Location was very convenient, surprisingly quiet in the center of city. We got a big room with 2 open windows with bright light and nice view. Staff are friendly, breakfast were above expectations and there is 24hours coffee and small snacks served. a wonderful discovery in Florence... definitely next time will re-consider to live here.

Very good rooms, all seems to be refurbished recently, very good beds, good space. Easy place to stay in Florence, nearby the train station and great restaurants around. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast with nice views from Florence. Great A/C

Old building with only 1 entrance. At night near the hotel people might not feel the best sensation of safety, there is a bit of anti-social behavior from homeless, and they tend to stay in the surroundings of the train station. Not good for women alone at night.

I stayed 2 nights at the Fiorita Hotel. The Hotel is located very central, close to the main train station in Florence and also 5 minutes walk to Santa Maria Novella Church, which it's in the historical city centre. All the main landmarks, galleries, museum are walkable distance. Florence is the Capital of Renaissance and one the most beautiful cities in the world but it's not that big so everything is walkable distance. The Hotel Fiorita employees were all very nice from the gentleman at the reception, the young man and Ryan the breakfast room employee. The breakfast is served on top floor, lovely selection of homemade cakes, pastries, fresh fruit etc...variety of breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage all day for free at the hotel after checking out, so that was very helpful as myself and my son really wanted spend Sunday at the Uffizi Gallery and Duomo Museum. I definitely recommend Fiorita Hotel if visiting Florence. Thank you very much.

Lovely stay at Hotel Fiorita, we stayed 1 night whilst travelling onwards. Room was extremely large and had a new bathroom. Also contained a small fridge. Arrived at hotel before check in and reception stored our bags in locked area, on arrival back they had already moved bags into room which was a nice touch. Similarly bags were able to be kept in locked room after check out. Reception staff were friendly. Location of hotel is close to centre of Florence / tourist attractions

Hotel is located on top floor of the building , access via stairs or an old style lift. This wasn’t an issue for us but something to bare in mind for guests who may struggle with mobility

Location: close enough so you can walk to the city centre, only 3 min. walk from the central market, as well as the leather market. Next to the central station, it is very convenient. Staff: very friendly. We could leave the luggage at the hotel after check-out. We could check-in late in the night, after 23:00. Breakfast: more than decent, they offer a bit of everything. And with a view. Clean: They cleaned and made the beds daily. Rooms: Spacious.

The setup in the room was quite poor, but we got the essentials. I did not like how they made the beds, putting the sheets under the mattress. One has to pull everything out to get into the bed. The elevator is old, a nice old touch to the entire experience of this hotel for young people like us. People usually forgot to close its doors correctly, which made it unusable for new orders. We took the stairs couple of times due to this. For some people, this could be a no-go - technically.

Great finding of this nice hotel in Florence. I have stayed in this city for 5-6 times now and this hotel is an absolute bargain for money. Very nice room (we stayed in #202 - a corner room with high ceiling and 2 big windows and nice walk-in shower with good water pressure), close to the main train station, nice lift to get to the 3rd floor and very well arranged breakfast at the top floor terrace (not just continental but also eggs and bacon!).

The only down side was a little congestion at check out - but I totally understand everyone try to check out just before 11am so that was inevitable.

The Hotel was located very near the train station. It also had a lift which is very convenient if you have trolleys. They also allowed me to leave my bags there as I arrived around 9AM. The area outside the building felt very safe and well lighted at night. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and shops which make it a very convenient location. The room I was given was very beautiful, seems newly renovated. It had a high ceiling, tiled floors, and air conditioning. Loved the interior of the room and wish I stayed for more than one night! Would definitely book here again if I go back to Florence.

The check in time is quite late—4PM. Which if you’re someone like me who was only in Florence for a little over 24hrs, it’s not the best option. Kind of my fault since I didn’t check before hand.

Location- close to the train station, the bus station, and the beautiful Santa Maria Novella church. Everything else is about 10-15 minutes walk away. It's on a small street away from the hordes of people near the Duomo and other major sights, so it feels peaceful after a busy day. I stayed 10 nights and the location was perfect. Quiet- the walls are thin, but I was rarely bothered by noise from other residents. And you can hear the bells from all the churches, even the big Duomo bell. Open the window and let the sound in! View- from my window I could see the dome and tower of the Duomo and of San Lorenzo. I had to lean out a little but there they are. Also looking out over tiled roofs at pigeons, a cat and laundry hanging. One look out the window and I knew I wasn't in Kansas anymore 🤣. The hotel is in an old building, on the 3rd floor (4th to USA folk since the ground floor is 0) It was remodeled inside in 2022 so it is modern inside, but they kept the high ceilings, wooden shutters and 1920's style elevator. The elevator scared me at first, but the manager assured me they redid the mechanism recently and I have learned to enjoy the creaky old thing. Close both sets of doors when you get out or it can't go anywhere. Clean- the room, bathroom and bed are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes in daily. Staff- friendly and helpful. They found extra hangers, showed me how to work things, let me in when I forgot my key card, and even mailed my postcards for me. Breakfast - nice variety of food and a machine that makes coffee any style. Look out the window while you eat and watch the common swifts catching their breakfast. You must be able to walk up a flight and a half of stairs, the elevator doesn't go up that far.

These are not complaints, just cautions: There is an elevator, but you must be able to haul your suitcase up 9 steps to get to it. The shower is a small enclosure with a rain shower, so bring a shower cap if you don't want your hair to get wet. They provide a shampoo/shower gel, no conditioner so if you are picky about your hair products bring little bottles of your own. Don't leave the window open too long in the evening, mosquitoes will come in (true at any hotel here). There is a heat pump/air conditioner. It's a little wimpy, but will do the job. You must be at least 5'3" to hang up your clothes, the bar is very high.

Good location. It's on the 3rd floor of the building with a lift. Large room with a high ceiling and a good shower. Very comfortable, large bed - double std room. Decent breakfast. Less than a 10 minute walk to The Duomo. A two minute walk to the train station. Florence accommodation is expensive, so this wasn't too bad for bed and breakfast. Would recommend.

Breakfast room could do with a fresh coat of paint as could the ensuite.

Super location close to the train station and very easy walk to the historical center. The twin room was quite spacious, clean and with a renovated bathroom. Breakfast was very good with salty and sweet selections and served on the roof.

The breakfast room was accessible only by stair and the staircase was a bit dark and steep so keep it in mind if you have mobility issues. Also, the building has an elevator but it start after about ten steps from the entrance.
