I saw some bad comment before i bought this place and i had some concerns but after i accomodated here i couldnt understand the bad comments. I stayed in room number 4. It is spacious and clean also we have a good balcony. Cleaning is good enough, i think its worth to its money. There is noise on the street in the early morning because of the garbage trucks but the noise is not that mych load to wake me up.

I didnt like breakfast system. It was serving on your room between 08:00 to 09:30 am. First day we leaved the room at 09:00am and we didnt received any service in the room. Everybody has their own traveling plan, we can not wait for it until 09:30am. It supposed to be served in common area and everybody should eat according to their own timeline.

The location can't be beat. Just around the corner from the main train station, but shielded by buildings blocking out any possible train or station noise. A 24-hour McDonald's and a good (Conrad) grocery store are on the same block, so getting something to eat is close, cheap, and easy. There is even a laundromat about two blocks away. I was able to comfortably walk to all the major sites and museums. A very secure building and room. Extremely clean and well prepared for the guests with a table and chair, safe, TV, and a nice room service breakfast. The owner is nice and helped keep me luggage both before and after my visit. The elevator is a real plus.

All the tourest sites were packed with visitors in late May. Florence is unfortunately too crowded to be as easy to enjoy as it once was.

Really close to the station, everything we needed was closeby. Room was decent and clean too. And more spacious than we thought beforehand.

I believe we saw a man using drugs just outside the location’s fence on multiple occassions. That was a bit creepy, even though he didn’t harass us in any way. And I found Florence way, way too busy in June. The churches and the Ufizi museum are nice but I couldn’t enjoy it as much because literally every streetcorner was overcrowded. Unlike other Italian cities we visited before and after.

The location is excellent, so easy to walk from the station with cases! The staff were friendly and the room was really clean. I think it was great value for the price we paid. Kettle in the room was handy. We would stay here again.

The room was small so it was difficult to navigate with our cases, it would be fine if you were just on a short trip with small bags. The bathroom was really small with no place for towels to hang or anywhere to put toiletries. But the shower was a good size and towls were changed daily. I thought it was a b&b so was expecting breakfast, the info in the room said breakfastin room 8am-9.30.....maybe we didn't pay for it. No big deal as there are lots of brilliant, reasonably priced cafes close by.

it was closer to everything from the trains, trams, and buses station. Also, a lot of restaurants close by everything was walking distance.

the bathroom is not well kept and safe deposit box is very old and very small. the tiles inside the shower needs to be scrubbed.

We only stayed here for 1 night. The apartment is close to the train station and only a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. There are 6 rooms on the floor. A fridge and a microwave are in the shared corridor. Very easy check-in and check-out. I will recommend this place to someone who comes to visit Florence in a few days.

The location is very good, close to the train station, the city center and attractions, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The room is very clean. I have allergies and if it is not clean, I will have a red rash. The medieval paintings, cabinets and bed sheets in the room show that the owner is a tasteful person. I will choose this BnB again。

The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. It is near the train station and airport tram, T2, the bath was clean and the shower relaxing. The continental breakfast was good and a good value. There’s AC in the room which, a big plus!

Minor things: it needs towel hooks int the bath, the entry gate of the street slams closed which woke me a couple of times (jet lag did not help, either)

The location was very good, 10min walk to the duomo and with the train station near by as well. Very comfy room, hot shower with good water pressure. Good wi-fi. We didn't have the opportunity to have the breakfast in the room because we left early but it had a small table and a couch as well. Also they had extra blankets which was very much appreciated, the room as not cold at all but I like the extra blanket :) Very intuitive check-in as well!

The location is perfect, near the station and center too. The flat is very safe, everything is near. Bathroom was good and clean, other rooms not much. There was something smell all time. If you go to florence and want to be near centre i recommended it.
