Everything was perfect. They have paid attention to every detail 1- Sufficient charging points, 2- Proper wardrobe 3-minute detailing, like keeping biscuits and muffins along with the Tea set. The washrooms were super clean. Best part : The response time from the staff was super fast, and they were accessible all the time.

1- Lift: It's a mess if you are traveling with your family with some luggage and stroller. Suggestions 1- Installation of a pump for shower (pressure is super low) 2- Keeping at least 2 small water bottles .

The B&B was very fine. The room was not cleaned up everyday, but it was very nicely clean when we got there. The breakfast was also good. I recommend getting the breakfast option because food prices in Florence are simply ridicolously high.

They advertise it as a "B&B", but it is actually an apartment and the breakfast is served at a neighbouring bakery. I think more transparency would be appreciated in this case. However, the breakfast was very nice.

Ok we had a balcony but it is overlooking a busy thoroughfare but hey it's a city! The lift deserves a mention! It's is tiny and intimate!! Made us laugh every time we went in it! Breakfast was ok - basic and not much in gluten free options

Booked single room, but its double bed -to my surprise! so its really comfortable. the matress and the pillows above expectation. Location 5 mins walk to the main train station. You can buy your food and cook in the kitchen, having washing machine is a Plus plus point.

The room seriously need more hook. No idea where to hang the wet towels. i suggest that the owner to install Ikea hook that doesn't require you to drill the wall because it will be really helpful.

The B&B was central to main attractions and the train station which made easy navigation. The allowance of luggage storage before check-in and after check-in was also incredibly handy and even though supervised we felt safe leaving it as multiple pin codes were required for access.

Albeit not something the B&B could control massively but the Aircon was a bit naff and considering it was 39 degrees, we were definitely lacking cold air so an additional fan could've helped.

It is completely depending on you what are you looking for while booking the hotel room. My preference was near/walkable to Rilway station, neat and clean, good vibes. I found it all in Jade Stays in affordable price.

There was very little space after having two beds in a room for 2 kids, but it was manageable. The lift was very compact but depends on your patience level :)

Jade B&B was centrally located which made travelling very easy. The apartment was modern and provided basic beverage facilities. The breakfast provided by the cafe below was fresh & delicious. The host very graciously let us store our luggage for a few hours after check out. Overall we loved our stay at Jade B&B

Great location minutes from Firenze Novella station and Santa Maria del Fiore, 15 min walk to Uffizi, 17 min to Ponte Vecchio, 20 min to Giardino di Boboli. The room was bright and clean. Great that there was a bright, airy and clean common area with a kitchen stove, sink, frig, two tables and chairs and a washing machine!

I think this was the room that could've used a new shower fixture but don't quote me on that -- a minor, merely cosmetic observation. Had a minor problem with accessing the floor door with the punch code but luckily this was quickly straightened out with a text to Daniele who responded immediately on What's App.

Great location, responsive staff, easy check-in, very clean, spacious, cute balcony, A/C worked well, liked that there was a tea kettle in the room. Happy that we were allowed to store our luggage in the common area of the BnB for the day.

The elevator is very tiny even by Italian standards. This was not a problem for us, but it could be for someone travelling with a big suitcase.
