Excellent value for a family of five. Comfortable beds, little additional space (not needed), and clean and perfectly functional bath/shower. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Location couldn’t be better. Easy access by tramway from airport, even with luggage. Will use again shouldvour travels bring us back to Florence.

Breakfast was great, the rooms were nice and the balcony was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff at the hotel was always incredibly kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio for our afternoon aperitivo. The hotel is very close by to all main attractions (we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go), but not right in the center of all the action, so it was nice to get away from the big crowds. It is also very close to the train station, which we valued over being right next to tourist attractions.

I love how close we were to the train station, but with that comes some interesting crowds. We were always careful at night walking to the road that leads to the hotel because there would be people sleeping outside at times, but they were not right outside the hotel and did not disrupt any part of our stay. Just something to be mindful of.

I liked that the location. Was excellent bec we had to go for a conference it was good that we just had cross the road . The beds were very comfortable, even the pillows spacious for 3 people. The staff was excellent aleays very helpful . The breakfast was very complete and delicious

In the room the shower cabinet was very small. The lift was very oldvery dilapidated . The entrance was a bit dirty. The entrance door was very hard to open . On the road was full of holes, which the municipality could fix it .There were always begars and Uber drivers sitting there, and the road was always smelling off pee.

The breakfast was good. Small amount of hot food available.

The shower was small and the seals on the floor needed replacing as during a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. My wife left a sentimental garment at the hotel and I emailed them days ago, and still no response. Very noisy in the evening until midnight with young people staying there.

We absolutely loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and going up to watch the sunset in the evenings. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping even came during our stay to freshen the room. The AC in the room was very welcome after a long, hot day of sightseeing. We stayed in a perfect 5-person room, which accommodated our family very comfortably. The location near the train station was perfect -- it was close enough to be incredibly convenient, yet there was no noise from the station.

Our only minor complaint is that there were often homeless people sleeping on the street right outside the entrance to the hotel, but we understand how that is and we never felt unsafe.

My family had a lovely, but brief, stay at Hotel Annabella Roof Terrace as part of an interrailing holiday. Finding a place that could accommodate a family of five for one night in a single room was great. The staff were really helpful, both while we weren’t arranging our visit and when we were there. We knew we would arrive at Firenze S.M.N. just before lunch and the hotel was happy for us to drop off your bags early so that we could enjoy our visit to Florence without having to carry them around, indeed when we arrived our room was actually ready for us which was a nice surprise. The hotel was ideally located for the train station, while the heart of Florence itself was a 10-15 minute walk. The terrace at the hotel also provides a lovely view of the city. The staff were also really helpful on the morning we left - we had an early train to catch. Which meant we had to leave before breakfast was served. The hotel staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on our departing train journey. Overall, a really good experience.

The streets immediately surrounding the hotel were fine during the day time, but felt like they might not be so pleasant late at night, although we weren’t out too late.

The location is very close to the train station. The hotel staff is friendly and provides all the information about the city. The breakfast is also good, and the room is clean and smells nice. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The building's facilities are very old, typical of Europe. There is an elevator where you have to close the doors manually, and depending on how you close them, it can stop midway. At first, I was scared and there was no one to help me with my luggage or to explain how the elevator worked, but after a while, I got used to it and everything was fine.

Location Location Location!!!! Great spot to launch our travels...2 minute walk to the train station...just 5 to 10 minutes from the Duomo and all the other attractions....Ferdinand at the desk was very very helpful in letting us know how to get around and arranged for our taxi to the airport....the rooftop terrace was a gem for us to go up and enjoy our breakfast or a nightcap....we had 2 different rooms during our two stays and the room on the Bijou side was bigger and very nice...thanks!!

We loved our stay at the Annabella Hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence. The staff were really lovely and helpful and gave us great tips for our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was charming. The rooftop terrace with its picturesque view was a wonderful place to relax after a long day of enjoying the city. I definitely recommend it for visitors to Florence.

Location is good, within 5 mins walk from train station. There are convenient stores around. Room was clean, comfortable and right size for a family of 4. Beds were soft yet provided enough support. The breakfast pistachio crossaint was surprisingly good, it's the best crossaint I have tasted throughout my Italy trip. Provided luggage storage service as well. The elevator was really old but functional, giving us a special experience to try an old elevator.

The lobby was full one kind of smell, which was rather unpleasant. Fortunately, the room itself was much better without any smell. One of the staff was not so friendly, he was impatient and his speaking tone was displeasure when helping us with luggage storage and directing us the location of washroom. If not because of the attitude of this staff, i would rate the hotel higher.
