Easy walking distance from station. Close to central market and busy street with lots of restaurants. Easy walking to main attractions. Room was of a good size with high ceilings and fine bathroom. Lift to the first floor. Everything was clean and tidy.

Despite the B&B in the title there is no breakfast (has not been since covid days) but there are plenty of breakfasting options just outside the front door.

The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was really firm. Tea and coffee facilities and the fridge were useful. The location was ideal being in the historic old town. Everything was within easy walking distance. The gentleman on reception was very helpful. Parking wasn't easy to find and was impossible outside the hotel. We parked in a residents bay about five minutes away and were directed by reception to secure parking much closer.

A couple of minutes after leaving the hotel, I was targeted by pickpockets and lost my phone. I spent the next three hours contacting my bank, service providers etc. The receptionist told me I would be sitting in the Police station for several hours reporting it and they would try to talk me out of that as they want the town to have a crime free reputation.

the location is perfect if u want to stay in the heart of things train station is a 5min walk, lots of shopping, great restaurants etc etc are all within walking distance. staff were very friendly!

the AC didnt work the whole time, glad it wasnt middle of summer so I just left the balcony door open and was fine. (but i can sleep through street noise no problem) The wifi only worked the first night then never again, the guy at the desk tried rebooting but it did nothing, but I kinda knew that would happen when the lady who checked me in had to reboot the computer twice to do so.

Fantastic B&B in Florence about 5 min walk from the train and 10 min from the city center. The room was really lovely and looked just like the pictures, the bed was comfy and the room was also quite large. We were able to check in a little early as our room was ready (which was much appreciated) and were able to leave our bags at the reception when we checked out.

There is a tiny fridge in the room, but ours was not working. There's no breakfast, but we knew that and there was a supermarket a couple mins down the road.

The central location to everything. Room was cleaned and new provisions brought every day.

The only issue we had was that our room was on a busy street and loads of activity people talking and shouting throughout early hours of the morning. Trash being collected and roads being cleaned at 2oclock in the morning is a no go. This is not the hotel’s fault but something to be considered when booking hence asking for a quieter room at the back will eventually help with this issue. Will I use this hotel again….definitely a yes

The location is excellent for this property. It was very convenient, such that you could return to the room during the day, and it was close to the train station. The room had a decent size (compared to other places in Italy), and it was nice to have the kettle and small fridge. The check-in was super easy, but if you did not have a travel SIM, it would have been a bit of a problem to get the information while travelling.

The description said that a breakfast would be provided at a nearby cafe (I have stayed at other places in Italy offering vouchers to a cafe, so I assumed this would be the case), but in fact, there is no breakfast provided. They should remove "B&B" from the title of this listing (and remove any mention of breakfast) in the description, as this is a bit deceptive. The price was quite expensive for not including breakfast, but good for the location. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was a LOT of street noise (it sounded like a club was underneath the property, even though there only appeared to be several small restaurants; there was a LOT of loud music and singing/shouting on the weekend), so be prepared if you are a light sleeper.

The building and the room were very nice. The location is great!

Nothing really. 1. The toilet area is super tight. So if you’re a tall person you will surely be uncomfortable. We were 5’6 and 5’10, we had to sit side ways while using it. 2. Our key got stuck in the key hole on one of the main doors and we struggled with it. But later decided to just give up and inform the property manager. We called twice, no response. But they saw our message on booking.com chat and promptly reached out to us on WhatsApp. They took care of it in the morning.

Plenty of room in the apartment. And very clean. In a good central location. We only booked the day before, very good value for money. Would definitely use again if in the area. Check in good.

Trying to find it after walking around in blazing heat and not knowing the area well was hard work. We arrived by train at 12am but was not checking in until 2pm. However once we knew were it was had no trouble finding it after we had been out around Florence.

Location - near major attractions like the Duomo, Mercato Centrale, Uffizi Gallery and more. I loved the room. It was so quaint and you can look out the window and see the Florentine landscape. They also let me leave my luggage for a few hours so I could have a little bit of last minute shopping before my afternoon train to Padova.

Nothing really but a fridge would have been a plus.

We loved the apartment, very clean, renovated, and the communication with the hosts was great. The location is perfect - close enough to the train station so you don’t have to drag your luggage very far, but also easily walkable to the beautiful attractions of Florence. The building has an elevator.

We didn’t have any issues.
