This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel .What i like more there are the central location, perfect cleanliness, friendly staff. You are in the very center of Florence, very close to all the main attractions, but in a quiet street and when you are inside, you have silence and you can sleep very well. The room is very clean, you have a comfortable mattress and pillow, the bed linen is perfect . If you need anything, the staff will always help you as soon as possible. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around, the good food court in the central market is very close too. The central station is nearby and it is very convenient if you travel by train. I can highly recommend this family hotel to everyone.

the room was pretty clean and cozy. the stuff was very friendly and the place is really very easy to find. a great and very pleasant surprise was that the hotel has a little kitchen, where they provide snacks, tea and coffee for breakfast in the mornings! we also were provided with the big water bottle in the room, which was refilled daily! keep in mind that a bed is big, but it consists of two beds put together, but nevertheless we didn't have any problems with it and it was pretty comfortable to sleep. the conditioner works great and the room was pretty cold in such a heat it is also pretty close to the city center and all sightseeings

everything was amazing! the only little thing that bothered us the first day were the mosquitos, but we handled it quickly and slept well :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the city center. The location is perfect for exploring, with everything just a short walk away. Despite being so central, our room was very quiet and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although breakfast wasn't included, she generously offered us coffee and some snacks in the morning, which was a lovely touch.

The bathroom ventilation didn’t work well, making it feel stuffy at times, and maybe it will be helpful if the rooms had an iron

Fantastic location! The accommodation is great and the kitchen area fantastic with generous supplies for breakfast and drinks. Alessio was very kind and helpful.

We were disappointed with the room allocated for a 5 night stay. I understand I had booked an economy room but I think there were much nicer economy rooms than the small one we were given. It didn’t spoil our stay but we felt a bit cramped and a bigger and brighter room would have made our stay even better!

We had a lovely room. It was very comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast items available was such a great touch. The location is great, just far enough away from the craziness of the crowds.

The shower is very small but I’m also aware that is down to the limitations of the building.

Noisy early in the morning by other guests. There was no message requesting respect for other guests' rest hours. As my room was adjacent to the shared kitchen, it's probably where the noise is most noticeable.

Daniela was very good in supporting all the way before and arriving. Location is great . Room size and ammenities good too.

Our sugestión is to provide more detailed information about parking. We got list with waze and ended in area with infraction. Foreigners need to have more information on how this works and even the link to get to the hidden parking, that we missed. Having extra pillows would be great.this is helpful for those people that ha e reflux.

I liked that the tv had you tube because that meant I could watch content in my native language. The place was quiet & had a refrigerator in the room. It was easy to find and not too far from the train station but also close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The staircase was well lit, but since the lights were activated by a motion sensor, one had to keep moving for the lights to stay on. Not really a problem, but something to remember when going up or down.

I really liked my stay here. It was neat and clean and the bed really comfortable. It was quiet and the temperature just right. There was heating put on as the weather changed. It was family run with courteous and kind treatment. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room then also a kitchen with complimentary coffee and cakes for breakfast. I could leave my bag there on the last day before my evening flight.

No lift, fine for me but maybe an issue for others.

The room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained.

The ad says there is parking but there is not. The parking available is in a garage nearby which cost us about €40 per night. This made the stay much more expensive than expected.
