Location was excellent, right next to the train station. Lift available for heavy suitcases. Staff working there was extremely friendly and helpful, when we encountered an issue they amended it immediately. Though there is no staff on site they are easily reachable through WhatsApp. Room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Can store luggage until 830pm.

Only improvement is having some cutlery and basic kitchenette facilities, such as microwave.

Perfect location, reasonably priced, friendly, helpful staff, very clean! Loved it!

It was a little tricky to find the location for check-in without mobile phone data (not always available for international travelers) - not the hotel’s fault at all, but the building sign doesn’t stand out, the lobby is on second floor, and the google map screenshot I had saved seemed unclear. Just would advise future visitors to write down or print everything they need to know in advance! Once there, the staff gave excellent instructions on how to get to the room.

Great location as it's right by Santa Maria Novella station, meaning you can easily get a tram to and from the airport with little walking required. Check-in is at 7Florence, which is a short walk from the actual property (pretty much just across the road), and once you're at the property there's a small lift to take you to the floor. The staff were responsive to messages and happy to help with requests, and the room was basic but exactly what I needed - I wasn't visiting to spend my time in a room, so it met my needs nicely!

The room was a little cold at times (I visited January 2025), and the shutters didn't close properly so I improvised by leaning the chair against them. Not entirely soundproof, but also not as noisy as other rooms I've stayed in while visiting Florence.

Super informative and friendly check-in process & a very clean room with everything we needed for a short stay in Florence, especially its proximity to the train station. The building and room is entered using codes provided by the hotel, which was very convenient. The air-conditioning was a welcome feature in hot mid-June Italian heat!

The bathroom door in our room (no 20) dragged along the tiles when closing making a deep vibrating noise, perhaps the door was swollen from the hotter weather, hopefully it didn’t disturb a lower level occupant! The courtyard view is nothing special, so definitely a room to use as a base only to explore the more beautiful city sights! The shower is on the smaller side, but pressure & amenities are good!

I stayed two nights alone. I had sent a message in advance asking to leave my luggage before check-in. When I went to drop off my luggage, even though it was a little early, my room was ready and I was able to get in. Since my English is not very good, the front desk person was very polite and helpful, speaking in slow English. The double bed was very spacious and I was able to sleep very well. There was also a small refrigerator and a kettle, which made for a comfortable stay. The room was very well cleaned. They were very helpful and were willing to keep our luggage after check-out.

I was surprised that the elevator was very old, but I think it was a valuable experience for me because I usually do not have a chance to ride it in Japan.

We really appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the hostess and the directions she gave us :) Everything was really clear! The hotel is in a great location. You are in the Florence historic center, 2 minutes from the Duomo. And 5 minutes from all the other main attractions of Florence. Plus, you are next to the tram station and train station which is very practical when you arrive from the airport! It's very close to nice restaurants and cafes. The room was really clean, there was coffee and tea at our disposal. Everything was great!

A little bit of noise in the morning due to construction work being done, but nothing serious.

We stayed just one night. The location was perfect for us because we had a lot of luggage and were coming in from the central station. Check in was easy, there is a small but functional elevator and the room was clean and even had a tiny balcony! The shower was small but it was to be expected in Florence so not a problem. Maybe a breakfast voucher for the cafe downstairs would've made totally perfect.

They were constantly in touch about our arrival time and shared all the details regarding the location, working hours. The front office was enthusiastic and proactively gave the details and helped with our queries. The room was Clean, Big, Comfortable and location is superb. Just across the SMN, the Supermarket Chains of Conad and Carrfour are in the next building and 10 minutes walk from Dumo.

It was a real traditional style building, but was quiet (we were at the courtyard side), it had a lift and had air con. Th room had lovely high ceiling and window shutters so was cool and airy. The bed was so comfortable and the whole room and ensuite was so clean. I loved it. The staff were amazing, and communicate any little detail through what’s app at your convenience. I also like that it’s a code and not keys.

Room was very nice, lots of plugs, bed was big and comfortable. Very clean, Location is convenient for the train station, the Central Market, and many top sights to see. The balcony for the room is nice, it doesn't overlook anything interesting but it's nice to open it and get some fresh air.

It's a little too close to everything. Lots of people coming and going to the train station and beggars.
