Clean and comfortable stay. Great location very close to Santa Maria Novella train station and tram stops, as well as walkable distance through tourist centre and to the river. Reception lady was super friendly and helpful, held bags when I arrived several hours before check in, made sure everything was okay and happy to help with all my questions. She even provided a power adaptor when mine was the wrong one. Breakfast was simple with coffee/tea, cereal and some croissants. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend!

I couldn't work out how to use the lift so had to walk up stairs to third floor with my suitcase and each time I entered the hotel.

What a wonderful stay for me and my dog. Super friendly staff, tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms. I stayed one extra night because it was that nice. The room was ready at check-out of the previous room, which was so kind that I did not have to wait for check-in time. 😇 The facilities are good, airco works well and it is super dark when you close the blinds. It smells amazing and is really clean. The location is great! You can walk everywhere and it is quiet, even though you are close to the station. There are a lot of great food options around you also. I would absolutely 💯 book again!!! Special thanks to the amazing Maria, wonderful woman. ❤️

Maria, the manager, is incredibly warm and welcoming—she instantly makes you feel at home. The room was small but had everything I needed. The bed, towels, and bedding were perfect, and everything was spotless. The hotel is on the 2nd floor with a small lift for luggage. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety. The location is ideal—close to the central market, just 5–6 minutes from the station, and 10–15 minutes from major attractions. Though I travelled alone for work, I saw many families, and I’d definitely stay here again with mine. The hotel offers exactly what it promises.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and main train station. Owner was very nice and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed every day. Fridge and kettle in room. Aircon is working well. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a lot of varieties. Although small area but owner put in a lot of effort for the breakfast selection. Crossiants and pastries were nice and hot which was such a nice feature. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

I like the location of it, its perfect spot for everything. All tourist attractions area are walkable from this location. Maria was very nice and approachable, she was a big help when i needed to know the information about the transport and all. Their breakfast was amazing. There are a lot of choices and varieties. I will definitely choose Hotel Angelica again next time i come back. Highly recommended stay.

The only thing i dont like was the noises of the other rooms. Im a light sleeper, and i heard everything during wee hours. There was a time when someone was knocking to my neighbor door and kept yelling just to open the door. That's very bad. I hope they inform their guests next time to keep it down during nighttime. Plus, the shower cubicle was too small. it's hard for me to move around while taking a shower, but it's fine for me because im not too big of a person. Not biggy.

This hotel is on the 3rd floor and you must press a button to ring the reception if you arrive before 5pm. Check in after 5pm, you need to make arrangements to access it. When you arrive, you can take the stairs or an antique elevator to get up (only fits two people and minimum luggage). Maria, friendly manager, greets you at the door and checks you in. After, she explains the 4 keys and one fob you’ll receive to return to the hotel as reception closes after 5pm. The hotel is close to the train station and 10-20 minutes from main attractions. Room is clean. Bed and 4 pillows were comfortable. Safe and small refrigerator with 2 small waters are in the room. Breakfast is excellent. Maria goes above and beyond in preparing a breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, coffee, juices, tomatoes, croissants, breads-all you can eat! I recommend this hotel.

Thin walls and small rooms. Reception closed after 5pm. However, for the breakfast, the price compared to other hotels and prime location-it’s worth the inconveniences.

Great location near train station and main city center. The real star though is the front desk lady. She was exceptional. We arrived as 5 people with folding bikes and backpacks. She helped us get it into the room and was very accommodating. We were given a map that she noted items of interest for us as well as our children. In the morning the breakfast was set out wonderfully with plenty of options. Knowing the number guests and party sizes, she worked to make sure everyone has places to sit at breakfast. The attention to details like this were amazing and truly made this stay memorable and enjoyable.

The hotel Agelica was only 2 minutes. walk to the main train station and 15-20mins walk to the different tourist spots. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating especially Ms.Maria she was very helpful and making sure our needs are met. Real value for money very clean place not mention the AC kept the place cool on a hot summer of about 104C☀️ plus the fresh free breakfast included waiting every morning before going out, We're glad we chose Angelica Hotel Firenze and definitely will recommend to friends going to Florence. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very close to the train station, and most of the main attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast was quite good and sufficient. However, we had some issues with the internet; it barely worked in the room and kept disconnecting. In the breakfast area, though, there was no problem with the connection. The hot water in the shower wasn’t warm enough either. Maybe there’s a tank system and I happened to use it during peak time, I’m not sure. Other than that, we were generally satisfied with our stay.

The location was a few minutes walk from the tram stop/station so ideal. Supermarket, local food market and many restaurants very close by. Hotel on 3rd floor and there is a small lift. Breakfast was good. There was hot and cold food, fruit, yogurt, bread rolls, croissants etc. Maria who was on the reception was delightful. Helpful and informative. It was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and there was a bottle of fizz on a table at breakfast.

Would have liked a room with a bigger window but that is a small issue so it was ok
