Easy walking distance from station. Close to central market and busy street with lots of restaurants. Easy walking to main attractions. Room was of a good size with high ceilings and fine bathroom. Lift to the first floor. Everything was clean and tidy.

Despite the B&B in the title there is no breakfast (has not been since covid days) but there are plenty of breakfasting options just outside the front door.

the location is perfect if u want to stay in the heart of things train station is a 5min walk, lots of shopping, great restaurants etc etc are all within walking distance. staff were very friendly!

the AC didnt work the whole time, glad it wasnt middle of summer so I just left the balcony door open and was fine. (but i can sleep through street noise no problem) The wifi only worked the first night then never again, the guy at the desk tried rebooting but it did nothing, but I kinda knew that would happen when the lady who checked me in had to reboot the computer twice to do so.

The central location to everything. Room was cleaned and new provisions brought every day.

The only issue we had was that our room was on a busy street and loads of activity people talking and shouting throughout early hours of the morning. Trash being collected and roads being cleaned at 2oclock in the morning is a no go. This is not the hotel’s fault but something to be considered when booking hence asking for a quieter room at the back will eventually help with this issue. Will I use this hotel again….definitely a yes

The location is excellent for this property. It was very convenient, such that you could return to the room during the day, and it was close to the train station. The room had a decent size (compared to other places in Italy), and it was nice to have the kettle and small fridge. The check-in was super easy, but if you did not have a travel SIM, it would have been a bit of a problem to get the information while travelling.

The description said that a breakfast would be provided at a nearby cafe (I have stayed at other places in Italy offering vouchers to a cafe, so I assumed this would be the case), but in fact, there is no breakfast provided. They should remove "B&B" from the title of this listing (and remove any mention of breakfast) in the description, as this is a bit deceptive. The price was quite expensive for not including breakfast, but good for the location. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was a LOT of street noise (it sounded like a club was underneath the property, even though there only appeared to be several small restaurants; there was a LOT of loud music and singing/shouting on the weekend), so be prepared if you are a light sleeper.

The building and the room were very nice. The location is great!

Nothing really. 1. The toilet area is super tight. So if you’re a tall person you will surely be uncomfortable. We were 5’6 and 5’10, we had to sit side ways while using it. 2. Our key got stuck in the key hole on one of the main doors and we struggled with it. But later decided to just give up and inform the property manager. We called twice, no response. But they saw our message on booking.com chat and promptly reached out to us on WhatsApp. They took care of it in the morning.

We loved the apartment, very clean, renovated, and the communication with the hosts was great. The location is perfect - close enough to the train station so you don’t have to drag your luggage very far, but also easily walkable to the beautiful attractions of Florence. The building has an elevator.

The lady who checked us in was very helpful. Location was great as only a couple minutes walk from the train station which we arrived at, used to take day trips and left from. Room and bathroom were clean. Lots of places around to grab a bite to eat. They were kind enough to find an iron and ironing board so we could freshen up some closes between cruises we were taking.

Had wifi the first day but the next morning the wifi was down and we were without wifi for the rest of the stay. The bedroom part was quite small when we had 2 lg suitscases and 2 carry on but have found a lot of rooms to be smaller in Europe.

The bathroom was so clean, the linen on the bed was crisp, and indulgent, lost of pillows.. A simple, practical and delightful room with the perfect facilities, eg toothbrush, kettle, biscuits, etc.. They will store your bags on arrival and departure which is great.

I left my charger and when went back to collect my bags, there was no mention of my charger…That’s my fault though..

Great location. Clean room with smart TV, kettle, fridge.

Lack of water pressure. Mould in shower. Room a lot smaller than in the pictures. Next door to reception not ideal due to noise. Clearer instructions needed on how to find it as it’s actually one floor of a large building rather than one building. We agree with others views that having ‘B&B’ in the title is extremely confusing!

Check-in staff was a nice woman, she gave us a paper map and was open to introduce good places in the city. The room had AC which saved us as Florence was hot in those days. The room also had its private bathroom, toiletries, electric kettle, nescafe and tea bags, a very small fridge for water, safebox and TV. The bed was comfy and clean. In overall, the room was clean and colorful :)
