The room was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Everything you'd want and more. Location was perfect. A 20 minute walk to all the historic sights. The host, Francesca was very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags on arrival prior to the room being available and also when we checked out, as our flight was late afternoon. The breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. Francesca's restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Thank you for a great stay!

Whilst the breakfast itself was good quality and plentiful, you had to pre order and it was delivered to the room. Our preference would have been to eat in a breakfast room and choose from a selection each morning. But again, that's just our preference. It didn't impact our stay.

We had a great experience with this accommodation! The room was very nice, spacious and full of character. The price was reasonable and good value for money (but we visited off-season, so I'm not sure how it changes throughout the year). The neighborhood felt safe and it was 15 min walking away from the city center and Duomo. The host gave us excellent recommendation for a nearby restaurant with great prices, homey atmosphere and excellent food that we visited twice and wanted to go a third time but is was closed on a Sunday. All in all, everything was great!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The owners of this small B & B, Francesca & Paolo, were welcoming & helpful. The room & bathroom were large & spotless, and it was beautifully furnished. The property was convenient for walking and there were also buses a few steps away, just around the corner. The hosts had great restaurant suggestions and Francesca was helpful when I needed suggestions for a gift for my hosts later in our trip. The elevator was a plus as I had hurt my leg several days before the trip, and was having difficulty with the steps. I can highly recommend the Opera Boutique B & B.

Loved the design of the room. It has everything needed for the comfortable stay. Great peaceful location very close to the touristic part of the Florence. It is also located next to the tram line that leads directly to the railway station and to the airport. Welcoming & nice people working in the hotel.

We liked everything, but there are some minor things: The blanket is too thick. There was some construction noise from the neighbor building during the daytime (not in the morning/evening though).

We had junior suite and it was clean & big enough for family of 4. It had big bed and a big sofa bed. A separate area for closet, for a small bar, a table to do some work and to make some tea or coffee. I really loved the different & elegant TEAs that were kept everyday for us. We were welcomed with a bottle of Champagne as well. The hosts were really helpful, from helping to fetch our bags to the room till we checked out early morning. They were available even late on WhatsApp and they really made our stay a pleasant one. Everything was within walking distance, 15-20 mins max.

Its on first floor and the lift(elevator) was rather small, could fit just 2 people, so had to take several trips to take up and down bags. Although our host was helpful and she helped in doing the same. Without the bags you could just take the stairs.

Grand, spacious bedroom (and bathroom) with thoughtful decor. Generous amenities, beautiful breakfast experience on request. Great location of being just outside the busiest city centre, so that you have the peace and quiet, but are still super close to everything. Excellent public transport connections (a bus stop literally outside the B&B). Close to many terrific restaurants that aren't necessarily touristy. Fantastic staff - thank you so much for your care!

Francesca was lovely and always available to provide advice and support. The room was perfect and very spacious and they made it up everyday which was a nice surprise. There is a little fridge in the room as well as tea and coffee facilities so it was convenient. The apartment is about 15mins from the station and a bit further to the main areas, but that was fine. There is also a tram stop about 7mins walk away. The building has a luggage lift too, which was convenient to get the suitcases upstairs. Thanks Francesca!

The room was beautifully decorated and cosy. Great tasty optional breakfast! The room and hotel was spotlessly clean. Paolo and Francesca were so friendly and kind and gave some really good restaurant recommendations. It was lovely to relax in the room after a busy day sightseeing in Florence (the centre of Florence was only about 15 minutes walk away). The suite was perfect for our young family for a few days in Florence!

The owner Francesca is very kind, the location of the B&B is excellent- convenient to go to the airport and right outside the crowded parts of Florence. And the bed was very comfortable!

Beautiful room, old and historic with class. Comfortable bed. Travel amenities in room, like shampoo and soap. Super safe. You have to go through 3 doors with codes to get inside. Area was clean and host was very nice.

No breakfast. Not even a water in our fridge. For the cost- throw in some water and a few yogurts in the fridge with some snacks? A bit far from city central. A 15-20 min walk to busy area.
