It’s located next to a big park. The rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom including an Italian bidet. Coffee and tea selection available in the room with a fridge and small minibar.

The only strange thing is you must leave the key at the reception and collect it upon return. I assume because they need to clean the room. Not really an issue I’m just not used to it.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. It is also not far from the train station. The staff were very kind and supportive, and the hotel’s spaces are beautifully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel does not have parking, and the reception asked us to pay a separate fee for parking in another area. Breakfast is also not included in the price, and compared to the requested price, the quality of the breakfast was not acceptable.

The hotel was in an excellent location - 15-20 minutes walk from most of the museums, churches etc which make up this beautiful city and mostly away from the usual city noises. My room was at the back of the hotel, with views over towards the Duomo. The room was a comfortable size with all the usual amenities. Downstairs there was a small bar and meeting/relaxing area which made a good place to gather before going out to one of the many restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely rebook this hotel for another visit to Florence.

I booked the stay last minute, happy to find something within my budget, and i was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is situated very well - cca 10 mins walk from the main train station, and close to most of the monuments, museums and galleries - all is within walking distance 10-30 mins. The single room was tiny but still comfortable and functional, with beautiful garden view, and I appreciate the updated decor, simplicity and cleanliness. The breakfast was very nice for the price. And there was a welcome drink, too!

My room was on the first floor, adjacent to breakfast space (which is not a separate room, but expanded hallway), and I could hear the noise from the kitchen and buffet through the door. It was not a big issue as i got up early anyway, but the noise of cuttlery and moving chairs could be disturbing if someone wants to take long morning sleep. Perhaps a better sound insulation of the door and adding a threshold would help. Nevertheless, for me it is not a reason to lower the rating, because i think it was still a very good value for the price.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The building is old but it make it even more stylish. People on reception were very nice and helpful. We had been upgraded to have a downtown view. Breakfast was very nice and very enough and welcome drink was just a cherry on the top. Thank you for very nice stay! We had enjoyed Florence!

Nothing what would disturb us. As I said the building is old and the walls are thin and you could hear other people from other rooms but nobody had behaved loudly. Just for people who need sterile silent this hotel might not be a good choice but as I said we love the place and enjoy the moments there.

Everything was perfect. Very clean place, spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic, and it is close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was delecious, and you can ask for a cappuccino in the morning that the staff will bring to your table. The outside garden is very pretty. There was coffee available in the lobby for free all the time. The staff were very helpful. The area is safe x

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very welcoming and we were given a complimentary drink on arrival. We would definately stay again but will request a room to the back of the building.

Our bedroom was located on the 3rd floor to the front of the building. Early, every morning, the bottle bins were emptied by the bin collectors several times, which kept us awake. Then around 7am they were doing road works outside! Seeing as we were only there 3 nights we didn't ask to move rooms but would have done if we'd stayed any longer.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception area, bar and terrace were all fantastic. Location was great. Close to major sights. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

Our friends room was tiny and lacked furniture. They experienced noise from outside. Room lacked power points for charging electronics. Our room was fine in terms of size but fittings in the room were pretty basic and decoration was tired.

The price I paid is a little bit expensive I was in room 110 which is very close to the breakfast area, and therefore thare are a lot of noise of people having their breakfast ....if the hotel can serve breakfast in another area far from rooms, it will be super
