The room was very nice. It was big enough for one person, but for two would be too small, even if the bed was double. Every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed - very happy! The staff at the reception is ready to help 24/7. The staff is very friendly! When going for a walk around the city, you can leave the keys at the reception, so as not to carry a large bunch of keys around the city. Staff check-in me into the room earlier than the official check-in time - thank you a lot! On the last day, I could leave my suitcase in the storage room. The location of the hotel is perfect! Quiet street, close to the train station and all the sightseeing! Thank you very much for hospitality!

The bed has a strange size. It seems for two, but it is quite short - your legs can hang down. I am 168 cm tall and it was comfortable for me, but if you are taller than 175, I think the bed will be small for you. Keep this in mind when choosing a room. And also there is no kettle in the room, I knew this in advance. But if there was one the room would be perfect:)

We had a nice stay! The hotel is located in a very central area, making it convenient for exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to our positive experience. What stood out was their flexibility—they allowed us to check in early at no extra charge since there was availability. This thoughtful gesture was deeply appreciated and made our trip even smoother. After checkout, we were also able to leave our luggage in theirn storage area since our train was scheduled for the evening. Thank you for such a lovely stay! We’ll definitely be back.

The only little thing was that the shower was a bit small, but overall, we had a great experience.

Hotel has small rooms, but has everything you need for a city visiting :good location, good price, profesional people at desk. I had a problem in bathroom , room 104, , it was solved. The room cleaning is every day. There are warm rooms. Good wifi. I received invoice, thank you very much. The people at desk are very helpfull, just ask and they do everything they can to help you. From hotel you arrive in a few minutes to the DOM, to Academia, in 15 minute to Uffizi, Vechio palace. I eat at Aroma India and Mercato Centrale (very near and good prices and tasty food) , anyway many and good restaurants are arround. From Santa Maria Novella train station you need maximum 20 minutes to arrive in the hotel.

In bathroom there is solid soap, but no place to put it at shower area (there is only top shower ). Missing shower gel, that can be easily manipulate in such a shower space. Missing shower cap. Beds are not so good for a good sleep, this apply only for my room.

We liked the location , which was two steps from city centre , 10 minutes from Firenze S.M. Novella Railway station,Beds were super comfy , the room as on pictures, breakfast not excellent but quite good, overall you get even more than what you pay for

The stairs to the room , we were on second floor but technically 3rd , we had climb two rows of 17 stairs, and the breakfast place was a bit cold for February , there was no heating

The staff was very accommodating, polite and nice. Suggested and offered everything in need. Room was pretty fresh looking, very clean, nice size of single bed room. the bed was very comfortable and big. Location was great as I like to walk around and not use metro or other transport.

Room windows are to the yard side, where terrace is also located. So when people were laughing, it was very audible. Also some pipes in wall was dropping water or something in every few seconds, which was a bit annoying, nut nothing insufferable.

Nice little hotel, very friendly staff, generous breakfast with good variety. The receptionist offered to take our luggage up the stairs for us and that was very nice because our luggage was pretty heavy.

I have nothing to complain about. Just an observation, the hotel has a very stiff set or stairs, so someone with problem claiming steps may find this hotel not convinient.

Great location and staff. Room and breakfast was very good value for the money and I would definitely return there, if I ever go back to Firenze.

The only thing that may be problematic for some people is the absence of elevator and parking directly next to the hotel. We had to leave our car in a parking place close by, which was not a problem.

Location is the best, the room is enough for us (2 adults and 1 child). We may upgrade to bigger room with extra bed when we came. Staff are helpful and the clean our room everyday and changed the bed sheets everyday too. I am impressed. Airco worked perfectly.

Toilet was difficult to sit and the noise of the remodelling.

The breakfast was spectacular...I traveled with my mother. The room was very comfortable, everything clean and cozy. Hotel staff Denis was very attentive with both of us, taking care of everything we need. The location is great, a few minutes away from the train station and walking distance to the main attractions. Wi-Fi was very fast, I needed it for work. I could also work in the dining room, where the connection is even faster.
