The location was very good, and the views from the large window in our room of the Medici Chapel, the facade of the Duomo, the Campanile, and the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio and from our side balcony of the side of Santa Maria Novello Church and bell tower were spectacular. The owner, although he doesn't live on the premises, was very helpful by phone to help us access our room because we had left the phone with all our access information on it on the airplane in Paris.

There were only minimal provisions available for breakfast, just packaged items, but it was only a room and not a hotel stay, so that may be normal for rented rooms.

I had a lovely view from my quiet room and the bed was very comfortable. I liked having a safe in the room for valuables, plus free snacks, an espresso maker and a fridge. The balcony was a nice bonus. The location was convenient to get to the main sights and transportation. Andrea was super helpful and friendly. He was always available by text when he was not at the property. He also made sure to be at the property when I needed help with printing boarding passes and ordering a taxi to the airport. I stayed for nine nights so got a good feel for the place. I felt like I had my own apartment in Florence, with my own personal concierge.

Great location with what must be the most amazing view in Florence. The room was on the small side, and slightly cold in March, but with everything we needed.

Some storage for clothes would have been a bonus.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The hotel was walking distance to train station and city center, very convenient !

Respons was fast and smooth for leave luggage before check out. The location is really close to the station. There is elevator but sometimes not working well. The room was clean. Even we didn’t get the balcony we still can see the cathedral view a bit. There is alot snacks and water provided. We were stay on early march, it was cold season but the room was warm and super comfortable!!!

There is problem with reservations paid with American Express. The room wasn’t charged so I need to transfer manually to the bank account. At first I was afraid for scam. Better confirm the payment at the checkin time.

The conditions are exceptional, far beyond the price or our expectations! The view from terrace is breathtaking and the host was amazing! Helping us from the moment we booked the place and throughout our staying, being able even to book our museum entrances or sharing us roadtrips! This is by far the best experience ever until now and it sets up the bar really high for our next trips! Again, grazzie tanti! You are an example not just for the Booking.com community but for all the hospitality industry in general!

This place must be the best value in Florence. Absolutely stunning view from the city view room, as if you're in a tower on the roof overlooking the Duomo. Very clean. Extremely helpful, communicative host and an effortless check in process. Snacks, tea, water, and coffee freely available. Location is superb next to the train station.

The bedroom did get a bit stuffy because it's not a big room but luckily there are huge windows you can open that make you feel like you are sitting on a rooftop, as well as an air purifier. There is also a minisplit for AC/heat/dehumidification in the room, which is good. The showerhead could probably be improved but it works fine.

The hotel's location is really advantageous, close to the train station and also to the historic city center. The triple room view was amazing, it's even better than in the pictures. The balcony is bigger than I expected too. Room and bathroom were very clean and very well equipped, good heating, the shower is really nice. Beds were very comfortable too and the amenities included were a nice bonus! The host Andrea was very helpful, giving us detailed instructions on accessing the hotel building and getting the key from the PIN box. Really amazing hotel, well worth the price of the booking.

He was so kind to let us check-in earlier. OMG the view from the bedroom is just amazing! I can sit near the window day and night! The view is just magical! The room was comfortable and had some snacks as well for us! I was mesmerized by the beautiful view. We were able to keep our luggage even after check-out. Book this property if you want superb views and a helpful friend in Florence! Mercato centrale is just 300m from here where there are so many food and drink options without any tabke charge! Train Station is also nearby just 3mins walk. There is nice vietnamese dumpling shop just below the property. The area is safe and it is located within a gated society.

The bathroom is one level down and the light sensor keeps going on and off even though you are in bed.

The best room with the best view and a cute balcony on my first visit to Florence. An amazing host who was attentive and gave all the facilities before, during, and after my stay. Despite its perfect location - 8 min walk from Piazza del Duomo, 3 min from Piazza Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Firenze Maria Novella Tren Station - inside the building and the room are kept wonderfully quiet. Bonus: very clean and every time gifted with coffee, tea, biscuits, snacks, and water in the fridge.
