The hotel is absolutely new, stylish and modern. It was 100% remodeled in November of 2022. Breakfast spread is the best we have ever seen in Italy, an amazing selection of meats, fruit, juices, green salad, pastries, and many other options for only $10. Free sauna and hot tub till 7pm, teas, coffee, water in the room, fancy bathroom and shower, beautiful decorated and in the great location, only few minutes from main area but also located on the quiet street. Any requests have been answered by hotel personnel.

We didn't know that the pool was only seasonal, and that we had to pay a fee for a gym to use it.

My experience in this Hotel was amazing. I was soo exciting and happy in my stay. the Hotel is new . closed to train station and inside city center , and close to everything. 1- Reception staff are very kind, respectful, quick response. 2- Kitchen staff was so amazing people and so friendly, welcoming, highly and quick service. 3 - The room facilities: everything is new , comfortable, very clean, high technology, a lot of things inside room for free. no need to think that they miss something. everything perfect. 4- Washing machine so clean, new , easy to guest to use it. also all the stuff are ready to help you. 5- Breakfast, very delicious, many varieties, highly quantity, the stuff like working like Bees. highly service, elegant and gentle. also the same quality of services when we use the restaurant at night. prices for restaurant was very normal. 6 - there is fitness area, but I didn’t use because I didn’t like sport 😅 also there is SPA. everything organised. 7- Value of 💰 : it is very amazing price for this highly quality of services, location and facilities regarding my experience, I really advice to visit this hotel , for sure you will enjoy. everything is perfect, For future, I advice the management to thing about: making bigger SPA and indoor swimming pool. because the hotel so new and it worth to do it.

Very clean rooms, with a delicious breakfast. The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.

As a suggestion, it would be better to have a bigger wardrobe, with shelves and also a mosquito net at the windows.

Hotel was clean and everything worked. The attached restaurant was great - including the cocktails. I appreciated the available laundry station as well. It wasn't too far from the center either, only about a 10 min walk. It's also close to the train station with the tram line T2.

My biggest complaint was the room size, which was quite small - the bathroom too. The breakfast had a lot of amazing desserts but not too many healthy choices. Coffee was great of course.

Lovely hotel in an absolutely amazing location. We chose this hotel because it was close to the key attractions and had car parking and it didn’t disappoint. For example it took about 10 minutes to walk to the Duomo. We loved that we were able to have room service as well one night when we got back late and didn’t have the energy to go out to dinner. If you are wanting to dine in the hotel restaurant I would suggest booking as it was fully booked one night when we tried to eat there. The beds were super comfy, the shower hot, and room was super clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only consideration if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street as the trams can be quite noisy as they run by the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in Florence.

The Hotel is well located near the city center, however you need to walk and consider around 15 minutes to reach the Florence city center. Room was very clean and the hotel's bar was also practical. The spa is unique, it's small but fancy and adapt to a couple or few persons, it includes the finnish sauna and the hydromassage. Remember to book it in advance because they're planning day by day and they will give you just less than 1 hour to enjoy it. In general this hotel was a very good base to visit Florence. A garage is available if you're travelling by car.

Very clean and comfortable, everything we needed and liked the extra touches (nice toiletries, free water etc), bed was huge and comfy and loved the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa was nice although didn’t realise you had to book. Very good value for money for this time of year and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Not clear enough you have to book the spa for 45 mins and share with 2 others, hairdryer not working so had to ask for one which came quickly but had a short lead and no plug near a mirror. Room very light (could do with black out blinds etc). Left half used toiletries to use the next day and these were taken - seemed a little wasteful!

Family of 4 traveling with 2 kids ages 7 and 11. We stayed in a quadruple room. We liked that each kid had a bed. The hotel looks new. We had access to a washer and dryer. We also reserved the spa one day and it was included with the hotel fee. Great location everything is within walking distance but in a quiet area away form the touristy traffic.

Traveling with kids sometimes is convenient to grab something quick to eat at the hotel in the mornings. Kids don't eat much for us paying the 20 euros for breakfast for each kid was a lot. We did not eat there.

location a short walk from the city centre. breakfast good and didn't need to book as part of a deal. could choose each day for a reasonable price. bed very comfotable. Room fridge had lots of soft drinks as part of the price (free?). Staff were friendly and helpful with touristy information.

shower ran very hot and cool at times, I had to move out of the way until it returned to the right temperature. I reported this and it will hopefully be corrected for the next guest. Only had 2 small milk cartons , should have had some more in the fridge for those people who like a more milky coffee. only stairs leading into the hotel, should be a ramp for suitcases and a more obvious one for disabled people. Few cafe's nearby for cheaper eating.

The staff were helpful and we particularly like Daniel , our barman , who was very friendly, knowledgeable about the different drinks and made fantastic gin and tonics . The hotel is modern and clean and is in a quieter part of town. However, their soundproofing is of a poor standard and each night were disturbed by street noise , often waking us in the early hours of the morning . We stayed in a hotel in Rome that was right in the centre but had a very high standard of soundproofing . The hotel restaurant is very good and staff were very attentive. I would recommend the IQ hotel but strongly recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the street .

Whilst the hotel is very good in most respects, the soundproofing was sub- standard and we were bothered by street noise in early hours of the morning. Bed was too firm for our liking.
