Great hotel. My only regret is not being able to stay a bit longer to experience more of it. The room had everything I needed and the rooftop was gorge. If you are looking for a photo op or 10 defo go

One particular member of staff asked me to move my seat while I was enjoying the rooftop to let a bigger crowd sit where I was sitting. It was a fair request and I was due to leave anyways but the way he asked wasn’t very polite, he essentially told me to move rather than requesting, and made me feel even more on my own than I already did feel. I was a solo traveller feeling out of place up there with everyone sitting in crowds and me on my own.

Nice hotel, much better than the one in Bologna. The rooftop bar has a great view although drink options aren't great. Easy check in and out. Close to the train station and not a long walk to the Duomo.

Need a bit of maintenance, few things not working quite right and wasn't the cleanest room but not an issue. Also a very odd layout, we had to walk through multiple doors to get to our room but again not an issue.

Staff were very helpful, rooftop area was fantastic, the area was a ten minute walk from the train station and only fifteen to the centre. Whole hotel was very clean and room spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the room, the bed and the bathroom, very comfortable. The pool and the view are fantastic. Breakfast was really good. I loved the design of the place. It's a little far from the city center but it's only 15 min walk.

I didn't like that the hotel store has political posters, they should keep things design only - no need to push agenda.

It was very modern and fresh with a lot of facilities to avail from.

The lift situation was a little annoying they take a awhile to come. Also the room was not cleaned during our stay we never got fresh towels

Nice staff at reception. Good bathroom with toiletries available. Cute spots for pictures (if you are interested) - swing at entrance, rooftop and pool. Distance to city centre ok if you want to walk (30 min walking with some transport available nearby).

Room felt a bit claustrophobic (however we didn't pay for the most expensive one). A bit disappointed with breakfast - could have more variety - but special with service as we would find the trays empty, not enough plates, glasses and bowls at times even though the room was not that busy. Had basic gluten free options like individually packed Schar bread, muesli and crackers. Some fruits but not a lot. Had vegan yogurt which you had to serve with a spoon (not individual pots).

The place is very modern and pleasant. The facilities within the hotel are great. Nice to chill at the yard during the day and at the rooftop bar in the evenings. The location is convenient as it is 10 minutes away from the station by taxi. Just in front of the hotel there's a tram stop that will take you to the main train station in 5 minutes which is approximately 2 stops and in 3 stops you get to the histrionical part of Florence. From there you can explore the city by foot. The staff was nice, cheerful & helpful. Loved the daily treats of coffee, tea and snacks.

Didn't like that there are limited options to change your phone as there's only one option only on one side of the bed.

That hotel is very cool. Perfect position, located at the tram via (public transport) you reach the center in 10 min. The breakfast was very good and the gym os open 24/7. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the view is gorgeous. But I recommend to go early as it very crowded in the afternoon. I totally recommend this place for work and holiday. Absolutely cool and the stuff was super nice. 😊 the fridge at the entrance had excellent food. Fresh fruits cuts, salads, bowls. Amazing.

As it is a big old building the way to top is a bit confusing in the beginning. I was at the 4 floor, so I had to change elevator at the 3. Floor and again to reach the top. It's like a labyrinth. But no drama. At the bar I ordered a coffee with milk. No regular milk. Just vegan milk. Hmmm.... I was okay with Almond milk but...not what I wanted.

Location is relatively good (20 minute walk from centre and a tram stop right outside). Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very modern and has good facilities. Free laundry service was a bonus and we liked the cafe, piano, tattoo shop and rooftop pool. Room was very good but a little tight due to it being ex student accom. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was lovely

Elevator system lets the hotel down a bit. I lost track of the amount of different elevators and a lot of the time you had to get one to then get a different one to get where you need to be and when it’s busy it was difficult. The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic but the drink prices were extortionate in our opinion and kind of ruined the rooftop experience. €13 for a spritz and €9 for a small lager (coke can size). For perspective you could go into Florence city centre and grab spritz for €5. The air con in the room worked but just didn’t really cut it.

It’s s good hotel to stay especially for a longer period of time. They have a good breakfast, commin kitchen, I think one can cook there his meals, laundry room which is free to use, rooftop terrace with a view and a bar! And a pool on the rooftop, but it was under renovation when we stayed there. People working there, all very very nice and friendly

It is located near busy roads, so thete is always transport noise, tram noise. And windows are not soundproof at all
