Very clean and accommodating.onsite coffee making facilities with extra snacks and water available to enjoy. This was a great touch. Central location to everything we wanted to do. walking distance shopping, markets , museums , restaurants. Perfect for us, with train station and bus excursions location close by. We will return.

Unfortunately, I booked the room with a detached private bathroom by mistake, but I have to admit, it wasn't too bad and will not deter me from returning to this accommodation in the future. The positives completely outway the negatives.

The location was perfect. Very close to the train station (5 minute walk) close to Duomo and to other attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, also clean. The bathroom had all the required necessities. Also the living room was good. We enjoyed the delicacies and drinks that were offered by the host.

The only thing I didn’t like was even though the bathroom was private it was outside the room meaning you have to walk through a corridor that was common area for all the guests.

Great location convention to the train station, airport tram and the city center. Quiet street near many cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to the market, il Duomo or the Ponte Vecchio from the hotel.

There is a private bathroom for the room, but it is not en suite which took a bit of getting used to and preparing for (remembering to take the key). Shared commons area is close to the room, which could be noisy if other guests were not considerate.

Lovely clean modern apartment in a lovely old building, very clean and perfectly located for exploring all of Florence and near to train station to visit further afield if desired.

Could help by having signage on use of shared kitchen/lounge area in terms of leaving items in the fridge - we found our items used/ taken maybe because people may have thought they were for everyones use. This did not spoil our stay in anyway at all.

The location is fantastic - really close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the Duomo, restaurants, shopping, etc. The room was clean and there was tons of closet space which was great! Communication regarding check-in was excellent. We also appreciated the water bottles in the fridge and snacks that were provided in the common area. The bed was also quite comfortable. Overall, this is a great room at a reasonable price for those who are looking to explore Florence!

The balcony was shared with another room so it would have been nice for there to be more of a partition/separation but we didn’t have much time to use it anyway- we were too busy enjoying all that Florence has to offer!

Good price for the location and just sleeping. The stuff can be left in the public area after checkout.

The breakfast wasn't worth it and we went out to buy our own. Coffee and cornflakes provided, but there is no milk for them so remember to bring your own milk or whatever you'd prefer.

Excellent location. Good sized room. Great breakfast that was available all day(cakes etc ). Communal area big enough for the 3 rooms. Ckean towels etc provided after night 2. Great instant service by the Pink Wolf team.

Shower not really working as well as it could.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Great amenities in the apartment. We were able to store our bags before checking in. Very easy checking in and out.

The shower drain was a bit blocked, collecting some water in the shower alcove. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location is very near to the central train station and San Lorenzo market place. The rooms were spacious, and I loved the common area. Free snacks were good too. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It would be better if you allow guests to cook.
