The place is located in a calm neighbourhood, which I believe is a sleep neighbourhood. So, it’s perfect, there are no random noises at night and you can calmly sleep and enjoy your time. The room is cleaned every morning by the staff. There is also breakfast, which is not wide in options, but you can have all you need: some coffee/tea, water, fruits, toasted bread, snacks, omelettes, yoghurts and sweets as well. Moreover, water and different snacks are available 24/7. The city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes by walk or a station can be reached by tram in 5 minutes. Cozy and beautiful place. And the staff ladies are wonderful!!!

Ok where to begin! by far the best accomodation in my Eurotrip. The technology used to enter the facilities was simply great. The reception was so welcoming, with dinner tables, tea, cookies, all you need, and a beautiful terrace. My room was AMAZING, clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast! OMG if you are an early morning traveler, and you want to go out early, they offer breakfast in a coffee shop that is a few blocks away, and let me tell you, it is delicious!!! Also, the girl of the staff, I am sorry for not remembering her name, she was the most kind and offered me a delicious coffee and the ability to leave my luggage on my last day there!

I suggested them the light in the front door, because at night is hard to find the correct door hahaha, but apparently the city town hall is doing some reparations in the street and they cannot do anything about it.

Such a fabulous b&b. The room was very spacious, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. There was a lovely family feel to the B&B. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, and lots of choices. One of our party was unable to eat gluten, and every morning they made sure they had lots of gluten free goodies for breakfast. The communication from the hotel was the best we have experienced, and they were very accommodating to our late arrival. The location was perfect as well. So close to the centre of Florence, but far enough away to be away from the hustle bustle of the centre. Totally recommend this accommodation! What a wonderful stay!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The two rooms we had were well appointed and clean. The breakfast host provided a full stocked assortment of food and was gracious enough to make us tea and cappuccinos. The apartment is not too far from the main train station and convenient to a number of restaurants and pizzerias.

The process to confirm we had a reservation was a bit confusing when we first arrived. The building is also located on a somewhat busy street in Florence so be aware of road noise, especially if you like sleeping with windows open. We prefer to walk in larger cities so be aware that most of major tourist sites are a 20 to 30 minute walk on mostly side streets. Would have rated this a 9 if it wasn't for the road noise.

Comfortable, spacious room with nice decor and facilities. Good aircon. Bed was very comfortable and there were shutters and curtains to ensure external light was minimised. Bathroom clean and modern, with free toiletries. Free chilled and sparkling water. Breakfast was ok, with choice between sweet or savory, and small selection of buffet items (albeit the person serving on the second day seemed less organised so not as much fruit or yoghurt available). Location was ok, about 15 minutes walk into the centre but that was known in advance (and reflected in the price). Weather wasn't great when I was there, so I didn't use the terrace, but it looked very nice with good seating options.

My room (Pisa) overlooked the main road and so you could hear the traffic noise even with the windows shut - didn't bother me too much but might put off lighter sleepers. Also, as the room was directly off the communal area you could hear the server preparing for breakfast. Would have been nice to have the ability to get a coffee outside of breakfast hours.

Location is walkable from main train station even you can find local city bus. On route to main train station will find many restaurents after crossing "Piazza della Indipendenza". Host was very generous and kind. she serve fresh sandwiches and coffee. Rooms I can rate one of top stay I have ever stayed and I wish if I have option to cancel other reservations I could have extend my stay here and cover all place.

I can't say anything

The room was very clean and bright with good tea making facilities and a fridge. The shower was excellent. The room had doors that opened onto a lovely shared outside space with plenty of outside furniture. Check in and out very easy and communal space was also very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was basic but great considering the price. I would definitely recommend

The room was spacious (the bathroom too!) and clean. The breakfast was agreed upon the previous day and was fresh, abundant and delicious. There are several bus stations nearby and it was easy enough to get to the train station or the city centre.

Nothing really, the place was exactly as we were expecting it to be. Maybe it could be more "sound proof": the first night there were people working on the tram lines just outside our window, and till quite late, but that didn't affect our overall experience.

I liked that the host was ready to answer questions in messengers and agreed to resolve certain issues that caused a reason to worry at first. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient (the hostess cooked omelet to my delight). The check-in is contactless and easy-to-understand due to detailed instructions provided. I had a tea kettle in my room, which I find really necessary for travelers. Thank you!

I liked everything.

A really lovely place to stay. Great host who has put together some really nice touches. You have access to a drinks area 24/7, cold water etc. literally outside your room - very handy. Really comfortable room, Aircon etc. Breakfast dead easy and good. Whilst the hotel isn't central (only about a 15-20 minute pleasant enough walk), there are some really nice bars/restaurants nearby. Pizzeria Da Nasone is just the other side of the main road, great food/value. A must try place called Trattoria Tito is nearby too. There is also a Taco place next door that is good for a snack. A superb cake/coffee shop called Valu is not far away in the direction of the station. Definitely a "would stay here again" place.

You could put the location here if you were expecting somewhere really central (the middle no more than a 20 minute walk anyway), but it is a nice area and not as busy as the middle, plus there are loads of nearby buses. Station not far either. One really handy bus route is up to Piazzale Michelangelo. 20 minutes door to door. Worth doing in the evening. If you are reading this review and it is about a year old, there will be a brand new tram directly outside also.
