Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Kind reception that helped us printing out our lost train tickets. Good facilities. Good sound isolation.

Have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the room. The stairs are quite steep.

Great location, just across the street from the train station. The room was nice sized, clean and we appreciated the provided water and coffee.

Wifi quit working after a few hours but the host was responsive with another wifi to use. I found the bed to be very firm and had a lot of trouble sleeping. Additionally, the Air conditioner was on the other side of the room and did not really reach the side of the room I slept in. I was hot at night as well so unfortunately I had my worst sleep of my 10 day trip here.

The location is gold. It is very close to the central station and it was very easy to walk from the central station to the place. The staff was excellent, very supportive, very friendly, and very quick in response. . The room was pretty, clean, and warm. Everything worked well. The toilet amenities were also nice. The space was just right. There is even a balcony if you fancy sipping some glasses of wine in the evening. There was free coffee and tea on the table. And they prepared some Tuscan wine for you. If you feel like drinking, you can pick one of the bottles and pay for it. The price started from 10 EUR! The steps to access the room were not complicated. You just need 3 codes, one for the building entrance, one for the entrance to the apartment, and another for the key locker. The hallway was clean and inviting. They also provided you with some restaurants' discount coupons, incl. ones for breakfast. If I had stayed longer, I would have tried at least one of them. What I liked a lot was that you could come back to this hallway where you left your luggage anytime. You just needed codes to access there, so it was easy for us to come back and repack after shopping the whole day. . I want to stay here again next time I come to Florence. I really don't need to look for an alternative.

There was no washing machine. That was all.

We had the family room. It was a very big space and had a nice comfortable king size bed. Nice kitchen and living room space. There is a lift up to the 3rd floor of the building (where the rooms are all located). The "family" room has its own set of stairs once you're "in" on the Apollo floor, so you have your own private space. There is a vending machine in the "lobby" area and also water, wine and snacks to purchase in the room, for convenience. The train station is 2 blocks away and the tram was about 3 blocks away. There is an abundance of restaurants on the same street.

We booked at the last minute and we had good communication until we arrived at the outside entrance. It took about 40 minutes of waiting and sending text/calling, until we were able to hear back from the property about retrieving keys and getting into the building. The bathroom is tight but it is updated and nice.

We loved our stay. The location was very convenient for arrival and departure because it was close to the train station but didn’t feel too dangerous or too loud based on that. The building seemed secure as well. There was a grocery store nearby where we could grab water and snacks. We could easily walk everywhere around the city.

The bunk beds were too short and small for my teenage kids. However this would be perfect for a couple or a family with two younger/shorter children.

The location is great. Firenze Santa Maria Novella, the central station, and the end station for the tram from the airport are close by. If you are checking in late, as we were, this is a good place. Everything is based on code access, the gate, the front door, and first access to your room. Whatsapp communication with the staff is very effective. The rooms have a nice size, okay shower bathroom and a small wine rack with affordable local wines.

There is some street noise, but that is to be expected when you're in the middle of a city. Fortunately the traffic is one way in these streets.

Amazing location - close to the main train station and the tram to the airport, however the accommodation is quiet. The room is exactly as pictured, with a large, firm comfy bed. The bathroom is newly renovated. The manager and the staff are really kind and friendly! They were really nice about leaving our luggage before and after check-out.

Walls are thin, we could hear people coming in and out of their rooms, talking in the morning, etc., however it is tolerable.

The apartment was modern, pleasant and spotlessly clean. Very helpful hosts. Being able to leave luggage somewhere safe after check-out was super useful. Good location, close to the train station and easy enough to walk to all the main attractions in Florence.

Finding the apartment was a bit stressful- located on a very busy street with narrow footpaths- but once we got in there we were very pleasantly surprised.

Super central to the station so really easy to get to. Literally 6 minutes from everything we wanted to visit. The property is secure, beautiful big rooms, modern and lovely bathrooms. We had a cute balcony to sit on and enjoy breakfast- kettle in the room and bakery round the corner for brioche! Adriana was in touch via WhatsApp before our stay with clear instructions about how to enter the property which is in a traditional, old apartment building. We honestly loved it and would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Apollo Guest House. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the room was spotless and cozy. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Very close to the Firenze S.M.N station and to the Duomo. Overall, great value for the price, and I’ll definitely return on my next visit! We love Florence now
