there was no breakfast but that was OK

l am a senior citizen and do not do well with having to use the internet to get in the hotel. I prefer a receptionist on the ground floor when I arrive. You need to let people know before they book!

The location was great-- not in the center -center, but not far. I would stay here again. It was a 7 minute walk from the train and a 15 minute walk from most attractions. The room was large and comfortable. They had luggage storage which was a plus.

The room was a bit outdated and needs to be renewed. Also, the limited check-in time was annoying. We arrived at 13:30 and they informed us we had to come back between 3 and 7 for check in, That was very inconvenient because we were in the middle of an attraction and had to leave early. The elevator moves at snails pace. My daughter went up the stairs and arrived much faster. The elevator is good for luggage only.

The room was bigger than we expect. The staffs was friendly and helpful. The location was great a walking distance from the market and 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the central part of Florence. The services and room amenities exceed my expectation for a 1-star hotel.

The elevator can only fit 1 person and 1 big luggage, so if you have a lot of luggages and travel in big group, might take a while to get your luggages up there.

Very clean, organized with clean towels, big bathroom with strong shower with both cold and hot water. Reception answered quickly and let us do flexible check in. They cleaned the room in the morning and gave us some sweets.

The elevator was working fine, but was kind of creepy. Nothing that would make it less comfortable. I would stay again in this hotel with no worries.

Location is a short walk from the train station right near the centre of Florence, making it really easy to walk to most places from. It's only a few minutes walk from the Central Market, 10 minutes from places like the Duomo and maybe 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The room was a good size, both of us got big beds. The room had air conditioning and a little fridge. It also had a little place with hangers to hang clothes up and a dressing table and long mirror. The bathroom was very serviceable; toilet, shower, bidet, towel rack and a storage unit to put your toiletries.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet didn't flush very well. It would flush maybe once every 15-20 minutes, which made it difficult with 2 of us using it.

Good location, close to all tourist attaractions. There is even a super-small elevator installed to the building.

Hotel Nazionale is in a really great location. about a 10 minute walk from the train station and other main areas, and you can hop on the subway easily as well. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating (we left our luggage in the lobby for a few hours before our train out).

The only negative was that the pillows were really lumpy, so not too comfortable.

It is large, clean very comfortable room. Rome has everything you need to have rest. Personal waited for my check in for 1 additional hour,very happy with they service. I would give to this hotel 4☆☆☆☆ thanks for having us in your hotel.

no proper cups in bedroom only one or two paper cups for three people and not even this everyday yet kettle and condiments provided...pity

The room was clean, at a short distance from the main train station and within walking distance from all the major sites. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The rooms are on the 2nd floor. The elevator is very small and narrow - I was afraid to use it.
