Viola and her staff were wonderful hosts. The property was lovely including the back garden. Viola explained everything really well and gave us a map of local recommendations which we loved. Location is great, only 10 mins from the main station. The kitchenette was well stocked. We stayed in the triple room which included separate room for the single bed. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with each one having unique decor. We were really impressed with how personalized each room was. Shower was also great.

Wifi didn't work in our room. The scent diffuser was a bit strong in our room , but you can open windows if it bothers you.

Everything about our stay at Frimi was excellent. From the convenient location, to the comfortable bed, to the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of breakfast options, we had a beautiful experience. Viola went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and at home. She gave excellent recommendations for exploring some of the lesser known areas of Florence, which we loved even more than the typical tourist attractions. I highly recommend a stay at Frimi! We want to go back and take friends with us.

I honestly can't think of anything. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be and more.

It is very nice boitique hotel, each room is personalized with a lot of nice details. Our room was decorated with antique furniture and with a lot of style. Every room has its own true story which gives it a special atmosphere. Viola eho is runing the place is extremely hospitable and helpfull, taking care of all you need. There is also very cute garden.

Everything was perfect, just some noice from the neighbour dog being in fight with the cats. But, you can allways close the window.

The place is just beautiful. Rooms in different styles, very warm home atmosphere, cozy kitchen, nice backyard. Viola and others are very nice and helpful. Feels like I visited my friends of relatives. There are many vintage things and the place looks very well put together and stylish. Also very close to railway station and tram stop One more interesting thing is that there many tips, maps, cards and other things that will be useful for tourists

Beautiful, unique and very comfortable rooms with all the facilities you would need. The recommendations and welcome provided by the host were exceptional and made our first visit to Florence very enjoyable! We enjoyed the drinks, snacks and kitchen equipment that was included and the location was ideal with us travelling by train! Would highly recommend staying here

Wonderful hosts, both Elena who greeted us, and the owner Viola. They gave us some valuable tips, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel home:) looking forward to staying here again🐝. The place is clean, has all the basic necessities, plus a cozy garden to relax in. Most importantly, you can tell how much care and love went into decorating and maintaining the rooms. It’s been an honour staying here, grazie mille!

Wonderful b and b. Beautifully decorated. Clean and well appointed. Wonderful hosts- super helpful and friendly. Clean and lovely kitchen/ little lounge with help yourself fruits/ water/ drinks/ coffee/ tea etc. Near the main train station- so a walk to the sights but not too difficult. Very quiet (we overlooked the garden)

The host was very welcoming. Helped us to checkin and explained everything. There was shared kitchen with milk coffee fruits juices which we loved.

Our room was towards maid road . So only downside was late night and early morning Tram train noises as windows were not soundproof. We had to keep windows closed all the time because of noise.

Spacious room, very clean. Walking into the premises you are struck by the quality and stylish decor. Very nice shared kitchen with free juice, coffee, milk and biscuits. Very friendly and helpful staff. The free luggage storage with post checkout accessible toilet is a very nice touch.

Florence. Too touristy with no character

One of the best B&B’s I’ve stayed in a long while. Viola was a great host and kept in touch right from when the booking was made till I arrived - and was available throughout my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. She also had a great list of recommendations for restaurants & bars in the area. Location - Frimi Boutique Rooms is about a 6 minute walk from the main station in Florence (one stop away by tram) - It’s a straight road with no incline, so it’s easy to walk there with luggage. Getting to all the sights in the main town is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. There’s also bus and tram stops nearby to get to other parts of the city. My room faced the street but it was relatively quiet with not much traffic (just the tram going up and down). Rooms - Each room in this B&B has a different theme. Mine was industrial themed with a vintage scooter on display! The room was really spacious and had all the regular amenities - A tv, a mini fridge, safe, open storage & an extremely comfortable bed. The only thing I missed was having a work desk. The air-conditioning worked exceptionally well and I was so grateful for it as Florence was really starting to heat up during the afternoons in June. There are plug points near the bed and the room is accessed with a key card. The bathroom was large and the water was nice and hot. There’s a common kitchen & dining area which also has a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cups, plates & cutlery. There’s also a supply of tea/coffee/fruits/biscuits/snacks for use throughout the day. Wifi connectivity was generally great although there were a few moments where it dropped out. The garden outside is a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. That’s also where the smoking corner is if you need it.
