The property was very clean, it was on the 4th flour of a building but there was an elevator so everything was fine. The stuff was very friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

I personally disliked the breakfast situation, there is a big table where everyone is supposed to sit and eat, which makes it super awkward when multiple people have to sit together and make smalltalk at 7 in the morning. It doesn’t rly allow for privacy and private conversations at breakfast which I didn’t like. The breakfast buffet was limited and when we had breakfast around the middle of the allowed time there wasn’t much left to eat.

A stunning property, well located and immaculately clean. Dining facilities worked well at breakfast. Agree with other reviews that outside the property it would help with clearer signage. Overall, excellent.

I would have offered a 10 however I was a little put out that items had been removed from my room on the first morning of cleaning. The bed dressings and 'Flor' pillow along with two of my pillows. I felt this was not in order as it took away from the look of my room. I quietly mentioned it to the gentleman host who said he removed them as some guests could dirty them.

The hotel was located in a very nice area, close to all the places of interest I wanted to visit. We could find some nice restaurants and cafés nearby. Our room was clean, it had a fine scent and it was decorated with taste. It was comfortable and spacious and very quiet. The whole place was elegant, modern, well equipped and well-lit and I especially liked the breakfast room. Allessandro was very friendly and helpful, all his suggestions and advice was valuable and he made our stay easy and relaxed. I enjoyed breakfast as well, though there is room for improvement.

There was practically nothing that bothered me, though I would prefer not to drag my suitcase on the few stairs upon my arrival and my departure… The elevator was small but so vintage! I loved it! I think it would be nice to add a small refrigerator in the room. Also, check-out takes place a bit too early…

We truly appreciated the refined and spacious interior with its attention to detail. The room boasts new furniture, air conditioning, a TV, and a bathroom stocked with all necessary amenities. The apartment was impeccably clean, and we particularly enjoyed the good quality mattresses on the bed. The property's location is also perfect, situated close to the city center – literally a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. The staff members were helpful and polite. In the morning, a light but lovely breakfast is available in the living room for an extra fee.

It would be a nice addition if the TV offered screen mirroring or casting capabilities from a phone.

Superbly beautiful B&B, and pretty central in Firenze. The room was spacious, good ambiance and beds were great. The breakfast was decent, though differed a bit from day to day. The early worm does get the best worm in this B&B. The man who made the breakfast was nice towards the guests, but forgot to ask all the guests if they wanted coffee made (he asked my husband, but not me, very strange...). The shower gel was empty when we arrived, but was not filled up for the next day. (We had put the flask on the sink, but it was just removed and not refilled.) All in all a very lovely place to stay.

Very nice property and very clean! The location was perfect for our needs, and we loved our room—it was comfortable (even though it was a bit small) and quiet. The staff were also wonderful and spoiled us during our stay! Oksana cleaned our room every day with the utmost care. We come to Florence every year, and I think we’ve finally found our hotel! I’ve recommended it to our friends and family.

Just a few small things that would make this property even better: better pillows (ours were flat and provided no support), a suitcase rack in the room, and an option to contact someone if there’s a problem. Guests are completely on their own after morning service.

It is the perfect place to stay if you plan to visit Florence. You can feel at home, every corner is decorated with a lot of personality, from the moment you enter you can feel a combination of old Italy and a modern style. The kindness of Olga and her entire team is exceptional. It's more than a B&B, you find everything in one place, the small details (slippers, cleaning kits, we were surprised to see a sewing kit, nowhere do they have as many details for their guests as in Flor in Florence). The breakfasts are delicious, you have fresh fruits, a good coffee or cappuccino, you can choose what you want to eat from the buffet. After exploring every corner of Florence, what we all want is to be able to rest and if we talk about the comfort of the rooms, it is perfect for sleeping in silence. The location is perfect, you have very popular and delicious restaurants just 5 minutes away, tourist sites, museums, cathedrals, squares and the center of Firenze. I would definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again and it will also be my recommendation to friends and family.

Excellent location just 20 minutes walk from centre including Uffizi, Academica and Palazzo Vechio Very nice breakfast. Just 30 minutes to Palazzo Pritti. At present there are tramworks outside but this didn't affect us at all. Tea and coffee in bedroom. Use of comfortable lounge if needed. Room well appointed with dining area and 3 chairs Nice views. The Dome photo (4) is from the bedroom window. There is a pleasant park opposite.

Nothing negative to report. Florence has mosquitoes! Be prepared. The big attractions are very busy! Book online before leaving home perhaps. Especially 'The David' which was fully booked up 21 days in advance.

It is a beautiful property in an old elegant building. There is a tiny elevator that helps with your bags up to the 4th floor. The management and staff were accommodating to our earlier arrival. Exceptional cleanliness! The breakfast was delicious, our favorite of our 2 week trip. This location is merely a block away from the Accademia Museum and the Statue of David.

Everything was great, the mosquitoes in the room were a bit much, but not sure that is the hotel's fault. That's a "Florence" issue.

- The design of the whole place is beautiful. - Room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and comfortable. - Nice breakfast in really beautiful room. - The location is short walk distance to all the sightseeings but still off the main tourist area so it is quiet. - Earlier check-in was possible and also after check-out we could leave our bags in the place and come for them later in the afternoon. - Very friendly and competent staff - we met 2 people from staff and both were extremely nice. There was a problem with no hot water due to street works but the lady from the B&B took care of it promptly. - The whole place is designed with thoughtful thinking about all the details that make the difference (e.g. we really appreciated the spare bathroom we could use to refresh ourselves when picking up our bags before traveling to our next destination).

There is a major street reconstruction going on so it is quite noisy - but all the bedrooms are situated to the courtyard so for sleeping it was no problem at all.
