We really liked the design of our studio, the bathroom was also really beautiful! The kitchen is amazing to have in Italy :) We had wine and cheeses every day and the room was extremely comfortable. The reception is not open 24-7 but the owner accommodated us with all our requests via WhatsApp with all questions and helped us check-in even when we arrived at 12 at night. Also, we could leave luggage at the reception on our last day.

I wouldn’t recommend to use elevator unless you like to live on the edge 😅😂 It would be also nice to have nets for mosquitoes because you either are too hot without AC, but with open window a lot of mosquitoes come in.

The staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful….like booking a cab that got us to the airport for our 6 am departure. Cleaning services were offered daily and coffee, towels, etc were replaced as needed. We found the location perfect for walking to many attractions but away from the crowds. Great location!

We partly booked because there was a kitchen. The kitchen supplies were a little sparse. Our daughter’s family who also spent the week in one of the apartments here was not allowed to use their stove. This was not a deal breaker however and we would stay here again.

Great location. Initially thought it was a bit out of the way but it was perfect. On a quiet side-street with very nice small shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Close proximity to Academia and city centre but quiet enough there was no disturbance at night. Owner vey helpful with ideas for trips and there is a very helpful list of recommendations for places to eat.

There was a small kitchen with 2 ring hob, fridge and microwave which might be tricky to use if one was staying longer. We did not need to use anything with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! 12 mins walk to the main square, 8 mins drive to the train station. I felt in love with the interior of the room. Staff is so lovely and friendly who are always available to assist and advise. They also have a water fridge at the reception where you can get a bottle any time you want which is such a great idea! Will definitely stay again when I’m in Florence. Thank you 🥰🫶🏻

It was a great location. The room was comfortable and was nice to come back to for a cool down after a lot of walking on a hot July day. The hostess was very sweet upon our welcome also. All in all it was a pretty good value.

The dishes could have been a little cleaner. The coffee maker still had an old used pod inside of it and my husband had to clean it out. They also only had one pod to use. Stocking it could have been done a little better. Also, the A/C had a leak that dripped from the ceiling, so we had to watch were we walked on the floor. I know it was from how humid it was (July) but they need to fix that issue. You could hear people in the hall as they walked past your room or slammed the door shut.

It was exceptionally beautiful and quiet. A place to relax after an intense experience in the streets of Florence.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property

Comfortable, spacious room with two separate areas and various amenities including a coffee machine, fridge, dishes, cutlery, and microwave. Very clean, nicely decorated, and managed by a friendly staff with good communication.

Nice place to visit Firenze, confortable and well suited.

Missing coffee some days

The location is amazing, literally walking distance to everything, the host / staff was super nice and very helpful. The room was better than the photos and very comfy!!

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and I was able to book last minute when another place overbooked and we didn’t have a room. I was able to book and arrive 30 min later. I will stay here again. First place I stayed that had great AC
