I loved that the staff were so accommodating and friendly. There were always activities at night with either games kareoke free food and always the bar of course. The room was pretty spacious and clean! I like the ability to lock things up and that there were two bathrooms available in my 6 person room. It was nice having AC and also the option to include breakfast. I loved the terrace and sitting areas on the first floor.

The only things I would say were less than ideal were that the showers were a bit of a pain because one didn’t drain properly and one had a broken shower head. They were still usable though. I also wish that the towels were free of charge and maybe even the locks. I like the option for laundry but opted not because of how much it costed. I also wish there were more options for breakfast. I thought the AC could’ve been a little colder. It would also be nice if there were shades to block each bed for privacy.

Ostello Bello is a fantastic hostel overall! I stayed in a private room with a double bed. It was spacious and comfortable, and I had fantastic views through the windows. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the place was relatively clean. It was easy to meet other travellers, there was a great vibe downstairs in the bar, which was always busy. The hostel has different events every night, and it's easy to ask about these and to get involved. I would suggest that you confirm with certainty, which room you book, because there was some confusion for me, which was quickly resolved on check in. I will be back :)

Nothing bad to say

The place was very clean and colorful. I felt right at home staying here. The rooms were a good size and so were the beds. The accommodations met my expectations. Loved the free drink when I checked in. The breakfast was full of good snacks. There were some free drinks and snacks by the bar throughout the day. It was such a friendly environment with plenty of space to meet people. The kitchen was fully stocked with food to cook and eat. There is also a beautiful garden to hangout in too with a swing. I would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Staying at Ostello Bello Firenze was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. The hostel is super clean, cozy, and the location is just perfect walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go in Florence. The rooftop is such a nice spot to chill, meet people, and enjoy the view. The atmosphere was always warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. But what made it really special were the people Huge thanks to Roxi, Kaua, and Sara you were all so friendly, energetic and helpful every single day. Whether it was organizing fun events, recommending places to visit, or just sharing a smile, you made the experience unforgettable. I came as a solo traveler, but left with friends and beautiful memories. I’ll definitely come back someday!

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable

this is a great place! very central, staff are friendly, I had room 215 which had a lovely balcony which looked onto to the terrace. beds were comfortable. 8 mins from train station. there's a cool bar and they do lots of activities on a night. there's a kitchen where you can help yourself, I never did this but I saw large groups of people cooking and everyone joined in. very sociable. it was mostly young people but older people too!! ( like me 😁) they provide tea/coffee where u help yourself, and biscuits 😋 this is really close to all the local attractions. the building has a really old vintage look, great for photos! I really enjoyed my time here ☺️

I stayed in room 215 mixed room and there was no lock on the bathroom door, you really need to sort this because as a female solo traveller I felt really vulnerable. please if you are reading this sort it out! other than that this the place was perfect 👌

i liked how there were many surprises for us, like the free pasta, free drinks and the checkin process was smooth. Rooms are super clean. The best thing of the hostel is that it gives the vibes.

Only one thing i didnt liked is that during checkin i was waiting with my friends in front of the desk and the guy there was talking to another guest(she was a girl) for so long and doing unnecessary talks. he made us wait alot without giving any attention to us. so a suggestion is that if you have guest standing and waiting in front, you please tell them to have a seat or have a drink or send someone else to them instead of letting them stare at you and listen to your flirting.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and fun! They really seemed to enjoy working there :) there were a ton of free things for guests including sleeping masks, ear plugs, shaving kits, etc. they also offer a free family dinner twice a week. Lots of fun events in the evenings but still quiet enough to get to sleep at a decent time. Great balance.

The bunk bed mattresses were quite hard and I woke up with a few bruises. Also, the hostel wasn’t particularly clean, especially the downstairs communal bathroom

Awesome city, awesome place, awesome people. The hostel is well located, right next to the Florence train station, and a short walk away from the city center. Great social vibes, ideal for solo travelling, meeting new people and experiencing the city. Helpful and welcoming staff as soon as you step inside.

The hostel is animated until midnight, it was fine for me but it could inconvenience some people. Also kitchen closes at midnight. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great location. Close to the train station, trams and city center. Breakfast was good, free coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits during the day . beds were confortable with individual lights. 2 bathrooms for a 4 beds dorm.

just a warning ; the key to the rooms is an app on your phone. Make sure that you have space and data on the phone when you arrive.

Good location, close to tourist attractions of the Old Town in Florence, many cafes and restaurants nearby. The young people at the reception can speak fluently in many languages. To say that they are friendly and helpful is like saying nothing. They care and you can feel it. The bar offers food and drinks in a homemade style at affordable prices and in a relaxed atmosphere. Nice vibe. The hostel has a nice external glass lift and the room had a perfect size with comfortable beds and a working radiator, which is important during wintertime.

The doors to the room do not block well the noise when some people return to their rooms late evening/night. There was also a bit of noise after midnight from some bar I guess in some neighbouring building. Even the closed window could not fully block it. But at some point it went quiet, so you can survive unless you desperately want to go asleep early.
