The location is perfect! Decent sized room. Access to a communal area. Everything was clean on arrival.

The private external bathroom was at the other side of the communal area and had to be locked by using the key which made a noise so was conscious of the surrounding rooms. We were in a room next to the main road which made sleeping a little difficult come the early hours when the traffic started but nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve.

The accommodation is quiet and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Everywhere perfect cleanliness. Ideal for relaxing after work during business trips. The location is easily accessible from the city center and railway station, and there is tram transportation to the airport. I was completely satisfied. The staff were very polite and always helpful when needed.

We got to the hotel quite late at night due to flight cancellations but Milena met us at the property and was very friendly. She explained all the property's features. We stayed in the room with an ensuite toilet. The shower floor was slightly slippery so just be careful. Spacious and clean. Shared the dining and kitchen with other rooms. Approximately 15mins to central train station and 20mins from Duomo. Would recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Corte Passi. The apartment was nice, it has a good location - a 20 min. walk from the city centar. Good communication with the host and easy to find and check in. Would definitely come back again!

Milena was an exceptional host and I felt at home right away. Place was wonderful and I would gladly visit it again in the future. For me, I had the best experience I could have with the stay. It almost felt like I rented an apartment. Best. Coffee was also for free and had great taste.

They have a microwave, kettle and coffee machine and a kitchen area with a table.

The bathroom in my room was outside the room -although this was stated in the description- and it was in the other extreme of the house. There wasn't cutlery either and the coffee machine was difficult to figure out how to use by yourself.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, in a good position, close to the centre of Florence. We had everything in the room that we needed. The welcome coffee is extremely good,real Italian espresso! We enjoyed our stay in Florence.

Common room where you could find anything needed. Room was cold which was good because it was hot outside

It is in the 0 floor, so it is like a basement (small windows) and it was cold room, which is good when you travel in summer but I do not know how comfortable it is during the cold weather

Spacious and clean room, A/C is available but we didn’t need it the whole time, near all the city center so very easy to walk to various landmarks, quiet area, functional living room and kitchen with fridge and freezer
