The apartments are in great location, truly adds to the whole city experience. It is located in center of the city, thus all of the popular old town attractions and views are easily reachable in addition with the train station. The apartment is quite big, old, with a kitchen and all other utilities included. Check-in information is very clear and detailed.

However, due to the huge enterance and room doors, there were minor issues entering the premises. Also, since there was a door leading to the next apartment inside our room the sound from it could be heard.

Stayed at this hotel for 3rd times. Perfect location, walking distance to main train station & attractions. Restaurants every where, especially halal restaurants for us as muslim. Very friendly staff. Equipped with Kitchen & appliances. Love the room duplex design & it's huge!!

Entrance is confusing bcos the main door is locked. Need to call or ring the bell. Should have better sign board so we don't have to move around the block to find the entrance. Loved the previous breakfast, but now no longer available. Better to have iron in the room. The pillows & blanket could be better. Other than that, all were perfect!!

The hotel has a really good location, right in the old center, but also close to central station. The rooms are big, comfortables. We had a room with interiors stairs, heading to a little livingroom upstairs. The courtyard was cosy and nice.

Maybe the fact that they don t offer breakfast, but you can easily find nearby. You cand improvise a picnic breakfast in the courtyard, all you need is to buy some italian delicious products from the market, the hotel provides all the cutlery and even stove, microwave etc.

Good location. It is close to all significant tourist attractions, near the bus line to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby. In case of arrival after 7 pm, late check-in or self check-in is possible. It is actually an apartment, a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen, with an extra bed on the loft. The room is clean, and the bathroom as well, towels are changed daily. The courtyard in the hotel's inner part with tables and chairs is an ideal solution for nice weather and for smokers.

Fabulous location, beside train station and can walk to all the tourist destinations in 5 to 10 minutes. Staff were exceptional, so freindly, helpful and nice. We had a big apartment with a kitchen and its lovely in the courtyard away from the busy street. Apartment feels like a hotel really it had lovely little extras and a cleaner each day. Breakfast was available but we didn't add it on.

Took us a while to figure out the shutters and how to close the curtains completely especially the inner courtyard ones to block out the little bit of light that got in at night, but they did turn off a lot of lights when it got very late. Fabulous place to stay regardless, photos don't do it justice.

Good location between train station and town. Apartment was spacious split over 3 levels bathroom, kitchen with bedroom then lounge.liked outdoor courtyard.

Oven and stove included in kitchen but have to pay more to use them. Booked additional night in apartment, on arrival informed we had booked double room. When shown confirmation they offered "free" upgrade. Also code for main door not provided, to return after reception closed.

Location is amazing very close to the heart of the city . Very clean and specious room with outstanding attention to the details . The receptionist was very accommodating and super helpful , her check in instructions made our after hours check in super easy .We loved the small courtyard with tables inside of the building, very cozy and beautiful . Lots of restaurants and bars on the street , great breakfast spot just next door .

The location was excellent - just a short walk to the duomo. The room was also great. Spacious, clean, refrigerator, working A/C, and wifi good enough for youtube. Additionally, the late check-in process was easy and smooth.

The only thing not a 10/10 at this location was the shower. It lacked severely in water pressure, but was certainly usable. This is of course a very minor complaint.

The property is well located. It is literally near all the landmarks of Florence. Very near the Leather Market, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, train station, etc. Everything is within walking distance. We booked the loft-style apartment. The size of the apartment is good enough for a family of five. My family and I like the property. It has a courtyard where you can hang out. The staff are helpful and friendly. They respond to your inquiries promptly. We are very happy with our stay in this property. We will definitely stay here again the next time visit Florence. We will also recommend this property to our family and friends.

The water pressure is not strong enough, especially in the shower room. The entrance of the parking is very narrow. You will scratch your car entering the garage if you are not an expert driver.

Great value for money. Great location, close to the train station and the attractions. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment room/duplex is spacious and the kitchenette is well equiped with microwave, oven, and all utensils. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Would be great if slippers were available.
