The location is perfect, not too far from the train station and a short walk into the city centre. There is also a tram stop at the end of the street which was handy. The room had a great layout, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was also really nice. The stay included a nice breakfast buffet which was fresh each day. Also free water in the fridge which was greatly appreciated after a long day travelling in the heat!

I would have liked some more fresh fruit options at breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided in the room which is great but we had to ask for milk as this wasn’t provided.

Great little find close to the Congress de Basso centre, for work trip. Staff friendly and accommodating for providing general information, like touring around the city. The chap on reception (very funny man) gave me a box of their breakfast honey for free when I checked out, which was very kind. The only issue I had with the room was that the mattress was a bit hard for my liking and that the green shutter on the room window was broken and kept opening of its own accord. Annoying at night when you are trying to sleep and light was coming in as there were no curtains. They should have really fixed this as it was obvious that this was faulty. Breakfast was exceptional, great coffee. Would definitely recommend a stay here as it was reasonably priced and close to all amenities.

The owner (Raphaele) received us personally, guided us through the check in process, and was very dedicated and friendly in ensuring that we would be comfortable. We got 1 freshly renovated and 1 older room, which was still decent. Breakfast was good too, not only with a good spread but higher than expected standard of presentation and layout (there was even honey from the honeycomb!)

With some ongoing renovation, there was some construction noise and debris around, but nothing unbearable.

Overall great location, close enough to walk to the centre of town which was great. The room itself was spacious enough and we had the ground floor with balcony. This was a lovely touch as we gathered some supplies from the local market and sat outside and shared a lovely couple of meals. The breakfast was enough and had a great selection of food, which we enjoyed throughout our time.

Everything was just perfect. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location, nice and clean room in a quiet neighborhood. 20 min nice walk to the center or taking a tram that is close to hotel. There is also a hotel parking that is a big PLUS for people that would like to travel by car.

There not a single thing we did not like about the hotel.

The location…far enough away of all the hustle and bustle of the tourist but close enough to walk everywhere. The room as well as the whole hotel was just spotless. All the employees we met were friendly, courteous and polite. Loved the honeycomb in the breakfast buffet. Also loved the cappuccino that were made fresh and on demand. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Florence again and would and will recommend to my friends and family.

The staff were very polite and helping. The breakfast was super good. The croissants and the pancakes were delicious. There were everything you hope for in a breakfast. We had reservation for a standard room, but they told us since they will upgrade our room to superior with no cost. The upgraded superior room was absolutule beautiful , it had a roof window that looked to the sky. The room was very big and had everything wee need in it. It was very clean. The best thing about the hotel was that the people that worked in reception and the whole staff we very friendly and warm and helping always. They answered all our questions very eagerly and warmly:) Location was also very good. 15 minutes walking distance from the Duomo and 2 tram stops from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

Breakfast was excellent, they had everything one would expect and for every taste. Compared to other hotels, above avereage at least. The rooom had a good size and the location, not being right in the historic center of Florence, was within a walking distance from it. Didnt need to use taxi or other transportation method.

I cant really say anything that I didnt like. To be honest, the hotel provided a very good service in every aspect.

Location was very good to explore Florence one more night before airport departure in the morning. It was so nice of staff to carry our luggage up the steps in entrance and back down for cab in the morning. Appreciated staff calling cab in the morning for airport and cab arrival in minutes. Our room was very clean.

Room could have more space for 2 people. Would have been nice to use our TV if English was available when viewing movies.

It is close to the historic city center and outside the ZTL. It has its own parking lot. The facilities are modern and clean. Bathroom is wide. The coffee served at breakfast is delicious. In particular, I would like to commend the staff, Mr. Raffaele, for being kind and skillful.
