The place was very clean and colorful. I felt right at home staying here. The rooms were a good size and so were the beds. The accommodations met my expectations. Loved the free drink when I checked in. The breakfast was full of good snacks. There were some free drinks and snacks by the bar throughout the day. It was such a friendly environment with plenty of space to meet people. The kitchen was fully stocked with food to cook and eat. There is also a beautiful garden to hangout in too with a swing. I would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Staying at Ostello Bello Firenze was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. The hostel is super clean, cozy, and the location is just perfect walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go in Florence. The rooftop is such a nice spot to chill, meet people, and enjoy the view. The atmosphere was always warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. But what made it really special were the people Huge thanks to Roxi, Kaua, and Sara you were all so friendly, energetic and helpful every single day. Whether it was organizing fun events, recommending places to visit, or just sharing a smile, you made the experience unforgettable. I came as a solo traveler, but left with friends and beautiful memories. I’ll definitely come back someday!

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable

this is a great place! very central, staff are friendly, I had room 215 which had a lovely balcony which looked onto to the terrace. beds were comfortable. 8 mins from train station. there's a cool bar and they do lots of activities on a night. there's a kitchen where you can help yourself, I never did this but I saw large groups of people cooking and everyone joined in. very sociable. it was mostly young people but older people too!! ( like me 😁) they provide tea/coffee where u help yourself, and biscuits 😋 this is really close to all the local attractions. the building has a really old vintage look, great for photos! I really enjoyed my time here ☺️

I stayed in room 215 mixed room and there was no lock on the bathroom door, you really need to sort this because as a female solo traveller I felt really vulnerable. please if you are reading this sort it out! other than that this the place was perfect 👌

i liked how there were many surprises for us, like the free pasta, free drinks and the checkin process was smooth. Rooms are super clean. The best thing of the hostel is that it gives the vibes.

Only one thing i didnt liked is that during checkin i was waiting with my friends in front of the desk and the guy there was talking to another guest(she was a girl) for so long and doing unnecessary talks. he made us wait alot without giving any attention to us. so a suggestion is that if you have guest standing and waiting in front, you please tell them to have a seat or have a drink or send someone else to them instead of letting them stare at you and listen to your flirting.

Among the best experiences of my life, it is one of those places where you can tell they really do care about how comfortable you are and how much fun you have, more than about the money itself. They are incredibly welcoming and they are always organising activities so that the solotravelers can make new friends. The breakfast is amazing and very complete. The rooms themselves are cleaned everyday and you can really tell. Besides, they do not try to safe up on heating, the room is always warm and cozy which is great because it is very very cold outside. The room and bathroom are both in great conditions and include useful things such as lockers (although you have to bring your own padlock, beware of that) and a desk for working. I went in winter so it was closed, but I saw there was a very cute terrace in which I guess in summer they do a lot of activities. I really don't have any complains from this place, I will be recommending it to every one of my friends.

The only thing to take into account is that you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay, you will probably not get to go to sleep at 9pm because the young people are out and about having fun.

Good location, close to tourist attractions of the Old Town in Florence, many cafes and restaurants nearby. The young people at the reception can speak fluently in many languages. To say that they are friendly and helpful is like saying nothing. They care and you can feel it. The bar offers food and drinks in a homemade style at affordable prices and in a relaxed atmosphere. Nice vibe. The hostel has a nice external glass lift and the room had a perfect size with comfortable beds and a working radiator, which is important during wintertime.

The doors to the room do not block well the noise when some people return to their rooms late evening/night. There was also a bit of noise after midnight from some bar I guess in some neighbouring building. Even the closed window could not fully block it. But at some point it went quiet, so you can survive unless you desperately want to go asleep early.

The perfect place for a solo trip, I was able to meet so many great people and have a place to call home in Firenze for a few days. The staff were incredible and just to name a few, Kauã was so warm welcoming and fun, Vicky knew exactly when to pour me an Aperol and make me smile and Vincenzo provided such a special personalised service in every interaction. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good sized locker and the daily events really brought the guests together.

Absolutely one of the best hostels in Italy! Ostello Bello has everything a traveler could ask for. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is a gem – they provide free pasta and ingredients, so you can cook up something tasty anytime! As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and welcomed by the friendly atmosphere. Plus, they have an elevator (a rare find in hostels!), laundry facilities, and so many thoughtful touches. This place really feels like a home away from home. Can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Florence!

The guy from the reception in the afternoon shift was very nice and let me to stay in the same room the second night although I had booked another caus when I have done the booking in a female room for the 2nd day tjis was overbooked). He kept the price, so very nice from him. Great and huge room in a female bedroom with 2 great bathrooms and just one night there room was ocuppied for other woman that was very silent, so all nice.! There are terraces very beautiful and the building is very florentino and has charm. It is a a chill vibe in the hostel, there is a bar and outside, in the street in front if the hostel, there are chairs to drink something from the bar. Somedays there is music and other stuff but it is not annoying for who does not want to joint cause the building is big and they close the doors . Very nice and confortable stay!! And it is situaded in a great street plenty of restaurants but no loady.. and the prices are not expensive.

Just I will recommend to put aircon in the main floor, the common room, cause is a quite warm. The rest of things great, cause in the rooms there are aircon and you can choose the temperature in each area of the room.
