Nice people. Daily cleaning. Good location. There's a supermarket right next door. Nice bidet. It's a private room with a private bathroom in a bigger shared apartment. The kitchen is shared. And there's an extra bathroom on the hallway.

We flooded the bathroom with every shower taken as there's no curtain or door or anything to stop the water running towards the rest of the bathroom instead of the drainage. It was also pretty cold at night, we used the AC to warm up a bit. I don't understand if this is something specific to Italy, but the duvet doesn't have a cover, but 2 bedsheets, one on top and one under. It's super uncomfortable and they slip off immediately. Also the mattress was too small for that bed frame and the pillows kept falling between the bed frame and the mattress.

The location is so close to center and the train station. The room was very large. You can leave your luggage after check out.

The room is located on the second floor of the building. It would be great if there was an elevator. There are no hangers to hang items such as jackets, coats and towels. The shower cabin could have been fully closed, the water was splashing out a lot. Floors can be cleaned every day. On the second day, there was dust and hair floating on the ground.

The property is located very close to the train station, duomo, leather markets and restaurants. The room was very large and the bathroom has been modernized. Vanessa runs a very clean establishment and we were able to put food and drinks in the kitchen. She does an excellent job of explaining how to gain entry into the building and security is not an issue. She goes out of her way to help answer any questions.

The room is located on the second floor of the building and it is quite a haul up the stairs so keep that in mind.

Location is perfect for city sightseeing. Market and railway station are really close. Small foor store next door. It was easy to get into the room. Owner was nice. Everything needed for just sleeping and enjoying time in Florence.

Kitchen is not meant for quests' cooking use, but we didnt expect that. We were still able to use fridge and microwave. So everything was actually as we expected. Place is on the 2nd floor (easten europeans 3rd floor). Getting our 25 kg bags up the stairs was nice workout.

a bright , light , spotlessly clean and spacious room. good facilities, ensuite was great and the adjacent kitchen was handy for use of the fridge and kettle. room is very conveniently located on a street with shops, nearby railway station, markets and not far to walk for some of the main attractions of Florence. It's a loud part of a busy city. but the soundproofing on the windows was very good. ceiling fan was also a bonus. Staff very helpful and on hand for any information or queries.

Excellent location in center and close by train station and other shops. Simple yet clean. Good AC and hot water. Comfortable bed.

I was pretty satisfied but to let others know there are a lot of steps so may not be good for elderly people with luggage. Also the general building smells a little funky and the walls are thing.

The location is almost perfect! Vanessa is very polite and kind. She explained to us how we could use a discount on the price of the nights. Everything is clean and you can change the bath towels every day if you wish. You can use the refrigerator but it is not convenient for cooking. It is convenient for a quick breakfast. There are no towel hangers, but this is not a big problem.

Clean and spacious room; self check in; it was possible to leave the luggage there (although it's basically just put into a room where - in theory - every guest with valid door key number has access -> not sure if that's more of a security issue than giving it to a receptionist who also does not check IDs or anything else when you retrieve your luggage); nice staff; we were also allowed to use a toilet/bathroom after check out.

Loud at night (window do not close very well) and minor aspect: the room appears quite empty and therefor not very comfy.

It was very (very) clean, little supermarket right next to the hotel, everything on walking distance and a kind and welcoming host. Airco kept the room cool.

Very bright and cold color night lamps, it would be nice to have more subtle lights for the night. And no natural light during the day.

The property is in a great location and very clean. Near the market and a 10 minute walk from S.M. Novella Station. My original booking through Booking.com was wrongly cancelled half an hour before I arrived. I was very anxious. The hosts would not take responsibility but Booking.com found me this alternative accommodation and Vanessa was waiting for my arrival. She is a great communicator.

On a busy road, so can be noisy at times.
