The location and decent breakfast. The room was clean but as it’s next to the kitchen, it’s a bit noisy in the early morning.

One needs to climb up 6-8 steps to take the elevator to the hotel. I asked the hotel personnel to help us with the big suitcase and got refused. We however were fortunate to bump into the same British couple who helped us with the luggage when we just arrived at the entrance and when we just got out of the elevator when leaving. So, if you are older travelers with big or heavy suitcases, it may not be good for you.

Excellent customer service. Cute, ample sized rooms with a terrace and a view of the neighborhood. Unique, Florence/European type antique elevator leading up to the boutique hotel. Location is very close to restaurants and Firenze SMN train station.

1 flight of stairs from the main entrance is not suitable for senior clients carrying heavy bags. Elevator is limited to a few people. Single beds are a bit high and compact.

The location is perfect. A short 10 minute walk from the Firenze train station, and walking distance to river Arno and all the major tourist sites (Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Cathedral, Piazza Duomo, Piazza dela Signoria, etc). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Eva. Our hotel room was the best we had in our Italian trip.

There was an error in our room assignment when we arrived; we were offered a room that didn’t meet our accessibility needs (not the one we were promised during reservation). But Eva at the reception desk managed to shuffle room assignments and correct the difficult situation. It took a couple of hours and some uncertainty, but we were given the correct room. And all with kindness and respect for all guests of the hotel.

Wonderful staff! So kind and helpful. I really cannot emphasize this one enough -- the gentleman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and both the woman who ran breakfast and the woman who cleaned the rooms were so nice! We were able to check in a bit early because our room was ready. We were able to leave our bags when we checked out since our train was later. The hotel has an excellent varied breakfast and plenty of tables. Nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Everything feels new and updated. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Good wifi and air conditioning The roof terrace was a bonus. Good location--5 minute walk to station and within 15 minute walk of almost every attraction in the city. Putting everything else aside, the combination of staff, breakfast and location make it easy to recommend this hotel.

The only negative was the size of the room and bathroom. Both were quite tight for 4 people. The beds were well laid out and a good closet area provided, but once 4 suitcases and backpacks were in there, there wasn't much room to move around. Same with the bathroom. With this said, for a 2 night stay we were comfortable enough, especially considering all the positives. (We were also spending more time in the room than we otherwise would have because of the extreme heat in the city during our stay.)

Hotel is in convenient location. Just 150m from train station and in city centre. Staff is hard working and very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is on 3rd floor in huge townhouse. Small ancient but charming at the same time lift will take you there. Very safe place. We took breakfast option. Very tasty and plentiful.

Beds are very high, it was quite climb. I’m tall still didn’t like it. But it wasn’t problem to any of us.

An easy 5 min walk from the train station. This hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building that they are located in. Very friendly staff who showed us around and only too happy to assist with any request. They also have a lovely rooftop terrace to sit and enjoy the view. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We were able to walk to all the attractions and felt comfortable and safe walking the city day or night.

The only downside is our room was right near the breakfast station. You could here the set up and early risers each morning.

Very nice & comfortable boutique hotel with gorgeous Glam accents! Enjoyed the italian breakfast withdelicious cakes & cheese! Very friendly staff. Roof top terrace would be great in the summer. Really liked the fact this hotel is around the corner from the main drag from afordable shopping & other ameneties. Short stroll to the trattorias & piazzas

A bit cramped for a family of five. Bathroom was tiny.

I loved the location of the hotel and most especially the hotel terrace that overlooks the whole city of Florence. We spent the most time at the terrace after breakfast and dinner and just absorbing the beauty of Florence at every angle. I

I liked everything except the breakfast options were too minimal. It would be better if there are more hot food options available.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The city center is within walking distance in just a few minutes. The room was quite large, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast doesn't have many hot options, but there's enough to choose from. The terrace has a very beautiful view of the city. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

We got a twin room and a quad room. Both were clean and looked newly renovated with modern fixtures in the bathroom. The small breakfast room had a balcony with 2 tables. There was savory and sweet options in the breakfast buffet, which we liked. The hotel was near the train station, which was what we wanted. Overall, this was a good place to stay when visiting Florence and nearby places (using the train).

There was a flight of stairs from the street to the building's entrance. Old style lift for 3 persons from the first floor to the hotel reception. Then, from the reception to our rooms were more stairs, which was a bummer as we had big luggage. Other than this, the hotel was quite good.
