The location was perfect for us since we had a lot of luggage and didn't have to drag it across town to the train station. Our room faced the street but the soundproofing was great. The room was small but comfortable. We were given coupons for breakfast at the cafe downstairs, which was great. There's an elevator too! It was an easy short walk to the main sights- the Duomo is just 7/8 mins away. We walked to and from the Santo Spirito neighbourhood every day and it was a very pleasant 20 min walk.

Check in at 3 PM was a touch late. Check in around 1.30/2 PM would've been perfect but it wasn't a big problem as we could store our luggage in the hotel.

Location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the T2 tram stop from FLR airport. Also only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. Self-check-in was very straight forward, communication with host was excellent. Room was spacious, very clean, great bathroom, A/C, and the room was amazingly quiet given being in a built up area. Was also able to store bags with them for the following day. Some very nice streets nearby with cafes and restaurants.

Google Maps led us to the wrong T2 station to exit. Check with host the nearest T2 stop (something I should have done).

We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. Staff were very kind and helpful and communicated clearly with us, even allowing us early access to our room when we arrived early. The room was spacious and well set out with nice decor. We had a gorgeous view from our window that opened for fresh air. We appreciated the air-conditioning with the warm weather. We got breakfast vouchers for a local cafe which was a fabulous experience sitting and enjoying coffee and pastries as the locals came and got their morning coffee. It was also well located for sightseeing and access to the train and tram station.

A quick stay in Florence in the clean and comfortable B&B My way! It was a short walk from the tram stop UNITA from the airport, then a short walk to the main train station when we left Florence. Conveniently close to the main central market and the main attractions of Florence. Elena and the other staff were kind and hospitable, and let us keep luggage in storage for our check out as we weren’t leaving til the evening time. Easy self check in access to the hotel with key codes (as we arrived late into Florence) then we got keys inside the room. Clean room, air con much needed for hot summer days, and the bathroom was spacious and good shower! Highly recommend and would come back next time we go to Florence. Towels included, linen was clean; and mini fridge also there as well!

The location was great, Via Faenza was close to everything, and the staff of the small cafe for the breakfast were very nice. The room was very clean. It has water tea bags, coffee, and teapot. We came on 28 December and the room was very warm. We had a very nice sunset view from the window, which was not expected ✨️

To have a Nespresso machine in the room would be great. The room was a little bit small but maybe we felt like that after having a bigger room in Milan. But everything was very nice!

I loved the interior of the room! It was just like in the pictures. The location was amazing, so close to everything, yet calm at night.

I definitely liked the breakfast included but the problem was that when we went to get it around 9, all vegan options were gone so we were offered just coffee and juice. Which basically means we had to fetch breakfast elsewhere.

Very clear instruction from the hotel about how to check-in to the property, so we managed to check-in very smoothly. The room was so comfortable and cosy with high ceiling, they provided everything that we needed. It was just 1-2 minutes walk to the Mercato Centrale. Multiple supermarkets (Conad, Carrefour) and shops are nearby, so it was super convenient.

Nothing much to mention, everything was great and we enjoyed staying here.

The location is pure perfection! You couldn't hear anything from the main road, which is so surprising and the decor finishes were so lovely! We booked a bigger room due to suitcases and it made a world of a difference as they were not in the bedroom which meant we had loads of space. It was also great when you had loads of shopping, so you can just drop it off and head back out again once you have cooled down. All amenities were there, and shower space was fab. We really enjoyed our stay:)

I sadly had to do some work whilst there, and we battled a bit with the wifi. I normally wouldn't mind as I like to disconnect whilst on holiday, but work and the wifi had other plans;). The bed is more a double/queen size over a king. I didn't check the bed specs and just assumed it was king based on the room size. These are minor in the bigger scheme of things but may affect others, hence why mentioning.

It is located within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence. There was no inconvenience in using the structure inside the accommodation, and it was good to use because the shower room was well equipped and the water pressure was good. It was nice to walk anywhere in downtown Florence, such as the Duomo di Firenze, the San Lorenzo di Firenze, and the Central Market. The reception staff and the room care staff are kind and guide you in detail about your inquiries.

It was just an amazing experience! I loved literally everything. It's a walking distance far from the center - 5-10 minutes and you are at the cathedral Staff was very polite and responsive. They also left me cookies as it was a Christmas Day. Thanks a lot!

The only one tiny thing that might need improvement is the door. When you turn off the light to sleep you still have some light coming to the room through halls between the door and the floor/wall attached to the door.
