We like everything about Aranus rooms ☺️ excellent coffee shop next door so we could pop down and get breakfast at a great price . Much better value then further in the centre . Right next to the coffee shop was a grocery store . 5 min walk from Cental market with most amazing food from home made pasta to famous Florentine steak and a bar ! 5-10 min walk from train station .

Thera was nothing we didn’t like It’s not for you if you looking for a quiet area though The traffic noise starts at 6 am and stays quite noisy till late at night . But this didn’t bother us .

sending picture of ID via whatsapp just to get the instructions for self check in (we arrived in the afternoon so not at an odd timing). they gave us reasons why, which is fine, but i just felt uncomfortable sending by whatsapp.

I had an incredible stay here! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the train station. One unexpected bonus was the laundry service right across the street, which was super convenient during a longer trip. Also, just down the street is the best pizza I’ve had in my life—LiVio Pizzeria. If you're in the area, don’t miss it! The room itself was a peaceful retreat. Despite the busy street below, the window insulation was excellent, making for a quiet and restful sleep every night. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. What truly set this place apart were the thoughtful details. The room was beautifully designed, with quality fixtures and a stylish, modern aesthetic. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire space smelled amazing—so much so that it inspired us to explore the local perfumeries (which are absolutely worth visiting!). The host was kind, responsive, and full of great recommendations for shopping and dining in the area. Overall, this was a standout stay that exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a good central location. The rooms have clearly been recently refurbished and have coffee machines and handy toiletries provided. When our room unlock code didn’t work the lady who was at work at the time was very helpful in getting it sorted for us. We would recommend people to stay here when in Florence.

A minor suggested improvement would be that it would have been helpful to have a shelf in the bathroom for storing our toiletries, e.g. by the sink, as we had to keep them on the floor. Other than that the room had everything we needed!

let me start by saying that the location is great and clean. the closest parking is 3 minutes away and you are close to most of the best restaurants and shops so it's a great location if you plan to visit Firenze the staff was kind and helpful

as others mentioned, some of the rooms have bathrooms outside their rooms,which is not a real problem but the doors are pretty thin so you can hear whenever someone is exiting their room an air conditioner would've been nice as well because the room we got had windows opening on the inside of the building and if you tried to open them,a food smell would soon fill room

We loved that the property was within easy walking distance of the station. The rooms were easy to access once the codes were provided for the doors. Rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Close to many food options and all major tourist attractions.

It was very warm in the room. But if we opened the window to let in fresh air there was a lot of noise from all the other air conditioners in nearby buildings (which could all be seen from our window). A ceiling fan may be a good addition to keep the air in the room moving and feeling cool.

Size of the room and location!

I didn't realise when booking that my bathroom would be an external private bathroom and not ensuite. It was not very convenient.

The location is excellent, close to the central station, the old city and good restaurants. Besides, the hotel has been recently renovated with a very good taste in the decoration. Room was spacious like a suite with a comfy bed. The bathroom was also very nice with toiletries and a good shower. Marco, the manager, was kind and willing to indicate how to go around the city. I definitely recommend it for a visit to Florence.

The location is close to the tram station, which was very helpful, and close to Doumo. Everything in the city is within walking distance. The staff were really nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the place went through renovations, so everything is super nice, modern, and clean. We had a great stay, and we highly recommend it!

The property is in a central location, had been renovated recently so the place is modern and clean (it has even usb C sockets in the wall). The staff were really helpful and provided guidance about the most important places to visit in Florence. I’ll definitely come again if i pass by Florence at any time.
