Massimo was a fun character to communicate with and meet! Very responsive on What's App. Breakfast included was nice at a nearby Cafe with espresso and pastry. Room cleaned daily. Location close to Train Station and walking distance to all the wonderful sites in Florence! Felt safe. PAM grocery store right across the street.

The room we chose ended up being quite small for us. Essentially enough room for the bed and our bags! Walls are EXTREMELY thin and there was lots of noise from other guests and furniture moving coming from above us.

The place was good and was very close to the center. the room was big because we paid for the suite. The view was not as in the picture. The person who received us was nice and helpful. the whole room was clean and nice, the bathroom is fresh

We absolutely did not like that it says on the website that breakfast was included !!!. When we were there the person who received us said that he left 3 cards and that we should go and have breakfast in a cafe! It wasn't worth paying for breakfast, we got 1 Caffè or cappuccino and a cake that they chose. It was a big no no. it wasn't worth it!!!

- breakfast a few minutes away (cappuccino, latte or espresso + one piece from the desk like brioche, croissant ..) - very close or even in the middle of the city center (Air BnB location) - very nice start to walk through the center (5min away from the dome) - the host Massimo is very kind

- the room was very small and a therefore a bit challenging to open our baggages both together - only one window directly to a busy, loud street -> That is only the case of you have one of the two rooms pointing to the front. 3 rooms are facing to an inner courtyard - the check in time is not correct on booking (10 a.m. ), earliest possible is 2 p.m. officially. We were lucky that we could leave our baggages behind at the room

Location of accomodation is simply great. When you leave the room you are couple of hundred of meters near the Dome. Room was clean, with aircondition, big cozy bed, what was really good for me - really good and quality isolated windows. Accomodation is located in highly frequented street with restaurants, pedestriants and cars but you hear nothing. We got vouchers for typical italian breakfast near the accomodation where you can feel real italian atmosphere. Big positive is possibility to park near the accomodation in private garage, for some fee. If you are going by car here feel free to ask owner of accomodation, Mr. Massimo for possibilities. He is really helpful.

shower could be bigger but I understand there is not to much space how to deal with that

Massimo is absolutely the star. I am amazed about the communication , willingness to help or answer and questions. I was traveling with my mom and we were quite pleased with the accommodation. The room is small but the bed is very comfortable and it’s enough for sleep. The location is 2 min from groceries and from the central market. It take you approximately 7 min to train station or Duomo . We were absolutely happy with the location . For the breakfast you get the voucher for a coffee and the pastry , the place was lovely

I believe bathroom needs a bit stronger ventilation as you can smell that it is a bit smelly .Even we tried to open the doors and windows to ventilate doesn’t seem to work well.but it doesn’t impact our stay in any negative way

Massimo was very kind. Before arriving, I had made reservations for the museums in Florence through the Firenze Pass, but I encountered some issues. However, Massimo helped me locally and resolved all the problems. As a foreigner, it was something I couldn't resolve on my own, but Massimo, the manager of this hotel, kindly solved everything.

Our stay in Rezidenza Olimpo City was great. We had four amazing days in Florence and Toscana region. Massimo is a wonderful host. He gave us a very warm welcome and a lot of useful advices for restaurants and traveling. His sense of humor is unmatched. The apartment was wonderful and on a walking distance from all historic attractions and the train station, which we found extremely useful for our few hours trip to Pisa and back. The complimentary breakfast in the nearby cafe was good: different kinds of freshly baked croissants, coffee or tea per your choice. If we come back, we will choose again this accommodation. Great location and close to all the things to do in Florence It had everything we needed for a short stay Massimo was a great host! He sent great instructions for entry / check in and recommended where to go for dinner etc.

Walls were a little thin and you could hear people in the hallway / the neighbours sometimes. Couldn’t hear the road outside though The breakfast that’s included is a small coffee and croissant at a local bakery - not filling and we still had to go and buy something afterwards.

- Fantastic location in the city centre within walking distance to main attractions - Great self check in process (arrive at any time) - Comfortable mattress - Breakfast vouchers were excellent (at local historic cafe where the pastries were delicious)

- Curtains let in a lot of light from inside the courtyard at night - Fairly noisy in the mornings - Small room with a bit of a smell whenever we entered the room (ventilation required) - Pillows were uncomfortable

Massimo was a terrific host! Gave us tips on eating out, laundry facilities, & helped us get our train tickets to Sorrento. He went above & beyond communicating with our host at our next destination.The room was clean, cool, quiet, & close to everything. Hot water for showers & a comfy bed! Our free breakfast of a drink & a yummy pastry was the perfect start to the day! We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay at Masimo's again!
