It was very close to the city center - probably 10-15 mins close to Duomo. The staff was nice and allowed me to do the check in earlier since a room was ready. Everything was clean.

A bit loud on evening/night. It lacks a fridge.

All the usual things but loved it had a lift, it was easily accessible from the San Marco piazza, loved the bed and the water pressure was great (both waterfall and handheld shower heads). The staff were super nice and gave us a second sheet when asked for one. There is no reception staff after 6pm but they can be contacted via whatsapp and quick to answer!

It’s not that we didn’t like, this is more about personal preference. We plan to come again and will remember to get a couple of those sticky towel hooks as that is the only minus. There is a heating towel railing but no hooks or any hooks in the room for outside clothes. Not a big problem if it’s summer or you bring your own.

The location was very close to the town center; very walkable. The distance to the train station was not too far.. definitely walkable with luggages (I had two roller luggage). Close to cute bakeries, one of the Il'Antico Vinai storefronts, and the Uffizi. The only issue I had during my stay was that there was construction going on along the road of the hotel... however, it didn't bother me.. just would have been nice to know about. That's life though.. the hotel can't help when the city needs to work on the roads. The service was friendly. IT IS A SELF-AUTOMATED CHECK-IN if you do so outside of the staff's hours, so just be sure to contact the hotel if you have any questions. All workers were helpful, the room was super clean and nice, and I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Florence.

The rooms were large, clean and had a pleasant hygge style. Modern, minimalist and appealing. Large rooms offer fresh air and light. It had the best shower - good pressure and really hot water. Walking distance to city centre and numerous amazing sites. It makes wondering around Florence that much more enjoyable.

The use of the App for entry into the building, the hotel lobby and then the rooms was difficult with a party of six people. Putting the digital key access onto other phones was a bit tedious and glitchy. A key card for the rooms at least would have been a nice backup. The check in was not very clear, although the staff person tried her best to communicate with us. As we arrived too early to check in, we were told we could leave our luggage, however it was stored in a communal kitchen area with no lock on the door and no one around to watch them.

I like the location. Easy to walk to the Duomo and other shopping and restaurant areas. Comfy bedding, clean, and they provided amenities for traveller. There is a water kettle for you to make your coffee. We brought our own coffee. Tiny elevator to bring up our suitcases. Helpful staff.

It's a bit of an issue with the apps. Well, the apps are actually working well, only some verification issues using my hotmail. I asked the staff to change the check-in email using gmail, and it works well after that. Oh yes, need some hooks to hang our towels in the shower room. Thank you.

Everything worked well the staff were very friendly and helpful... they have a different kind of access key on your phone) that took a bit of time setting up but worked well once set up ... thanks and the food & coffee directly underneath was beautiful.

This hotel was perfect. Central location, great price, the room was clean, staff was responsive via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfy, and the AC was perfect for the insane heat that was outside. I booked last minute, as I had an emergency and had to stay in Florence for the night and the booking process was incredibly efficient and friendly. I'd stay here every time I go to Florence.

I couldn't get the vending machine to function. But that's so incredibly minor and could very well have been user error.

The room we stayed was a very good & spacious, clean, new, and the the staff was lovely and friendly. This location was great as short walking distance to duomo, heart of city centre, and tram stop to go to the airport was just around the corner.

Not much to say. If someone needs to have a room with a view, maybe not this particular room, but this didn't bother us at all. There is a lift which was handy for 2 of us with backpack & good working lift, but if anyone has a large luggage, only 1 person will fit in the lift at a time.

Excellent location and great price. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and near a lot of conveniences like supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. The room was also more spacious than expected. Check-in was simple and the reception, when they were present, were friendly and helpful. There was heavy construction to install a new tram system right outside of the door of the hotel but we heard none of it from our room.

These are minor complaints, but the room was a little older than presented in the photos - for example our towel heating rack didn't work, and I could hear the people in the next room over.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel's location was ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. For Italy, this hotel was simply wonderful and quite affordable. The location was perfect. There were even complimentary fruit and water in the rooms. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, which were single-use and refreshed daily. The shower worked wonderfully, and the room was very spacious. There was even an extra bed for two people. The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work very well. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
