The breakfast was really good and varied, and the breakfast area had a stunning view of the city. The room had a great view of Florence Duomo dome. The staff did a great job accommodate the guests needs and it was very friendly and professional at the same time. The hotel location was great, walkable distance from the centre.

The room fridge didn't work.

Hotel Panorama has a stunning location - just a 4 minute walk from the Galleria D’ell Academia and an 8 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room looked out onto the duomo and the viewing terrace at the top of the hotel has stunning views of the Duomo and city. The hotel itself is quaint and quirky with wonderful decor and art spread throughout. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome in the hot month of July! It’s also a short walk away from a grocery store and self service laundromat and just a 15 minute walk from Firenze S.M.N. train station. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Of course, we absolutely loved the terrace! It was so nice to be able to see the city from above. And also that we were so close to the big attractions of the city. We also loved that it was a 15-minute walk from the train station so it was easy to move around. The breakfast had an amazing view and what was provided in terms of drinks and food was of great value as well. The people who worked there were super nice and helpful as well, which always makes the experience!I definitely recommend.

The furnishing of our room was a bit outdated- the centerpiece lamp was very hard to look at when it comes to being visually attractive. But this is not a huge deal since we were there to see a beautiful Florence and not a beautiful hotel room. However, i have to say, it’s nice to come home to a room that has some effort in aesthetics, even if minimally haha. It was hot hot when we arrived and the air conditioning was a life saver- but it does take time to cool the room!

Very nice hotel with a very good location and a fantastic view from the cozy terrace, from the breakfast room and from my room. Very, very nice staff. My suitcase got stuck in Copenhagen, so I was a little sad and worried when I checked in. Received a very warm and understanding welcome from the person who checked me in. All the staff were very nice, everyone I met at the reception and the lady in the breakfast room. (I don't know how to thank the woman at Bologna airport who arranged for my bag to be transported to my hotel the next day. I'm so grateful.)

The door to the lift was not always closed correctly and then the lift remained on the floor it was on. That was the case when I arrived, so I had to walk up to the second floor to the reception. Not a big problem, but as I have a bad knee, it was a bit of a struggle. (Without my suitcase, luckily.) The breakfast could have been a little better. There was only white bread to toast left and no cheese left when I ate at ca nine o'clock.

Quirky hotel in a quiet area but within 10 minute walk of the city centre. Lovely roof terrace with fantastic views of the duomo and other city buildings. Breakfast was good. Rooms a little dark but OK. Small but clean and functional. Better than I expected

Could do with a bit more variety of drinks available to buy at the 'bar' which is in effect a few bottles of wine and a few cans in a fridge. But other than that, good value for money in a good location

The view from the back deck was great! The hotel staff were accommodating, and the room was sufficient for a single traveler. The facilities are a bit old and worn, but everything worked and was clean.

The A/C worked, but not great, and it was a warm stay in the summer. The room would have felt very small if I was traveling with anyone else. The space provided for working in the room was very small and common areas were not always open.

Great location. 15 minutes walk to the Duamo area. We had a room 'with a view' and it didn't disappoint! Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold choices.

Shower pressure was a little weak but we were 4th floor in an old building so could forgive them for that!

Very convenient. Helpful, flexible, generous and easygoing staff. Welcoming and well located place. Aesthetically very amusing insides. All good.

Very clean, well organized hotel. They have even put mosquito repellent item to room. Great reception endorsement. Location is good, by walking 15 min to SMN train station. Less than 10 min to Duomo.

The hotel was located quite near to the central area (Duomo). 15 minute walk from the train station, and 10 minutes to food options at mercato centrale. This hotel also has a very nice terrace with really cool views of the Duomo. One of the receptionists were really really nice! I didn’t manage to get her name, but if you’re reading this and you are the nice receptionist, you know it! Please continue to be wonderful! I also noticed that the staff were multi lingual. I heard them speaking in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
