We like everything about Aranus rooms ☺️ excellent coffee shop next door so we could pop down and get breakfast at a great price . Much better value then further in the centre . Right next to the coffee shop was a grocery store . 5 min walk from Cental market with most amazing food from home made pasta to famous Florentine steak and a bar ! 5-10 min walk from train station .

Thera was nothing we didn’t like It’s not for you if you looking for a quiet area though The traffic noise starts at 6 am and stays quite noisy till late at night . But this didn’t bother us .

spacious room, pricate bathroom, centrally located yet quiet, aircon perfect, spotless.

sending picture of ID via whatsapp just to get the instructions for self check in (we arrived in the afternoon so not at an odd timing). they gave us reasons why, which is fine, but i just felt uncomfortable sending by whatsapp.

let me start by saying that the location is great and clean. the closest parking is 3 minutes away and you are close to most of the best restaurants and shops so it's a great location if you plan to visit Firenze the staff was kind and helpful

as others mentioned, some of the rooms have bathrooms outside their rooms,which is not a real problem but the doors are pretty thin so you can hear whenever someone is exiting their room an air conditioner would've been nice as well because the room we got had windows opening on the inside of the building and if you tried to open them,a food smell would soon fill room

Size of the room and location!

I didn't realise when booking that my bathroom would be an external private bathroom and not ensuite. It was not very convenient.

We loved that the property was within easy walking distance of the station. The rooms were easy to access once the codes were provided for the doors. Rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Close to many food options and all major tourist attractions.

It was very warm in the room. But if we opened the window to let in fresh air there was a lot of noise from all the other air conditioners in nearby buildings (which could all be seen from our window). A ceiling fan may be a good addition to keep the air in the room moving and feeling cool.

We came to this city as a couple, and everything was wonderful, and the location is in the city center. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the same, and more. The accommodation is very modern and equipped with all the latest technology. Everything was wonderful. The owner, Marco, was friendly and took care of everything. Thank you for everything.

Everything is great...

Property is good. The cleanliness can be better, since it’s all wood inside the room, it needs something extra like room spray or any incense stick something as it does not smell good for sure. Also, clean towels kept in the bathroom did not smell fresh, although the staff replaced the smelly one with the new ones but still the next day, it took some weird bathroom smell. I hope the room and the bathrooms smelled the way, the reception hall was. Other than this, everything else were good.

The room was lovely for sure. But we loved the responsiveness and flexibility of both host and staff. They were really really helpful. When you travel to foreign countries, this is what you need the most. Location of the property was a plus. Very close to station and other places as well. A lot of cafés and restaurants just below the property. Very clean room and comfortable as well. Loved the stay and will definitely book again when we visit Florence :)

Location, easy walking distance to all major Florence attractions and train station. It was kept clean.

It is not sign posted very clearly. It is the same property as Hotel Nationale. If you don’t have wifi this hotel will be difficult to find as they use Whatsapp to communicate location and entry codes. They did not give us new cups and spoons, towels when requested. We had long days so we’re out early and back late. Reception is only manned between 0830 and 1300.

Aramis Rooms is a litle gem in the centre of Florence. I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Absolutely 10/10. Whilst, from the outside the building doesn't look much, and Aramis Rooms is located on one of the floors it is excellent once you have entered. There is a key code for the building, a key code for the Aramis Rooms floor and then a traditional key for your room. Simple and well communicated by the host prior to arriving. The room was exactly as advertised and a good size. High level of cleanliness, housekeeping each day and comfortable beds. The en-suite bathroom was spacious and meticulously clean. The reception area was located within a communal sitting area with comfortable sofas, table lights and tasteful decoration; all to a high standard. The host was exeptionally friendly, spoke good English and was available throughout the advertised reception times. Communication both prior and during our stay was excellent and he was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had prior to visiting using Whatsapp. Information was provided in a pdf form prior to arriving in several languages which included the door entry codes, where to find the room key as well as a Google map showing the hotels location, photos of the door keypads and room door. There was absolutely nothing left out! Very well planned and simple instructions. We had booked for breakfast which is provided in a cafe a few doors down using a voucher which was left in our room. The host included a photo of the cafe, the voucher and instructions on how to get there even though it was just a few doors down; so nothing is left to chance! The cafe was friendly, efficient and a good selection of pastries and beverages included. Overall an excellent stay and I cannot rate this hotel high enough 5*****

I had Google Mapped the hotel prior to arriving and was a little apprehensive as it doesn't show the street in the best of lights and I wasn't sure how safe the area would be since I was travelling with my Mum. However, rest assured this doesn't do it justice. It's a hive of activity! Central, within minutes of the Duomo, tram and central train station.
