The hotel didn’t look much from the outside but the room was lovely and a nice touch that everything in the fridge was free. The car park is very close to the hotel. It was hard to find but only due to the fact that there were roadworks outside the hotel so don’t let this put you off. Francesco on the reception was lovely and very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but noticed it when we walked out and it looked really nice.

Even though the reception were very good at replying to emails beforehand and during check in, we didn’t realise that there was not a 24 hour reception so when we couldn’t work out how to adjust the air conditioning (room was too warm for us) we couldn’t ring anyone. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

Good location, beautiful and unique look (and the photos on Booking don’t do it justice), excellent service- the front desk showed us our 3 rooms and how to get into the property after hours, and the cutest 2-level superior room I’ve seen in awhile.

All the rooms face a gorgeous indoor courtyard, but that means noise from other guests or playing children is amplified. Some room features, while visually stunning, aren’t the most practical: if you come down the spiral staircase of the superior room in the dark (since someone is sleeping downstairs), you have to be extra careful not to trip. Some of the outlets are not conveniently placed, and the giant closet upstairs (assuming that was a closet) was void of shelving or hangers. I used two chairs for my luggage.

amazing rooms hidden away from the street, so total silence, even though you are in the heart of the most active area. High ceilings, good style, very clean and nice staff (they speak English very well) - Everything was perfect. The floors were a bit cold, but there was slippers in the bathroom for the feet. We chose not to eat at the hotel for breakfast. I am sure it is good, but we wanted to try the many local cafés. We had amazing breakfasts at Simbiosi inthe street, corner shop (only 1 minut walk). We chose to get takeaway a couple of times, when we had been out all day. The TV has netflix and many oother apps. We were happy that the hotel was 8 min walk from the trainstation and placed near good (trendy) restaurants. It is very near everything only 1-5min walk to shops, pharmacies, nail bar, hairdressers, take aways, gorgeous restaurants/cafés, 5min walk to uffizi museum. 10min to Ponte Vechio. There are 2 Indian take away ("Royal Indian" was the best). If I come back to o Firenze, I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing too mention. It was 100% perfect. However, if you are staying for long, then I should mention that there is no wardrobe. Only a small rack to hang clothes up. But we didn't need that for a short stay (3 nights).

The staff was very responsive and helpful with afterhours check-in/room access directions.

THe rooftop skylight had a small leak. Other than that the room was perfect.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The location was ideal not just for the train station and the Accademia di Firenze but also for the central market and pretty much everything else. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and we felt like we got good value for money. The staff were very kind and gave us a little gift as a sign of appreciation on our return visit. The hotel is ideal for people who want somewhere peaceful to stay right in the busy centre of Florence.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We had two bathrooms (two showers, two toilets, everything) and even a small kitchenette. The rooms all line a beautiful corridor with a water fountain so it feels very serene. Most notable was the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. I need a chair brought to my room and they did so quickly. We were greeted by everyone whenever we walked by the front desk or through the corridor and it made us feel so welcomed. Location also cannot be beat. You are right next to the city center, main train/bus station, and the tram, so getting into the city is exceptionally easy. It's a short cab ride from the airport if you opt for that as well. Also, despite being right next to the city center, it's very quiet and night so no concerns of noise.

Nothing - everything was exceptional.

The hotel is lovely, with lots of plants and natural lighting. The room was a nice size, but strangely laid out. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large. There was a nice little kitchenette. The couch was already made up as a bed for us when we arrived. Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly!

The electric lighting was strange. We don't often use overhead lighting, so that wasn't a problem ( there were lamps and a skylight in addition to big windows) but in the bathroom it would have been nice to have brighter lights so we could see to do make up. The air conditioners in the main rooms would not come on. It may have something to do with the time of year, but in Milan and Rome it was not an issue. It was early spring and it was warm. The room got stuffy. The room was huge, but a large portion of it was an upstairs space that had an air conditioning unit and 4 chairs. We expected a bed to be upstairs. As it was, we were not able to use the space at all.

A modern, well equipped unit with all amenities needed for self-catering. Two bathrooms were unexpected and made our stay very comfortable. Hot chocolate and sweet treats available all the time. A surprise gift on Christmas giving our stay a special touch. Within 5 min of the Academia and 10 min from the Duomo. Complimentary drinks and Prosecco in the fridge. Very comfortable unit. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Paid parking close by.

Nothing.

Superior room with separate bed on second floor (via spiral stair) was great . Allowed our son some privacy and space for himself. Room was VERY clean. Front desk was fantastic - Mateo was super great. King size bed is hard to find in Florence and was comfortable here. . 10 minute walk to Duomo. The very close Mangiafuoco restaurant was terrific- food was so good and staff so nice we went back 2 nights later. 5 minute walk to the market. Can't say enough about the hotel- just great !
