Location 10/10. We were 3 mins walk from the airport train, and only 10 minutes walk from the main sites (perfect for active explorers), quiet neighborhood but also lots of local food and shops around as you head towards the center. Apartment was super spacious and good facilities. Great view, excellent and accommodating staff. Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Wooden shutters helped manage the heat, although the AC worked great. Loved the coffee amenities :)!!

A few extra linens for the sofa bed. But that's it, really. It was really hot in Florence so we made things work!

Really helpful and friendly staff. Reception was closed at check in but they were regularly in touch by text so made sure someone was there for us when we arrived. Welcoming and responded to text queries during the stay promptly. Lovely, traditional building with fabulous windows. Comfortable and clean. Close enough to walk in to the centre but far enough out to not be too busy. Great communal terrace. Coffee machine in the room, clean cotton linen and comfortable bed.

Shower didn't drain well and the toilet flush kept on refilling which was noisy. Fridge was located in the wardrobe by the bed and it periodically made noises, like water trickling and buzzing, which did disturb our sleep. Unable to switch it off. These were only minor annoyances and didn't spoil our stay though.

Amazing historical building with tall ceilings, a very short walk to most attractions. Access to the building was easy and the owners were very good communicators. They have also been very kind and accommodating in helping organise a little surprise for a special occasion in our family. Rooms cleaned every day and floors mopped, clean towels and bedding. Spacious bathroom with shower. The accommodation was very good value for money.

Can be a bit loud on a street facing room, but after all the walking around Florence in the day, we still got a very good night sleep!

Well located hotel in Florence, the room was very well equipped with a spacious bathroom. Coffee and water bottles were provided daily, which made it a nice gesture from the staff.

The window could be a bit better isolated, noise from the street could be easily heard. However, this was not a big issue as the neighborhood is relatively quiet and calm.

Location was perfection as were the hosts 🐶! The kitchen was set up absolutely perfect for our needs....we were site seeing and eating out so only required coffee, fridge and minimal kitchen set up...although the hosts provided kitchen essentials. This will be our return spot when we come back to Florence next Spring!

The only suggestion would be (and it may not be able to be fixed) is the water pressure when the two showers or the dishwasher is on simultaneously....just something to know but not a big deal! The stairs to the upper level might benefit from grips on the treads...a bit slippery.....

Clean, comfortable, great location (walking distance to city centre), grocery stores etc. The staff is friendly and fast to respond, and the apartment had all the amenities needed.

The only negative was that the hairdryer wasn’t working properly, but only found out the morning I was leaving and didn’t have time to ask them if it was possible to replace it.

We had a wonderful time and the accommodation was fabulous. Great location, room was huge and as we were travelling with our son it was great we could share the space and not feel on top of each other. We would definitely revisit if we were in Florence again!

Minor issue was the front door lock into the building, it was hard to get into the property because it was stiff.

Very spacious accommodation with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Room was kept tidy, with new towels and water provided.

The toilet would struggle to flush at times, requiring an extended period of time before being able to flush again (partner couldn't use the toilet after I used it). My partner and I drink a lot of tea, and sometimes heat meals for which a lack of a kettle and microwave (mainly the kettle) was a letdown.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Accademia Gallery of Florence where the original sculpture of David is located. (buy your tickets in advance - I didn't and had to wait three hours in line). All other ancient/historical sites of interest are within walking distance (buy those advance tickets to reduce the time waiting in line). Check-in was effortless and accommodating. The NON-SMOKING ROOM was spacious, and clean, and had beautiful large windows that were hundreds of years old. The online photos of the room are very accurate. The air conditioner was great and kept my room very cool. The large bathroom with shower was also great - the hot water supply was excellent. Daily vouchers for a small tasty hot breakfast (see photo) at a nearby local restaurant were included in a small envelope during check-in. Hotel rooms are on the second floor (no elevator).

The location of the hotel and of course the staffs. After checked out for few hours, my husband realized that he forgot his keys on the safe deposit box, the guy there was very helpful (I don’t know if he is a staff or the owner), but he has saved us today and now we have arrived in Germany and could go inside our house due to his help. Thank you so much!

Nothing actually, but I have a feedback: During our stays, we had a key (I thought it was a decoration at first) and a room card. We tested the key on the first door downstairs and it worked but the key couldn’t open the second door upstairs, it would be nice if the key work for both doors, just in case a guest has lost his phone or no battery left, so she/he can still go to her/his room.
