Great location, under 10min walk from Central Station and straight into town. Supermarket next door for essentials. Air-conditioning in room, as well as fridge. Little dated decor maybe but suited us fine. Clean and comfortable rooms. On busy road (middle of the city so to be expected) but we slept with window closed and aircon on as it was very hot outside so noise didn't bother us.

The facilities are very good, the location is perfect, and also the kind staff.

The walls in the hotel are not soundproof at all, so it's not quiet, guests need earplugs to sleep, especially on weekends.

The room was very cosy and perfect for us, everything was clean and working, the localisation is very good next to the train station, restaurant and monument The receptionist and the other were very polite and professional

Everything about Victoria is fabulous. The location is amazing. Breakfast is awesome. Accommodation outstanding. Best so far.

The hotel room was good and as advertised in pictures. The location is amazing and central to all sites. Room was comfortable with good beds. Breakfast spread was also good. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Kettle and toiletries were present. Rooms were quite big in size as well.

The WiFi connectivity is not good and we were unable to get WiFi inside the rooms. Also, we requested if the hotel could extend our check out time by an hour when we spent 4 nights with them but they charged us extra for that despite hotel being empty and no further bookings. May be could do a little better on the hospitality/customer service.

Kind staff, very good location close to the main train station S.M.N and the main touristic sites. The internet worked well. Good breakfast with caffe, fruit, croissant, cereal, juice and sweet bread. The hotel is next to the street but the window is thick enough to control the noise. They stored our luggage some hours after we checked out. We really had a very good stay there at hotel victoria. Thank you! (Special thanks to David at reception and the guy who attended the breakfast area).

Sometimes we could hear the TV from the next room (but it was really loud). The price was high, but everything in florence is expensive in this season.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and breakfast staff was very friendly. Location was also very good, one block away from the Central Market and 10 min walk to the main touristic attractions. Excellent restaurants less than 100m away. 500m away from tramline that takes you to the airport approximately. The room was always very clean and very big (surprising!). Beds were good, pillows could be slightly better. The room-cleaning staff were very nice too, as was the reception area. Would return and recommend.

The elevator. It was undergoing maintenance twice during our 9 day stay. I'd suggest they change it to a newer one that requires less maintainance.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff. The room was clean and the bed linen was of good quality.

Very comfortable bed, aircon worked well. Some noise from the street but we quite enjoyed hearing the hustle and bustle. Good bed linen and plenty of towels. Fridge and kettle. Amazing location, less than 10 mins walk from the train station and historical centre which is full of breathtaking buildings. Supermarket right next door which is very handy for us Brits to get milk for our tea (bring your own teabags though) Daily room cleaning if required. Room was a good size. Decent breakfast, although you will have to pay an extra €6 pp. Would come again.

A little tired around the edges, but not too bad.

The hotel was very close to the train station and the center. Τhe room was small, but it was clean and had all the amendities. The breakfast was included in the price, so that was a plus. The staff was very kind and helpful!

The only thing that was a problem for me personally (because I have long and thick hair) was that the pressure in the shower was very low. If it is something that it can be fixed (because I know that sometimes it cannot) just keep it in mind.
