A gorgeous little apartment. Very modern and clean. White and bright light from the windows. Lovely big bath. Minimalist and beautifully decorated. Lovely french windows that open and overlook the station. It did get a bit noisy with the crowds outside but the windows close and there are electric shutters that also block out the light and noise. It's right opposite the station and a quick walk into the centre of Florence. Perfectly placed. They also held our luggage for the day while we went sightseeing,

There is a kitchenette in the apartment with a microwave, fridge, kettle and tea & coffee. Strangely no cutlery or plates. It looks like there's a communal kitchen on the floor but we didn;t investigate.

Bed was so comfortable, including the sofa bed! Automatic shutters to block out the light and noise at night times! In a fantastic central area, everything in walking distance or great access to trams or trains. However it was the staff who really made our stay what it was! Everyone was so friendly and happy to help, Voila in particular (hope I have the name correct). So used to being chased out for early checkout times! At 11am the hotel offered to keep our luggage in storage and upon picking this up we were offered use of the facilities again to freshen up before our long journey home! Amazing stay will definitely be back if I'm visiting Florence!

Just opposite to the SM Novella train station. Three minute walk cross the zebra crossing, then we got to the train station. Some people commented that it was noisy at night because the windows are facing the train station and McDonald's was just below the hotel floor. Our experience was that it was quiet at night probably because the windows were thick enough for sound proof. The electrical window blinders were terrific and very effective in shading the sunlight. AC was excellent. Though the room was a bit small, it was ok for 2 medium sized luggages. Alex, the host was very nice.

Wifi was down for the entire period we stayed there (2 nights). Sound of TV was difficult to adjust. Fridge was a bit small.

7 Florence is in an amazing location directly across from the train station (just go towards McDonalds). It is a short walk to the heart of Florence. Inside the building there is a lift to the second floor and Viola was at the reception. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Of all the apartments we have stayed in, in the big Italian cities this was by far the best. There was a cleaner each day, a kitchen where we made pasta and a dishwasher for the cleaning. We had the couch made into a bed for the two kids but somehow it wasn’t cramped. The shower was also a good size. The service at 7 Florence was excellent. Staff were extremely accommodating. We left our bags for the morning of the last day. When we collected them Viola made sure we had a chance to use the bathroom before our train.

The location at the train station was hugely convenient but the mix of people in the area varied from tourists to drug users. Like any large city station, there was a decent share of dodgy people around.

The staffs were all very helpful and very friendly making our stay much more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in walking distance from everything.

I would recommend to have more instructions on how to get there with a car or taxi like where should be a proper drop off area to make the experience more seamless. We had difficulties of finding the way to drive to the front of the hotel where the Google maps were taking us around town to the under construction road. We eventually managed to stop a couple of blocks away with some hassle of honking when we had to get our luggage’s out. Proper and clear instructions would make this an excellent experience with no problem at all. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect in every way for a quick stop in Florence before flying out international. Very convenient location across from the train station at Santa Maria Novella and right in front of the tram stop that takes you directly to the Florence Airport. Exceptionally clean and tastefully designed. Comfy beds, pillows, and a spotless modern bathroom with seriously amazing water pressure. We also really appreciated the electric blackout shades that darken and buffer sound plus the complimentary water bottles. A good night’s sleep is the best review! Front desk staff is also top notch, helpful, and friendly. Nice assortment at breakfast including yoghurts and muesli plus hard boiled eggs in egg cups. Perfect if you’re traveling to/from the airport- couldn’t be easier which is gold on long travel days. Oh, and looks exactly like the pics- well designed!

Staying near the station isn’t the prettiest location but who cares if what you need is a good nights sleep before traveling. Plus, you can walk to anywhere in Florence.

It is very close to train station which is a big plus for both walking less with suitcase and timing advantage. Rooms and all other facilities/services are perfect and personnel was very kind and helpful.

There is a 7/24 fast food restaurant in the entrance resulting of a night-long loud shouting, and joking, laughing, kicking-pushing each other type of customers. It really makes sleeping difficult or awakes you. This has to be solved with this restaurant management, at least these midnight visitors has to be welcomed (majority of whom are most probably drunk) inside the restaurant after 12.00am, instead of crowding in front outside, on the pavement.

We liked the cleanliness of the place, and the room was very quiet. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Everyone was courteous and eager to help, The B&B was in a very central location, walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. If you're getting to the city by train this is the perfect place to avoid dragging your luggage around the city.

7Florence is a Bed& Breakfast. Do not expect a lobby to sit and chat but it serves it's purpose in an excellent way.

Fantastic stay! We really appreciated the warm welcome from reception - every staff interaction we had was excellent! The location is absolutely fantastic and the room was amazing with plenty of AC and a cold fridge! The tvs were modern allowing us to cast, everywhere in the room was really clean and comfortable. The WiFi was great and the water pressure excellent! We loved the electric shutters you could pull down at night to block the light.

There was a rip in the sofa was the only thing we could say maybe needs addressing.

We had the most amazing stay in 7Florence. The staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. As we were only here for one night, they helped explain the best places to go and highlighted different areas on a map. The hotel is in a fantastic location across from the train station and the rooms were so spacious and had great facilities - including a mini kitchen and a sofa area. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to all our friends and family! Just be careful if you’re driving of the ZFL areas!
