Location was excellent, literally just across the street from the main train station. Very easy access from the airport by tram. Within 10 minute walk of Duomo and 15-20 minute walk of most major attractions. The staff was extremely friendly, and Nadia was just great. She was always smiling, cheerful and happy to help and answer any questions we had. As another reviewer posted, her cappuccino was the best! Breakfast was simple, but very convenient and ideal for our purposes. Rooms were very clean and served the purpose. Will definitely stay here again.

Not much to dislike, but if we were to be picky, the hotel is on the 4th floor and the elevator is a bit slow and small. But, that is all of Italy from our experience.

The hotel is close to the railway station and within easy walking distance of many of Florence's famous sightseeing areas. The staff were friendly, the room was fine for our stay for 2 nights and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was in a large, old building with other hotels on each floor. We were on the 3rd floor with a lift that was barely big enough for our luggage. The area of the hotel wasn't great but that's what you get for being close to the train station and at a good price.

The location near to the train station is amazing. Even with 4 luggage (2 big and 2 small) were easy to across the street and 2/3min walk to arrive the building. The breakfast was verry good and the team in general was verry attentions with us (I regret not ordering breakfast every day of our stay). I made a confusion about the checkout date, and they helped me a lot. In front of the hotel has a bakery, and the street a lot of restaurant option couple blocks far from the hotel building. They allow to keep with your luggage after the checkout time while we were waiting our flight/train.

This point does not have any relation about the hotel structure, because the building has other hotels/Airbnb options. But I think it's the smallest the elevator I've ever seen in my life.

Location was close to the train station, so was convenient. But I would caution walking late at night around the hotel as it was a little sketchy and you had to have your wits about you. The room was good, a bit small for 4 people but that is what we asked for. Nadia was amazing and very very helpful. Being high up there are stairs, but there is a lift which was great. Very clean and helpful staff made our stay comfortable.

Not having full control of the air con. Ok when reception was manned but after 6pm you couldn't change the temp. Location late at night was a little sketchy

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the train station, which made traveling very easy

The hotel staff informed me that the balcony door could not be locked due to Italian law however this statement is factually incorrect As a guest, I expect to feel safe and secure during my stay even they told me that we are on 3rd floor The inability to lock the balcony door exposed me to potential risks and caused considerable discomfort After I explained the significance of the matter, a member of the hotel staff eventually replaced the lock for me While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, I was disappointed by the fact that I was initially given inaccurate information presumably based on the assumption that, as a tourist, I would not be aware of the legal context

Being a 2 star B&B type hotel I expected this place to be much worse. It was actually very good! Location is not in the centre, but next to the station which is also convenient and it really is just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Reception lady also very nice.

There are things to be improved. The walls are very thin and you can basically hear everything from the other rooms. So if you have bad luck and catch partying people on the other rooms you will hear it all. I had to go knock on their door at 3am and thankfully they stopped but nowadays who knows. There is no 24h reception, so guests are on their own at night to deal with these troubles. Elevator is very small and sometimes not working due to other people not closing the door properly on the higher levels. Street is noisy, but it wasn't really that big of an issue. It could also be cheaper, but Florence is a very expensive city for accomodation...

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was 100% clean with all the necessary amenities inside the bathroom (shampoo, soap, really good shower, etc). There was a minibar inside the room, which was a nice surprise. In front and right on the side there are two supermarkets. Right in the corner, a 24/7 Mcdonalds and coffee shops. The location is amazing if you want to walk everywhere. Close to the train station, etc. Nice beds (we stayed in a room for three). I cannot complain.

I can't think of anything really. For some people not having a 24/7 reception is a problem, but not for us. For most of the day, they were there. But we had to get out and catch a train at like 6AM. We knew there was no reception open that early. We talked to the staff and they gave instructions about were to left the keys on the desk and voilá! Pretty easy. By the way, the owner answers any questions on whatsapp right away. So if there is any problem, I guess she will be there asap to help.

Location is perfect - less than 5 min by walk from the train station. Room was very clean, has heating, tea pot and mini bar fridge. Also it has balcony with view to Santa Maria Novella church. Staff allowed us to do early check in for free and provided us exact room that we asked when made the booking (2 separate beds). After check-out they offered us coffee and let us to leave the luggage so we could enjoy Uffizi without backpack hustle

Its not a hotel, not even 1 star- its a guesthouse located on the 3d floor of residential building. Bathroom is very very tiny!

Nadia is the best hostess. We had a very special stay with her and her staff. Rooms were comfortable, facilities good and the location was super! Just minutes away from the train station and the Piazza del Duomo. The breakfast was very good and Nadia took her time to prepare special delights for our family. She even got a requested flavor yogurt for our grandson and special croissant for our great granddaughter. It truly was a memorable stay. We will be back.

Everything was great!

The hotel was very clean, bathroom and beds were good quality - an additional pillow was welcome! The hotel is very close to Florence SMN station, restaurants and tourist sights. Alina was extremely helpful with finding a nearby laundromat and other local information. We felt very safe in the hotel. We would stay again

Breakfasting options (more fresh, less packaged) would have been welcome; however, I completely understand how difficult it is to cater for people when you're unsure whether they are having breakfast or not
