering to tourists.

We chose this hotel for it's location away from the historic center of Florence and for the facilities. It was a great decision. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the facility lived up to the pictures (for a change!) which included a wonderful breakfast each morning. 20 minutes walk to the Florence's main attractions, was a lovely way to start each day. Overall a wonderful week in Florence and our best holiday in Italy to date.

The only slight issues was the upper rooms in the new building didn't have a lift facility, so if you have heavy luggage and you are located in a room on the top floor, you have to lift the bags down the stairs. Of course I could have asked for help from the hotel, but I didn't want to trouble them. They did of course carry them up for me on arrival, so that wasn't a problem.

Beautiful property and we had a nice sized and clean room on the ground floor near the beautiful outdoor area. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay and a great/varied breakfast buffet.

The location of the hotel is a decent walk from the main city of Florence and some tourist sites. We also had an issue with our bathroom leaking/water not draining, which was attended too quickly however something we had to be mindful of during our stay.

The Spa was absolutely incredible and worth every penny and made this stay 10x better. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Europe as well as the room/bedding. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family!

Unfortunately there was an odd/off smell during our stay. I think they were trying to fix it while we were there but we had to buy fragrance spray which we left in the room for the next guests :)

Hotel was extremely clean and staff very helpful. Room size great and clean. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Gym was ok with one treadmill and one bike and a set of weights. Spa was lovely.

Could have been slightly near the centre a good 20 min walk outside but it’s nice and quiet location.
