The cleanliness of the rooms, the garden was a nice area to gather before a busy day or before going out to dinner. Like having a 24-hour front desk person available. They were great with suggestions for area dinners and arrangements for cars to the airport etc.

The rooms could have been colder via the air conditioning. The shower was a little tight. It would be nice to just be able to get coffee and sit in the garden outside of the breakfast buffet hours. The coffee bar area was so nice. Maybe that was available, but it was not obvious to me. Or a glass of wine.

The room was very big. The bathroom was huge also. Room was very quiet. The breakfast was very nice. Eggs, bacon and a selection of bread and cereals. Coffee available cappuccinos and espresso which were really good. The lady making the coffees was very nice and even made us a second one.

On our first day the room was very very cold. On the temperature gauge it said the room was 14 degrees. When we asked at reception if the room could be heated up she said the only thing she can do is offer us an extra blanket. Which didn’t feel very clean… The douvet on the bed consisted of one of these blankets and a sheet. When we arrived back to the hotel the second day the heating/cooling system seemed to be on which was good as we no longer had to be freezing in our room

Clean, nice good quality bed sheets and towels. Good breakfast and polite staff. Close to train station and sites.

The hotel was very good except unfortunately with 35C: The air-conditioning was not good, it was below window behind curtains, more like a ventilator and unfortunately in the summer with 35C outside this ventilation did not do the job, it was difficult to sleep bc it was very hot in the room, even though it was on max force it never cooled down the room below ca 27C. This was the only drawback with the place.

Lovely hotel in a very good location. Close to the train station and within easy reach of all the city attractions. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Lovely bathroom with a large walk in shower. The breakfast was good with everything you need for a day out in Florence. All the people working there were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect.

The room is clean and comfortable. Our room's toilet is a bit small, not sure about the others. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was good, serving continental breakfast and the coffee was nice. The staff makes you feel welcomed, and they are very friendly and nice. The Hotel also allows you to keep your luggage at their lobby even after you have checked out. The location is quite near to the main train station, about 10 to 15 mins walk.

The junior suite in backyard was extremely comfortable/ plus access to backyard all the time. Layout was nice. Breakfast every morning was good. staff was very helpful and cheerful. Location was good for a walk to the station or to duomo.

When it rained, there used to foul smell from the garden sometimes. While they had a aircon system installed we and staff couldn’t figure how to operate it. Lastly the table chairs in sitting area of suite, while fancy and very useful, seemed impractical for kids as chairs kept moving. The kitchenette was not supplied by usual like cleaning cloth/ dishwashing supplies/ tissues. However hotel provided it when requested.

The location was perfect, it was in the center and close to all major attractions. The hotel was very clean, the receptionist were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good

The AC was behind the curtains and preventing the air flow when curtains are closed. The hotel can replace curtains with blinds or reduce the size of curtain to allow air flow in the room.

The original bedroom I had booked was not a good option but the front desk staff found me another room that was called their apartment. Traveling with my dog, this had quick and easy access to their patio area with a small fountain and greenery. This was a much better option.

The single room almost looked like it was an office they remodeled to be a room. Do not recommend that one.

Everyone to this hotel! Great place with a great location and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. After Florence we went to Rome and I really regret that hotel Boston is not a chain hotel. And as a recommendation: If someone needs to wash clothes, there is a laundry just around the corner from the hotel.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, the dining room is very pretty. I love the little inner courtyard. The location is fantastic -- close to the main train station and the city center. I would love to come to visit again.
